For those who want to know, I was inspected at JFK Airport in New York City 20 years ago. When I finally decided to apply for my green card, I knew I needed the help of a lawyer because immigration laws and paper filings can be a daunting and stressful experience for most of us.
I initially consulted with a couple of lawyers who had been practising for over 15 years, but they were hesitant and reluctant about taking my case. In Fall of 2022, my husband and I began to work with Marc. From the beginning, Marc demonstrated that he genuinely wanted to help us in my husband's immigration case. I recently found myself facing DV criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges because of false allegations brought by a vindictive ex-boyfriend. Due to my immigration status (I'm here legally, but I'm not a citizen) I knew I needed a highly-skilled criminal defense attorney who ALSO had a good understanding of immigration law. Thankfully, that is EXACTLY what I got with Marc Christopher!
From the very beginning, Marc did an excellent job of walking me through ALL of my options and discussing the possible defense options for my case. Ultimately my case went to trial and I was acquitted of both charges! At trial, I and others in the courtroom were extremely impressed by my attorney's competence and skill which I wholeheartedly credit with my being able to beat both of these charges. An error with Adobe Acrobat screwed up our AOS process. I entered our original marriage date and the printer in my home broke for unknown reasons. I had to copy the I-485 form in an external USB drive and took it to FedEx for printing. Unfortunately, when I opened the document in FedEx, Adobe defaulted the marriage date to current date. I did not know this until I received an RFE which stated that the marriage date in application does not match the date in certificate. The amount of evidence required was enormous and the verbiage in the RFE was like Latin (We weren't able to understand a single sentence). That's when we met Jennifer to help us with the RFE and she was very professional, knowledgeable and guided us with the right documents. The way she organized the documents was phenomenal. Our AOS was approved in 3 days after USCIS received the response for RFE. I would highly recommend her for any immigration questions or issues.

Laureen was recommended to us by a social worker at the Guatemalan consulate in Chicago. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to work with. There were a few minor glitches, but Laureen did a great job at a reasonable price. She was able to tie together the various documents to provide a strong case that G_____ should qualify for DACA. Due to extenuating circumstances, we did not have concrete proof other than affidavits (letters). She was able to deal with the Spanish documents from Guatemala and get a true translation. She was very quick to answer our emails and thoroughly answer all of our questions.
We may seek Laureen's advice again in related matters. We were very happy with the result and would recommend Laureen to anyone seeking legal assistance.

What I found is the Laureen is very bright, very intuitive, and has a heart. She was up front about the charges and so we knew exactly where we were and she never added "extra" costs. She emailed us with updated information and we appreciated her quick responses. Kime is extremely professional and Knowledgable I definitely recommend her! I went with two previous lawyers before Kim and none of them could help me like Kime did, one of the lawyers was a top lawyer and all I got out of that was a big high bill. I talked to Kime about the situation and she was very understanding and very reasonable with her prices. She kept me well informed and did not charge me for every email and phone call she sent to me like the previous lawyer did. I was recommended to Kime by a friend of the family and she turned out to be the BEST!!. We wished we would have found her sooner. A trusted friend recommended Ben to us to help us with our K1 visa process. Ben helped us get our paperwork filed within a week for what we all thought would be a routine case. Months and months later, long after we thought we'd be reunited, we found ourselves still separated by an ocean, navigating the stresses of an on again/off again travel ban and no movement from the embassy we worked through. We have worked with Carrie and her firm for almost 20 petitions the since 2008. She has helped with H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, and permanent resident petitions. She definitely understands the in's and out's of each petition and what the USCIS is looking to accomplish. She is extremely detailed oriented and catches many things we never would have noticed or thought of. While there is no way to ensure we don't get a RFE on a petition, she continues to modify our new petitions to address issues/questions posed from prior RFE's to minimize the chance of a denial or RFE. Carrie has maintained a database of our all our prior petitions to help minimize the workload from my side when starting new petitions or RFEs. Attorney Odrcic is professional, back in 2019 our naturalization was rejected due to the legal issue we had in the past. We talked to Davorin during the Covid time, he spent time to study and analyzed our case, and told us our case is not dead ended. At first we had doubts (we have waited the naturalization case for over 2 years) but we decided to go with him due to his professionalism and knowledge. After we hired him, he went through the exact legal process he explained, and we finally cleared the legal issue with the court. Davorin told us the next step is to wait three years to reapply the naturalization. We hired him again to fill the paperwork and prep us for the interview. In less than a month after the interview we were taking the oath. Davorin went through the almost impossible process and kept us in the loop all the way, and we ended up at the exact place Davorin promised us. It is a long process and we had him with us all the way. We even invited Davorin to attend the oath ceremony as a gratitude to him.

