On our initial consultation, Lina Baroudi nonchalantly commented how small her firm was. But in my book, on a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 10. LET ME EXPLAIN: After months which led to years of feverishly trying to obtain result of my legal status in the US through U.S. Department of State and USCIS, my sister-in-law suggested to seek professional help with Lina Baroudi upon reading a review of her. Our journey for the immigration process started a few months before finding Raul Ray. We consulted at least 5 attorneys before meeting with him. As this can be a complicated process we wanted to be confident and comfortable with who we hired. Dealing with a couple of DUIs on the record we wanted an attorney who would work hard to represent us in the best way possible in the process to apply for our green card. I'm opening with the statement: INCREDIBLE service, attention to detail, and follow up! I scheduled a consultation with Hasan and had a video conference with him. Hasan is a very thorough attorney and what I liked about his approach is that rather than providing a vague possible solution, he is open and very specific from the beginning of what could be done and leaves it as a choice to you whether to come to his firm to actually do it. Melinda is a kind and professional attorney who goes beyond and above for me and her clients. I was referred by other friend when I found my ex-husband cheated on my in 2020. I scheduled a consultation with her. Through the consultation, she explained thoroughly what to expect and how she could helpme protect my rights.
My divorce is messy and still ongoing, but Melinda never leaves me behind. She has committed herself to my trials and hearings. She prepared me very well on the stand and she always works overtime. She listens really well. She gets my point immediately, and gets to her point clearly. The communication was very professional and easy.
She offered her professional take on the case and on my concerns, even I haven't hired her. She does not just care about money. She said, to save the time and money, what is the good way to proceed instead of forcing me a case to open and hire her.

Just like many Indians we had been waiting for our GC for almost a decade. When our kids were growing up, we were really concerned with them not only not aging out but also understand the options for them as they enter college. We were introduced to Sweta Khandelwal’s office and they got back to us very promptly. Due to COVID situation, Immigration Consultation with Attorney Sweta Khandelwal was remote but she was very patient in reviewing our case, discussing options and also looking up for us the CA Dream Act stuff. We would highly highly recommend anyone who has any immigration needs and/or who wants to get a second opinion from an immigration expert on the options available to become a permanent resident of USA. If you are worried and not sure if your employer’s attorney is doing everything right e.g., should you downgrade from EB2 to EB3, talk to Attorney Sweta and you won’t be disappointed. She’s terrific… we are pretty sure we will use their office for Naturalization process!

Ritu is an excellent immigration lawyer. She is very prompt in answering/addressing her clients' questions/concerns. Needless to say that she is very good at responding to phone calls and emails. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ritu despite the USCIS delays which the attorney or the clients have no control over. She puts so much effort into creating the document packets that get filed/submitted, that, it really shows and helps the case so much. This really really told me that Ritu is very experienced in what she's doing and she knows how to make her cases standout from the crowd (in a positive way). She is pretty easy to work with because she understands her clients and their needs so well.
Any immigration case calls for a lot of efforts from the clients themselves and the attorney. We were very prompt in submitting whatever documents, proofs was asked of us to her and we heard personally from her that that helped her a lot. Ritu has an amazing work ethic and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I hired James Cai (or Jingming Cai) as my attorney for a case. It was a disaster!
He has, at least, the following issues:
1. Concealed important information. He hid the information for earning your money;
2. Not professional at all. Delaying your case without notifying you;
3. You would get a HUGE bill, some of the items was not caused by you at all;
I have FILED a lawsuit against him and SAC Attorneys LLP.
NEVER use him!
