Lance Curtright is the best immigration lawyer I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in easily understandable terms and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. The odds against me were really huge and a very powerful legal threat to me. I didn't trust any lawyer to take my case but him. He was very straightforward and told me what to expect every step of the way, and at the end of the day he had the case successfully approved. I really appreciate everything he has done for me. I would highly recommend him to everyone!
I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. I thought my life was lost until I found Lance. I had a very complicated immigration case which I thought it couldn't be resolved. We asked the firm that Mr. Gordon works for in Tx to help us with a fairly simple and straight forward case for my brother. They assigned him to the case and he helped us through the process. I live in Atlanta and needed an immigration lawyer and was referred to Mr.Garcia through a family friend. At first I was hesitant to have a lawyer that was so far from me but I am so glad that we chose to go with Mr.Garcia. His firm was so pleasant and always on top of things, they were very good at returning calls and emails in the same day, even multiple times a day sometimes to address my questions or concerns. I am eternally grateful for Ms. Zuniga. No other attorney would take my case because of my criminal background. When I consulted with Ms. Zuniga, she informed me that she was willing to take on my case. She assured me that it wasn't going to be easy, but promised to help me achieve my residency in this country. Since I have lived here since the age of 4, am married, and have a daughter, the process wasn't easy at all. It involved continuous denials and having to schedule a final court hearing. Due to the unique nature of my position, Ashley spend a bit of time tweaking the job duties, course mapping documents, and availability of work documents. This Attorney is very good. Since we came in we were greeted very nicely by the office staff, they made us feel right at home. The communication between the firm and us was very efficient due to the fact that we do not live in San Antonio but yet we were able to communicate as if I was in front of him (which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of). I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. Vanessa work on my case through several applications/forms (from work permit renewal to permanent residency) from the start she will learn and help you bring out any little detail of your case that can help or hurt the proceeding. As a professional she will put a case together and a course of action and give you those options. Not one mistake, Vanessa, Natasha and the entire staff are as professional as it comes, meeting timelines, overseeing problems that could arise and making sure you are prepared for them (since immigration law is so complicated). Mr. Singh is a highly professional, very thorough and compassionate attorney. He helped me throughout my Green Card Journey, from filing my initial I-130, I-485 and I-765 to my I-751. Cathy is my court appointed attorney on a case that just will not end, yet through it all she is the best attorney I've ever known and I've dealt with MANY lawyers for different reasons. She is extremely personable and dedicated to her clients. Over the years of fighting my case she has seen my personal struggle through some difficult times and she always has had a kind word right when I need it most. She genuinely cares about her clients.