I recently got my green card (EB1-B) and I had hired Ms. Kelley Chenhalls as my attorney for all the steps (I-140, I-485 and the interview). I am glad I hired her because her being knowledgeable and professional took away all my stress of this otherwise long, complex and stressful process. At the start of my green card application process when I happened to mention that Ms. Chenhalls will be my attorney to the person at my work who handles employment of international employees, I was pleasantly surprised when that person said that although from her official position she is not allowed to recommend any attorney, she is always happy when an employee chooses to work with Ms. Chenhalls because then all goes smoothly. I knew beyond doubt that I had made the right choice. It also became apparent to me that Ms. Chenhalls is very experienced and has successfully handled many cases like mine. I felt confident throughout my application process and indeed all went smoothly as well as fast. I found that she has a thorough knowledge about the green card process and all the associated rules. She had told me about a few subtle and less commonly applicable rules that were relevant for me which I doubt I would have known otherwise. Ms. Blackwell helped me file a petition, which was approved this year by homeland Security. After going to several other attorneys and being overcharged, we went to Sarah, who was the only one who was able to pull the records which USCIS needed to approve our case.

Really disappointed with this firm, did not get value from the $$$ paid.
Mysterious issues with their software resulted in 2 of 4 family members having to enter application details into the Grzeca Law software multiple times in efforts to correct incorrect details.
We had to repeatedly chase and follow-up on our emails, which were eventually found in their Spam more than once.
Finally, despite multiple assurances, the personal information for my Husband was still incorrect when he attended his interview - the Officer had to manually correct the form.
This is not the experience we expected when entering into a Contract for assistance with our Naturalization Application. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience we were caused, no apology and not once did they offer to 'make right' the situation.
Our case was straight forward, there's no reason for the complications that ensued.

My wife and I hired Mr. Cain Oulahan for my K-1 fiance visa process and Green Card (with conditions). Cain was extremely professional and attentive to our needs and questions. I truly felt he cared about our success. I was successfully granted my K-1 visa, as well as my Green Card. I would not recommend going through the marriage-based Green Card process without legal representation because of the intricacy of the case, especially preparing the application documents. Cain helped us organize all our documents and made sure we had more than enough evidence to put forth in our interview. If you find yourself feeling insecure about the daunting immigration process ahead, I strongly recommend reaching out to Cain. Originally, I contacted Thomas via email explaining that my husband's immigration situation was complicated and that we really needed to speak to a lawyer to see what our options were. During a free consultation over the phone, Thomas convinced us that he could advise us on exactly what to do. He clearly stated how much it would cost to take the case and do all the work himself, but he also offered to act as an advisor. Considering our slim budget and imminent relocation, we opted to take Thomas on as our advisor. Concern #1: Do these guys know what they are doing? I was impressed with their structured approach. This made me feel comfortable that nothing would be "missed." Their free video library helped me understand trusts / wills. The videos also showed their knowledge and professionalism.
Concern #2: What is their patience for answering questions? Trusts / Wills are new to me and it is easy for my mind to glaze over. This was not their first "rodeo." They answered / anticipated my questions until I felt I had enough understanding.
Concern #3: What happens if I have a life changing event or there are issues after I die? They set up a process to deal with these issues.
Why did I want to get a trust? I was the personal representative for two estates. Probate is a tedious, expensive and time consuming process. The money I spent to establish my trusts is significantly less than probate costs.
In a short period of time I was able to make sure my estate could be settled quickly and easily.
