24 августа 2023 г. выиграли суд с адвокатом Федоровым Сергеем. Мы приехали в США в октябре 2022 года, а уже в августе 2023 г. мы получили убежище и открыли новую страницу в нашей жизни. Слушание длилось около 30 минут.

Matthew was recommended to us by my husbands sister and her husband after she had been married and in the USA for a few years. He had handled her K-1 Visa case too and she gained citizenship with Matthew's help a few years before we hired him for my husband's citizenship status. From the moment I called Matthew the first time(he was in Mexico on a vacation with his wife and also out to dinner) he made us feel important and special even though he's done many of these cases. That was the start of a great working relationship. Matthew is extremely organized, always on time(actually he's always ahead of schedule which is so nice!), saved us money in certain instances, and kept all the paperwork simple by tagging all the spots that needed signing and including return envelopes. Matthew has turned into more of a friend than just a professional we worked with. We are hiring him again for green cards for my husbands parents! I want to make sure to include how difficult of a time we had before hiring Matthew with trying to get a visitor visa before we got engaged and then hired Matthew. My husband and his family are from Pakistan and that passport gets ya no where, sadly. We had a lot of heart ache in the beginning being so far from each other but Matthew wasn't intimidated by the challenge. I was expecting a quick blip of Matthew saying congratulations to my husband but no- he put extra effort in and made this super cool mini scripted movie with his wife in it too! We always look forward to that part of his citizenship video! Atty. Montefalcon was recommended to us. We made an appointment with him and explained that we were from out of town and on a tight schedule. So he actually came in on a weekend to get the paperwork completed!
We had to go to the Philippines to sell our deceased parents property and close their bank accounts as well. All this in 1 week. I was dubious that this could happen, but when we arrived, our broker said that because we had all our paperwork In order, we were able to complete the sale of the house in 4 days!
Atty Montefalcon thought of everything, from my sisters name change affidavit, to including both siblings on the special power of atty! Additionally, we were able to close their bank accounts without much hassle, because we were prepared with the banks required paperwork.

I was falsely accused of a sex crime, I hired Mr. Mathew Martinez to defend me against false charges from the the DA. From the time I hired him, he knows already all the accusations are incorrect and evidence provided by the DA are inconsistent and unreliable, he already know exactly of what to do on how to get my case dismissed. My case took about a year in pending because of certain reasons like delaying tactic, but this lawyer never gave up on me and continued to fight for me, gave me update in a timely manner. The DA gave several offers for me to take from no resolution, to a year jailtime with registration, to six months Jail time to no registration to the point that no jailtime and no registration and a felony charges down to misdimeanor, but Atty. Mathew was very confident and smart, even before the DA starts offering their resolution, Atty. Mathews was already ahead of a game telling me of what's going to happen and what he feels the DA is going to offer to resolve the case, and rest assured what he told me is exactly what happened. several offers was given by the DA to the point that they even offered no Jailtime at all. I know my freedom was in a jeopardy at that time, and dont know exactly of what is going to happen to me or where would this case take me, but I know and I believe that the truth will prevail in Gods perfect timing. Mr. Mathew Martinez was used as the instrument to help me, his unique move as defence attorney is one of a kind, he is very comfortable in court as if he's the only man running the show while in the court room, he talks very straight forward to theprosecuter demanding them and challenging them to dismis my case and promising them that they are not going to win. Without Atty. Mathew help and advices, I would have probably got deceive by the DA's offer and ended up losing by accepting their resolution. The DA ended up throwing my case last minute for lack of evidence.
Mr. Martinez is a great lawyer and highly recommended. He even tried to help me giving me enough time to afford his fee in a installment way.

My ex slapped a restraining order on me for nothing. Mr. Martinez handled the DVTRO hearing. He told me not to worry about anything. Erika Gonzalez is, by far, the best lawyer I have ever met in my life and I wholeheartedly recommend her. I have met several attorneys ( family matters) and I cannot begin to tell you how unprofessional and totally uncommitted they were.
Erika is a woman of few words but boy did she get the job done for me! She listens to you, asks targeted questions, takes notes of details, the dates, the places, etc. She then asks you to write the narrative of the events, comes back to you for more details, search for previous cases of this kind, references, etc and she builds her case. All this is obviously very well prepared and it WORKS.
It took her 3 months and 2 weeks to win my case and for being in touch with many people in my situation, I can tell you that solving this type of issue in less than a year is totally unprecedented.

Carlos Anguiano helped me the whole way through my case against Pep Boys. I bought what turned out to be a faulty engine and after my "new" engine broke down 3 times on the road within the span of 6 months, I decided to take legal action. Lisa helped my husband and me with our process of getting a Green Card last year 2017. He found Lisa online and it was a great decision we made to go with her immigration service because I’m Japanese so it was very helpful for me that she explained details of immigration law in Japanese. Also I asked her a bunch of small questions that I was concerned about immigration process via email and she always gave me an answer. Where to begin....first and foremost I would like to begin by thanking Lisa for all of her patience and hard work. Starting the immigration process was something my husband and I had been dreading for a very long time. We had two other consultations with different attorneys but they were not able to answer most of our questions. When we met Lisa, it was like night and day. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She was confident and that put us at ease. She was always in touch with us via phone or email. Some of her emails were after regular business hours... like 11:00pm.. :) that definitely showed that she cared about our concerns no matter the time what it was. We didn't feel as if we were just another client.
