Price McNamara and his team were successful at getting my long-term disability benefits, reinstated after they were abruptly stopped. Getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness was terribly traumatic and left me unable to work. After receiving benefits for two years, my long-term disability company claimed I was no longer eligible for benefits. This was a low point for me. I didn’t feel comfortable fighting this by myself and I was referred to Mr. Price by another attorney. Mr. Price and his wonderful team kept me informed every step of the way. They answered every question I had and communication was prompt and accurate. I cannot recommend Mr. Price and his team enough If you need assistance with employer paid disability policies.

Last year I was visiting NOLA for my Birthday, I was so excited because I had never been before and spent a full week there and stayed in three different hotels on my visit, the third hotel in which I reside resulted in an unpleasant stay and an assault case. It was horrible. After checking out of the hotel I was on to San Antonio for my next destination, it wasn't until I got to my hotel there when I realzied I didnt have my other phone so I notifide the hotel that on my way going back to Orlando I will drive thru and pick up my phone, upon on returning three days later I went to the front desk told the associate my name, room number and the type and color of the phone, the asscoiate picked my phone up and begun to hand it over to me then asked me for my ID, my ID was in the car and I did have my passport on me but I didn't provide it to him because they already knew the phone belonged to me and just to honest I didnt want to give ID because I had already provided him with pertaninet information, the associate decided that he was going to smirk at me then grab for my phone so I rushed behind the counter to get it off the counter and he proceeded to stick it in his pocket so to make a long story short we got into a tassel over my property , there was no physcial attacking of any sorts as the witnness and the hotel staff had mentioned. The only reason why I wasn't arrested was because the police couldn't find any evidence that an attack had occurred so they wrote me a summons to fight it in court. This resulted in me needing to find a lawyer in the area to take on my case so I quickly did a search and came across Mr. McGregor and saw his reviews and contacted him in hopes that he could take on my case and get it thrown out, from our very first call I explained to him what had happened "he didn't rush to judgment, listened attentively, gave me a soulful response and some level of encouragement ." So I felt relieved that he took on my case for some reason. I felt like I was lead to him, not because of his profession but through the conversation we had early on, over the phone. He was fair. He was kind. He was accommodating throughout my case. Not only am I happy about the outcome of my case I'm very appreciative that he allowed me to make one medium size down payment, and the rest of my legal fees were paid in small installments which was much larger than the amounts in his contract. So thank you, Mr. McGregor, hopefully, one day when I return to NOLA I can meet you in person. And thank you again for reassuring and helping me put this all behind me, you are indeed a man of your word.

I contacted Chris via email to help with an urgent immigration situation my wife and I were facing. Chris displayed empathy and a thoughtful approach to evaluating and recommending the appropriate course of action for our Immigration needs. He was able to come up with a plan to have my wife apply for an EB2-NIW as a quicker way to achieve our goal.
He was always available to answer any questions we had during every step of the process and was also more hopeful about our chances of success than we initially did - considering some other attorney had a limited expectation for the success of my wife's NIW petition.

Jeremy has been with my immigration journey to the U.S. since 2007 and also those of my colleagues. He has handled various different type of visa filings for me - TN, H1B and L1A with efficiency. His attention to detail was thorough and advise and guidance was accurate. Although mine was not a routine case, through his guidance, I was able to acquire all the required documentation, affidavits etc. prior filing my AOS application and my Green Card was approved without any RFEs.

My very first contact with Mr. Zollinger was positive. I contacted his office after business hours, to confirm the number was accurate. To my surprise, Mr. Zollinger answered the phone. The first thing that came to mind was, "It's an hour after business hours, and he is still there working on cases." this immediately made me feel like his clients were of extreme importance to him. After talking to Mr. Zollinger for a few minutes, I explained my situation and listened to his advice. He was extremely professional and courteous. I live about 5 hours away from his office. However, I decided to make the trip to New Orleans and enlist the help of his office. Best decision I could have made! Once we met with Mr. Zollinger and discussed the specifics of the process and had a clear understanding of what could happen, we felt more than confident to do business with Mr. Zolinger. After completing the tasks Mr. Zollinger set for us, it only took approximately 3-4 weeks and our case was finished with the best outcome that we could have hoped for. We are extremely satisfied with the services rendered from Mr. Zollinger. His staff is courteous, and the whole process was as about painless as one could hope for. They called me before Xmas and said I needed to sign for a check I did was told I'll should have the money in a week. A month later they see my number (twice) they don't answer I wait five minutes and call from another number and pick up on first ring. Shady lawyers are the worst and he's one of them.

