I would recommend Bob Salinas to anyone facing bad behavior from a landlord. We went to him when our landlord tried to illegally evict every person in our complex, and he guided us through the process of collecting evidence and responding to the eviction threats, and then helped us through mediation and to a settlement that kept us all in our homes.
The thing I really want to stress, though, is how kind and patient he is with his clients. Needless to say we were beyond anxious and stressed out over the landlord's threats, but he was always there for us, giving us so much more of his time than he had to -- even though our case was much smaller than many of the other cases his firm handles.

Three years ago, I was walking outside of Kmart when two friends and I were detained by I.C.E. in Fairfield California. I was held in a detention facility in Seattle Washington for about a month. My two friends were deported and I was sure that any day I'd be next. I decided to take the option to fight my case in court. I was released on bail. I was confused about the immigration laws and had no clue how to go about fighting my case. I was recommended the law firm of Mrs. Clements and it was the best decision of my life. Approximately two years ago I was rear-ended in an auto accident. I had never been in this type situation hence, inexperienced on what to do...At a family function a family member mentioned Mr. Ochoa and highly recommended him. Subsequently, I engaged Mr. Ochoa to represent me with my claim. Over a span of the past two years, Mr. Ochoa was diligent, detailed, persistent and "spot on" in bringing our case to resolution. Mr. Ochoa was always professional - he is tenured, experienced and highly skilled in this area. Mr. Ochoa requested very accurate information of me personal and financial ( I did not like this as I did not think it pertintent) yet it was important in dealing with insurance entities. Mr. Ochoa, sent letters and supporting documentation to said insurance company reflecting validity to my claim. All in all, Mr. Ochoa was successful in bringing our case to closure with an award. Without Mr. Ocha's expertise I would not have been able to settle with such an award.

I've gotten myself into some situations. This year my dad died and my grandma entered a hospice facility. You name it and I've gotten into it. Well let me tell you. In case you didn't know James Phillip Vaughns was a Deputy District Attorney for Alameda County before becoming an AUSA(Assistant United States Attorney). If you were a secret service agent or an FBI agent who positively wanted to send someone to prison for a very long time and you were in the bay area, I suspect you worked with Phil to dot your I's and cross your T's.
I can tell you this. I have never regretted a dime I've paid Phil. I was never ever disappointed in the resolution of any matter Phil addressed on my behalf.

Atty Joseph Jung was most efficient and effective in resolving my collision case. His most favorable attributes are that you actually hear from him even after working hours (5pm) . He cares and listens. This is most evident when you have unanswered questions or concerns. Least favorable: When a settlement is made would it be possible to receive direct deposit so as not to have funds lost through the mail (did not happen in my experience).

Well let me start by saying that working with Cristina Lee in my inmigration case was one of the best things i coul've done since my case was really complicated.I had overstayed (thing that i did not know until inmigration send me letter saying that i was going to get deported if i did not show up for this hearing).
