Mr. Buffington was very helpful with our process, and we felt very comfortable with his services. We first thought that he was asking for too much paperwork, but at the end, the big list of documents that he required for us to have ready, was very helpful. We think that if it wasn't for all the evidences that Mr. Buffington asked us to have ready before our first meeting, our case would have probably taken longer. The immigration agent ended up asking for more evidences after all, but with the help of Mr. Buffington, and the letters he wrote to the immigration agent in our behalf, we were able to get my green card in less than a year. Jay represented me during a 2nd DUI offense and we received a favorable outcome. I was caught driving on a suspended license afterwards and this was my 3rd DWLS 1st. I was facing 6 months in jail and losing my career. He was able to get my charged reduced to a DWLS 2nd and I received 90 days of Electronic Home Monitoring. My parents were recommended to this place my parents were told that this was the best lawyer to go through, but seems like it is not true. My parents trusted paralegal to turn in the paperwork to immigration. The paralegal, left this office and left my parents case on the table, like nothing happened while the office happily is still charging my parents every month. My parents called a few months later to see where the case was going because they did not receive no receipt from USCIS as they should or even just an appointment to get biometrics done that they never submitted the paperwork and they have not received anything but again happily taking my parents hard-working money. I do not recommend this place.

John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Erica doesn’t seem to know family law or the court system. Due her her negligence, my divorce case is drawn out an additional 4 months. I switched lawyers due to her excessive billing. Mr. Ewetuga is very good at what he does. I went to him in a panic because a past creditor had my wages garnished for an account that they thought was still outstanding. I knew I had paid off this account and fortunately, I kept all of my paperwork from three years ago. During our consultation, he recommended that I take action and contact the creditor first to let them know I paid the debt. Then I should fax over the documents showing them proof it was paid since the first collection agency failed to follow up with the original creditor. If that didn't work, then we would proceed to plan B. After gathering my thoughts, I went home and did what he instructed. I contacted the creditor, explained the situation, and faxed over the documents. A little bit later, I called back to make sure they received everything. They then explained to me that they faxed this information over to my employer to withdraw the garnishment, and they would stop collection efforts. That really made my day! I have never experienced wage garnishment before, and I was upset and full of anxiety that collections came after me again after I paid off this debt, but Mr. Ewetuga knew exactly what to do! I know some attorneys would have figured out a way to just drag this out and charge me a huge bill, but his payment was definitely reasonable as well as his services. Thank you Mr. Ewetuga!

Alejandro did our consult. Showed up late and didn't even apologize for making us wait. On top of him arriving late, shortened us on time. We decided to hire but, everything was so on organized, the lady who was helping him (Gloria) was so attentive on details, took a long time to respond to calls or reply to emails.
Our case got transferred to probably two/three difference paralegals. At the end its just no worth your time and money working with attorney who does not work on your case.
