I hired Michael to consult on a situation I found myself in with an attorney I hired to handle a debt collection resulting from the pandemic who let a default judgement happen and a second attorney I hired to resolve the situation. Michael was thorough, gave me sage advice, and was down to earth. Michael is unlike any other attorney that I've enountered in that he genuinely cares about his clients and is a good person, and demonstrated that each time we spoke. Our son recommended Kiran Mahal to us as he just completed his will under his guidance. We met with Kiran and were impressed with his knowledge in his review of our will. Rizwan is a personable individual, but I wouldn’t trust him with serious matters. He earned his law degree later in life and seems to still be finding his footing. What stands out most is his expectation to haggle. He demands a high fee; a much larger, well-established law firm with multiple offices and a team of lawyers handled the same work for a third of Rizwan’s asking price. To make matters worse, he charges a non-refundable consultation fee, something most reputable firms don’t do. His office was in poor condition, and there were no other clients present. It’s disappointing—while you may want to support him due to shared cultural ties, his approach feels exploitative.

I have consulted with Jonathan about my immigration requirements on E-3 visa with an employer change. I put forward my case and questions on the best way forward that also suits my spouse's work permit. I genuinely believe Jonathan is BEST in this business, it took him few seconds to understand the case, he is very sharp and attentive and provided a very clear guidance and directions on how I could approach this employer change. I am sure he does a lot of research and is completely well versed with the latest status on visa centers and wait times, which is clearly evident on how he recommends the best/fast places to process visas. The best/unique trait I love in him is his striking clarity and confidence with which he converses and provides an update, every single line. As someone who consulted with 3 other immigration lawyers (across different employers in US), I can say Jonathan is the BEST in the country and I would highly-highly recommend him. If not for each employers having their own corporate immigration lawyers relationship, I would use Jonathan for all my E3 visa requirements whenever I change my employer.

Mr. Casazza and his team (Jessica) is really helpful and knowledgeable since begining me and my wife meet them to consult about our immigration problem and they know exactly step bye step the problem solution after listening us.
Finally we can get our EAD in 15 months (that is because some denial and slow response from USCIS) after waiting for almost 8 years since our case droped by the court.

We reached out to Mr Isbell well in advance (months) of the time we anticipated the need to file a WOM for our IR-1 IV case approaching a year pending at the Montréal Consulate in AP, with DS-5535 submission .
He was forthcoming in telling us (instead of advising or pressuring us to file prematurely), that it would be prudent to wait for the year to conclude and see if the case was naturally adjudicated. We contacted him again as our case approached the year mark.
We spoke at length while he was traveling and away from the office. His professionalism and timely response to our needs left an indelibly wonderful impression.
Just a few days after Alex emailed to us information for what was required to proceed, our case was adjudicated.
We were relieved to finally have IV approval after 13 months and a week from the interview, and glad not having to go through the stress and expense of suing the government; yet felt extremely confident with his level of expertise and certain he would have diligently represented us. Getson & Schatz handled my EB2 NIW follow-to-join case as the spouse of a Green Card holder, and I had the pleasure of working with Brian Getson.
The entire process was straightforward and took about six months, culminating in the visa approval on the day of the consular interview.
Brian's most crucial advice was on timing our paper filings to minimize processing times, which saved us at least a year of separation between me and my spouse. This advice was not provided by other attorneys we consulted. For that alone we are very grateful.
Additionally, Brian's extensive knowledge of the process, attention to detail, and responsiveness to our questions were invaluable. I personally enjoyed his honest, no-nonsense, and to-the-point responses.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Brian Getson and Getson & Schatz.

I would like to recommend Brian and his team to researchers who plan to go through EB-2 or EB-1.
I am an entomologist with specific expertise in pests of agriculture, so I had hoped to obtain a green card through EB2 National Interest Waiver. Now it is a reality.
I found Brian through the internet and from the start he was clear and straightforward.
He explained to me what are the strong sides of my case and where are potential weaknesses. If I would prepare a case by myself, I would definitely make all of the mistakes that Brian helped me to avoid.
He is extremely responsible, and detail focused. He answered every single email in very short terms.
During our work through the case he and his team were always extremely fast when preparing my paperwork.
Overall it took about 6 month to prepare the case. 18 month to receive an NIW approval, and then only 4 month to receive a green card ( I applied for residency only after I had approved the case ).
I think Brian prices are fair and just and it is comfortable to pay fees on a monthly basis, especially if you consider it as a great investment in your future.
Overall, I am impressed how good and straightforward the whole process was.
I wish Brian many more years of happy life with successful cases that will change the lives of many people.

Mr. Gonzales was the first immigration lawyer I worked with. He was extremely personable, helpful, friendly. I'm an MBA prospect, with a sensitive nationality, and I entered the country on a student visa. I decided later on to pursue a spouse-based application for permanent residency.
