I scheduled a consultation with Hasan and had a video conference with him. Hasan is a very thorough attorney and what I liked about his approach is that rather than providing a vague possible solution, he is open and very specific from the beginning of what could be done and leaves it as a choice to you whether to come to his firm to actually do it. He didn't pressure me, which is a very professional approach, he wasn't trying to sell. I would like to thank all his administrative staff. They are very responsive and organized.

Ritu is an excellent immigration lawyer. She is very prompt in answering/addressing her clients' questions/concerns. Needless to say that she is very good at responding to phone calls and emails. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ritu despite the USCIS delays which the attorney or the clients have no control over. She puts so much effort into creating the document packets that get filed/submitted, that, it really shows and helps the case so much. This really really told me that Ritu is very experienced in what she's doing and she knows how to make her cases standout from the crowd (in a positive way). She is pretty easy to work with because she understands her clients and their needs so well.
Any immigration case calls for a lot of efforts from the clients themselves and the attorney. We were very prompt in submitting whatever documents, proofs was asked of us to her and we heard personally from her that that helped her a lot. Ritu has an amazing work ethic and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Just like many Indians we had been waiting for our GC for almost a decade. When our kids were growing up, we were really concerned with them not only not aging out but also understand the options for them as they enter college. We were introduced to Sweta Khandelwal’s office and they got back to us very promptly. Due to COVID situation, Immigration Consultation with Attorney Sweta Khandelwal was remote but she was very patient in reviewing our case, discussing options and also looking up for us the CA Dream Act stuff. We would highly highly recommend anyone who has any immigration needs and/or who wants to get a second opinion from an immigration expert on the options available to become a permanent resident of USA. READ THIS if you are looking for a good Immigration Layer... We had a truly wonderful experience with Mr. Castro and his Legal team- it took all of the stress of visa processing away! We worked with Victor and his team, and they were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. They were always fast but careful and made sure that all of our documentation was correct in every way. We also felt like they cared about us and made sure we got our visa approved (we worked first on my Green card and then with the Naturalization process) and they were so excited for us when it did! It certainly doesn't feel like the scary lawyers I used to picture.
Mr. Castro and his team are honest and what you will pay is a fair price considering all the value that you get from them.
For anyone that is unsure about all the paperwork, having lawyers that really care about you and your situation is an absolute must, and I would recommend Castro Legal.

I am still going through the most difficult and worse time of my entire life dealing with divorce paperwork and a long and drawn out custody battle. Mr. Castro and his professional team at Castro Legal have not only been helpful but very kind to assist me and my family during this time. Even though the final verdict has not been given, I still think it is important to write this review. Mr. Castro deserves to be recognized as one of San Jose's finest attorneys at law. His honesty is his strength and his disposition in court is of a real gentlemen. A quality we do not come across often these days. I needed a civil harassment restraining order to protect my family, so I filled one out on my own down at the local superior court. The filing process was pretty straightforward and the temporary restraining orders were approved, but then the other side lawyered up and filed their own restraining order against my family. Since I have no legal training, I thought it would be a good idea to get a lawyer to protect us. It's difficult to find a lawyer that specializes in the exact case you need help with, so it took calling dozens of lawyers before I finally found Mr. Ortiz's firm. Talking to his senior paralegal Shaun the first time, I knew this was the firm for us; they saw our situation and completely agreed with our point of view. Of course, Mr. Ortiz's firm totally knew how to respond to motions and filings from the other side, and were able to handle all the legal maneuvering that I could have been blind-sided with. On the day of the court hearing for the restraining order, Mr. Ortiz personally showed up to help us through the day. He was able to say all the right legal words during court, and then explained our options to us in plain English. In the end, we got what we wanted. It was great to have Mr. Ortiz and his team on our side. They took the guesswork out of the legal proceedings, and we definitely got more peace of mind during the process to have such an experienced, level-headed firm handle things where emotions were definitely flying high on our end. Also of note, Mr. Ortiz's firm has very transparent pricing and a breakdown of how they use funds out of their retainer fee. Other firms were not as transparent with how they would use their funds, which made me feel uncomfortable that I could end up spending thousands of dollars more than I really intended to with a less positive outcome to our situation.
