Just recently on February 13, 2020 a had my interview for a Citizenship. This firm truly is a powerhouse! I hired Chad Brandt, and lawyer Kelly Sanchez joined us in my case. So another word I had two lawyers watching after and taking care my case! Chad is very done to the point and Kelly is very detailed and organized. So this team truly is a powerhouse! I was informed from this office of any changes or any appointments in my case in a timely manner. And of cause prior to my Individual Hearing I had free of charge appointments with Chad Brandt and prior to my Citizenship Interview with Kelly Sanchez. Now it's a done deal! I got my Citizenship! An exceptional attorney—professional, reasonably priced, and above all, effective. My case was particularly complicated, but she has been there every step of the way since my arrival in the United States, from the H1B visa to the Green Card, and with much emotion, I obtained my citizenship this week. The only fault one might find is that she is immune to my best jokes, which might make her worse than engineers or accountants in that regard, but well... nobody's perfect!

A coworker recommended Suzanne Vazquez as the best immigration attorney in Florida. Mine was a very straightforward case of adjusting status after marrying a U.S. citizen but, oh boy, am I pleased and relieved that we hired Suzanne nonetheless. Suzanne and her team are knowledgeable, diligent, capable, and professional. They always addressed our questions or concerns in a timely manner, especially Lucila Gonzalez. All of this was exactly what we needed when USCIS somehow lost my medical records and sent a letter rejecting the case. It was a terrifying and devastating moment for my husband and I, who had done everything right but got blamed for a mistake we didn't make. We contacted Suzanne and Lucila immediately and they started working on our case that same day. Suzanne rectified the situation with USCIS and got the doctor to see me again and issue a new documentation the very next day! Thanks to Suzanne the case got reopened and approved! In less than a month after the incident I had my green card in my hands. We were already set on hiring Suzanne for the next steps of my immigration process, but after this, there is no way we could ever even think of trusting anybody else with keeping our family together.

David Stoller is such a unique attorney. He is so smart, honest and knowlegeable. I had a very complicated case which nobody could figure out what to do. I called the USCIS customer service almost every week, but the only thing I get is frustration and confusion. David gave me the advice in 10 minutes after he reviewed my paper. He knows exactly what I need to do. I hesitated if I should hire him at the beginning because I had such bad experience with attorney before, but I decided to give him a try. I am so happy I made the right decision . Now having my green card in my hands, I really appreciate David's help. I only have one regret. I should have hired David Stoller earlier.

Ram helped with my case on a green card. I got in touch with him trough my employer. The experience was great. As everything, sometimes you can have a difference in opinions but the overall process was great. All indications, instructions, times were pretty close/on point on his references on how long the case could take. NANCY has always made me feel like I’m her ONLY client. Even though I hear her phone(s) ring during every call! I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes for a direct returned phone call from her, EVER. She’s handled every matter I’ve thrown to her extremely fast and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve also caught emails from her in the extreme early morning to the late evening to quickly handle issues. Over the past month I’ve grown to trust Nancy as family although we have yet to meet in person. She’s represented me as the title company for my recent home purchase, to review/correct all loan and contract issues, and to protect my rental security deposits rightful return.
I live in Cape Coral and was skeptical to hire an attorney so far away, but I assure you not to hesitate because of distance. Your initial consultation will show you exactly what I’m talking about. I had the privilege of working with Ms. Campiglia last summer. A group of us homeowners used a go fund me account to hire her for her legal services and it was so refreshing to speak to a lawyer who really knew her stuff. Our initial consultation was eye opening as we learned things about HOA laws and the State of Florida laws that we never knew about. Her advice was spot on and her method to get results was amazing. She is calm, but persistent. She was available almost 24 hours a day for us and didn't try to nickle and dime us with billing for quick responses or questions. It truly was refreshing working with her and if you are having any HOA questions, concerns,or problems, RUN don't walk, RUN to Ms. Campiglia. These HOA issues can get harrowing and stressful on residents, but Ms. Campiglia was the the mature adult in the room who knew the laws and had the answers. My attorney was Mr Stoller through out the process but due to personal problem, he can't attend my individual hearing with me, so Mr Stoller handed my case to Mrs Claudia, my husband and i went to meet with her at the office, she already read my file and Mr Stoller already gave all the important informations. We literally only used 1 hour to go over everything, and she was so confident about my case, that made me felt such relief. The best is she know the law and regulations very well, during my individual hearing, the state attorney tried to brought up some questions that are not in my favor, she quickly discussed with the state attorney and stopped him. She prepared well for my case and my court was scheduled at 9 am, and I was nervous that if she will be there on time, I am nervous because my 3 attorneys before were all show up late for my interviews. My husband and I got there at 8:40 am, and Mrs Claudia was already there for awhile and she was reading my case. In my matter, I contacted Cooper when a new neighbor intentionally placed their fence onto my dad's property. Even after calling the police, this neighbor persisted in trespassing. I have been fighting with HOA (Managed by one bulk owner, multi billion dollar company) for 3 years now, just to make them do the right thing, and they ignored me, filing a complaint to the state of Florida did not work.
