I contacted Chris via email to help with an urgent immigration situation my wife and I were facing. Chris displayed empathy and a thoughtful approach to evaluating and recommending the appropriate course of action for our Immigration needs. He was able to come up with a plan to have my wife apply for an EB2-NIW as a quicker way to achieve our goal.
He was always available to answer any questions we had during every step of the process and was also more hopeful about our chances of success than we initially did - considering some other attorney had a limited expectation for the success of my wife's NIW petition.
One key trait I sought for in a lawyer was responsiveness, considering the horror stories I had heard from candidates who consulted other lawyers. I am glad I worked with Chris as he made himself available whenever he was needed and we got our petition approved in good time.

Jeremy has been with my immigration journey to the U.S. since 2007 and also those of my colleagues. He has handled various different type of visa filings for me - TN, H1B and L1A with efficiency. His attention to detail was thorough and advise and guidance was accurate. My very first contact with Mr. Zollinger was positive. I contacted his office after business hours, to confirm the number was accurate. To my surprise, Mr. Zollinger answered the phone. The first thing that came to mind was, "It's an hour after business hours, and he is still there working on cases." this immediately made me feel like his clients were of extreme importance to him. I got hit by a car on Jan 9th 2014 while riding my bicycle home from work. When I was across the street from my house on St. Charles Ave. a car struck me directly from behind. I suffered a bad injury on my right ankle, my bone was sticking out of my leg. It was the scariest moment of my life.
My friends told me many times that I should do something about this because it was not my fault, and my life got really screwed up for someone else's negligence.
After contacting a couple of lawyers who didn't even hear my case or my explanation of what happened, my best friend contacted me with Roderick. Last year I was visiting NOLA for my Birthday, I was so excited because I had never been before and spent a full week there and stayed in three different hotels on my visit, the third hotel in which I reside resulted in an unpleasant stay and an assault case. It was horrible. After checking out of the hotel I was on to San Antonio for my next destination, it wasn't until I got to my hotel there when I realzied I didnt have my other phone so I notifide the hotel that on my way going back to Orlando I will drive thru and pick up my phone, upon on returning three days later I went to the front desk told the associate my name, room number and the type and color of the phone, the asscoiate picked my phone up and begun to hand it over to me then asked me for my ID, my ID was in the car and I did have my passport on me but I didn't provide it to him because they already knew the phone belonged to me and just to honest I didnt want to give ID because I had already provided him with pertaninet information, the associate decided that he was going to smirk at me then grab for my phone so I rushed behind the counter to get it off the counter and he proceeded to stick it in his pocket so to make a long story short we got into a tassel over my property , there was no physcial attacking of any sorts as the witnness and the hotel staff had mentioned. The only reason why I wasn't arrested was because the police couldn't find any evidence that an attack had occurred so they wrote me a summons to fight it in court. This resulted in me needing to find a lawyer in the area to take on my case so I quickly did a search and came across Mr. McGregor and saw his reviews and contacted him in hopes that he could take on my case and get it thrown out, from our very first call I explained to him what had happened "he didn't rush to judgment, listened attentively, gave me a soulful response and some level of encouragement ." So I felt relieved that he took on my case for some reason. I felt like I was lead to him, not because of his profession but through the conversation we had early on, over the phone. He was fair. He was kind. He was accommodating throughout my case. Not only am I happy about the outcome of my case I'm very appreciative that he allowed me to make one medium size down payment, and the rest of my legal fees were paid in small installments which was much larger than the amounts in his contract. So thank you, Mr. McGregor, hopefully, one day when I return to NOLA I can meet you in person. And thank you again for reassuring and helping me put this all behind me, you are indeed a man of your word.

My partner needed an attorney to file an eviction so I recommend Mr. Oliver Hadley based his reviews. We never met Mr. Hadley because we live in Chicago so we spoke with him several times a day concerning the case, and he sent an e-contract to sign electronically along with a form to submit payment.
Once he received full payment he slowly stopped communicating, as we tried several occasions to contact him but he wouldn't reply until two weeks later. Twice the court date was set but Mr. Oliver Hadley never showed up, and always made up excuses for his absence. My partner and I finally drove to New Orleans for the court hearing, completed the filing of motion ourselves and informed the Judge the situation of being ripped off by this attorney. I differently would not recommend Mr. Hardley has reported him to the law board.

I am the alleged victim of a crime, but I do not believe that the charges reflect the events on the night that the defendant was arrested and feel uncomfortable with the fact that he is being prosecuted.
After several months of trying to convince the prosecution not to go forward with the charges, and of contacting the public defender’s office to no avail (in hopes of communicating with the defendant’s attorney and gaining some insight into how I might be able to share my version of events, which was not reflected in the police report), I had become quite desperate.
While financial reservations had initially dissuaded me from contacting a private defense attorney, I decided that I should, at the very least, look into the cost of a consultation.
I left a message on Stephen Hebert’s voicemail at the ungodly hour of four in the morning, expecting that I would wait several days before hearing back from an employee, if at all. But, to my great surprise, Attorney Hebert himself called me back within an hour and half. He did not take me through a lengthy intake process or require me to schedule an appointment, he simply asked if I would like to do a free phone consultation then and there.
I anxiously explained my story at some length, and he listened patiently and then spoke with me for almost 2 hours about various aspects of the case, and about the practical implications, and potential benefits and risks of submitting a sworn affidavit recounting my version of the events (I told him I had been considering doing this).
Given that he was not representing me, he was not in a position to tell me what I should do. But he answered all of my questions and familiarized me with a range of possible outcomes, drawing not only upon his legal knowledge but upon his practical knowledge of how things tend to work “on the ground” in Orleans Parish, where my case is being heard.
I left the call with a sense of peace and agency that I have not been able to achieve for months, simply by virtue of Attorney Hebert’s willingness to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. Although he did not represent me, his timely and generous handling of my questions and concerns speaks volumes to the kind of person he is, and to how he treats his clients. I highly recommend.