I got hit by a car on Jan 9th 2014 while riding my bicycle home from work. When I was across the street from my house on St. Charles Ave. a car struck me directly from behind. I suffered a bad injury on my right ankle, my bone was sticking out of my leg. It was the scariest moment of my life.
My friends told me many times that I should do something about this because it was not my fault, and my life got really screwed up for someone else's negligence.
After contacting a couple of lawyers who didn't even hear my case or my explanation of what happened, my best friend contacted me with Roderick. There is no words that can express how grateful I am for all he did for me. Since the first time we spoke on the phone he showed genuine interest on what had happened to me. He is not only an extremely smart person who did an excellent job during the whole case and kept me posted all the time, he is also an emphatic human being and who would fight for what is RIGHT, and that is just not easy to find. I hired Sharon Williams to help me with a name change. I told her I wanted to use an attorney with experience in this sort of thing so I wouldn't have to worry about it and would get it done fast as I need to have my preferred name match for my job. She told me not to worry, that she would take care of it quickly. I initially met with her in late July, and I signed my petition in early August. it is now January and the process is not done. She has been very unresponsive, as I've texted her multiple times asking for specifics on why this is taking so long. I now haven't heard from her in a week. I've called her office multiple times with no answer and left messages. Called her phone but the voicemail box is full. The lack of communication leaves me to not trust that she is able to do the job I paid her to do in a timely manner, and feel like I've wasted my time and money for something I would have been better off doing myself. Ive spoken with people who have changed their names on their own with no attorney and most did it within a month. I am at 5 months. My passport has expired and my license expires soon which will be a major complication where I have to renew it under my old name, while I was under the impression would have been taken care of by now. I would not trust Sharon Williams with anything as important as custody or a will if she can't even properly do a name change.

Richard Barker's performance in my trial, and efforts to prepare my case for trial, and the result resulting verdict (over 50 X the current medical bills) after receiving no offer, until a totally unacceptable offer after trial had begun for the life-altering damage to my spinal degeneration and pain the Government truck caused. A comment on the unfairness of the damage cap our State Legislature has made law, to further harm law abiding citizens, may not hurt, either. The cap makes it impossible to get the evidence and testimony to fully inform your jury of the real totality of your injury, because the cost cannot be recovered, and the Government has unlimited resources to fight you with. It is fighting uphill all the way, against a Government that makes all the rules to protect itself, with absolutely NO regard for the lone citizen Battling for his Future against the unlimited Power of Government. How can the government send money all over the world but not want to compensate people that got hurt by their negligence? If you want someone to fight for you Richard is your man !

I hired Sharon Williams to help me with a name change. I told her I wanted to use an attorney with experience in this sort of thing so I wouldn't have to worry about it and would get it done fast as I need to have my preferred name match for my job. She told me not to worry, that she would take care of it quickly. I initially met with her in late July, and I signed my petition in early August. it is now January and the process is not done. She has been very unresponsive, as I've texted her multiple times asking for specifics on why this is taking so long. I now haven't heard from her in a week. I've called her office multiple times with no answer and left messages. Called her phone but the voicemail box is full. The lack of communication leaves me to not trust that she is able to do the job I paid her to do in a timely manner, and feel like I've wasted my time and money for something I would have been better off doing myself. Ive spoken with people who have changed their names on their own with no attorney and most did it within a month. I am at 5 months. My passport has expired and my license expires soon which will be a major complication where I have to renew it under my old name, while I was under the impression would have been taken care of by now. I would not trust Sharon Williams with anything as important as custody or a will if she can't even properly do a name change.
