I have known Mr. Herbert since 1999. He took care of my brother’s case in which he was to be deported within 72 hours, but God used him to turn my brother’s case to be approved and I have recommended his law firm a lot of times and no one has told me that they took their money without winning the case. I had Elaine as a lawyer for a quite bit time now working on my Asylum case. The experience we had from our case wasn't usual . It was very competitive, stressful for her and me , full of surprise and sometimes full of negative answers but most of all something new for me because it was my first case . Elaine was there when i needed her all the time on time.she even made me smile by her joke to make me comfortable. She is a pretty good , experimented, focus , loyal and the honest person i have never seen in my life since i am here. Elaine helped us process a marriage green card case two years ago. When we met her for an initial consultation, we immediately noticed that she was very knowledgeable and experienced about the entire process. Her professionalism and courtesy was extended throughout the process and she treated our case as if it was her own.
Even though she did not have to, she showed up to our court date and prepped us before the interview. She knew all of the tips to get the case processed quickly and efficiently. Elaine even called us two years after she handled our case to remind us to file paperwork to lift the condition on the green card!

It is hard to describe what a great lawyer Jeff is. Not only does he have a very strong command of immigration law, but he is also an all-around great person and a true joy to work with. He is very passionate about helping his clients and it shows. He will go above and beyond to help you and he'll make sure that you fully understand the process and he will answer any question that you might have and he leaves no stone unturned in his effort to guarantee the best outcome for your case. His pricing is very reasonable and you can tell that he is not doing this for the money because I talked to other lawyers before hiring him and his pricing was much more affordable. When you work with him you'll quickly realize that his first priority is solving your case and NOT charging you.
We had a very complex immigration case. I would say something that most immigration lawyers do not see very often. Jeff took it on and did a ton of research and reviewed other cases to find precedence and it took a few years (mainly because of how backed up the immigration court in my district was) but eventually we got the best possible outcome and as of last week, I became a US citizen, thanks to Jeff's diligence and expertise.

I will recommend Rhia to everyone I know without hesitation. Her knowledge , experience and understanding of the intricacies necessary to successfully navigate the legal process were head and shoulders above my expectations.
My dissoulution with child process took over a year and a half. Choosing a lawyer was tough because let's be honest, lawyers have a certain reputation when generalized as a whole(Not Rhia). I found a lawyer who fit all of those stereotypes (Not Rhia) and promptly fired her in exchange for Rhia's services.
Rhia was responsive , communicated clearly (without all that lawyer babble) and at no point did I ever feel like she wasn't paying attention. She even worked through her maternity leave when my family experienced a crisis .
Every step of the way Rhia ensured I was informed and comfortable with each choice we made together. She presented facts, options, advice and so much more.
In the long preparation for my case , I compiled a truckload of exhibits and information , all of which Rhia reviewed analyzed and utilized in my case. I was very impressed with the preparation process.
Then we went to trial. RHIA KICKED ASS.
Part of me feels like I should leave it at that but I will elaborate. Rhia is an expert in the courtroom. She was calm cool collected and calculated. Every Direct or Cross examination of a witness exemplified superior preparation and excellent skill in uncovering the truths of the situation. Wow.

I have been in turmoil for over a year now since deciding to file for my divorce/custody case.
During a time of desperation when I needed help protecting my child and the attorney I had been working with remained unresponsive, I sought out help from a family advocate center.
