Right off the bat the entire staff was welcoming and helpful. We decided to go with Asghar Law and we're glad we did.

After originally consulting with Jeffrey in 2017 and beginning my immigration journey to the US with him, Jeffrey was clearly knowledgeable and well versed in immigration law. I always enjoyed working with him and the members of his offices over the years and appreciated their clear checklists of what I needed to provide during the process. They made an overwhelming task feel much more simple and I was successful in obtaining my work permit and Green card within about 13-14 months of initially speaking with him in Florida, at his office.
It was easy to renew my relationship again with his office in 2020, when they reached out to me as a courteous reminder of my status at the time. During what was already a stressful year, Jeffrey and his office made it easy to do the process virtually while I was also living in New York. I was so grateful that I was able to continue the relationship with him during this time as it made the process much less difficult. There were some stressful moments working with USCIS and scheduling appointments, however, I appreciated the support I had from the paralegals I was also working with at the time to help with getting through those challenges.
I have since recently consulted with Jeffrey again about my current and future status in the US and look forward to working with him again in the future. It feels like working with an old friend after consulting with Jeffrey and his office for the past 7 years and I am grateful for finding them in the first place. Thanks!

Was a bad phone call and a horrible first impression at best. People never forget how you make them feel.
Response! As you can see from his Response that he has lack of understanding and did not listen to understand but listen to respond which is an horrible trait. If he would have ask why I'm looking for a person down south than he would have understand that I was told they had better litigation lawyers down south. Sir, you was rude and very loud to me. When people calling you it's never for anything good. Who call you happy they had to get a bankruptcy attorney? Than he saying it's a scam? Is advise advice a scam, sir? I work for myself and step away from nursing because of my injuries until sometime this year when I'm back practicing, and able to stand up the twelve hour shifts. Sir, empathy, moral and respect, goes a long ways in life. If I use whatever you said I was using must be very good since I file myself and going after my creditors that is violating the stay. Even doe you talk to me very bad I still wish you well and hope you treat your other potential clientsWe have their dignity and respect that you didn't give me.

Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. Mrs. D'Alo lead with the facts of the case, the rights of her client, all the while being played by a con artist, the defendant. After she won a temporary judgement for the me, the victory was never followed through on the defendants side. She calmed and encouraged me, even though i was grieving the lost of my support dog to just let her handle the case and justice will prevail. Mrs. D"Alo, asked exact questions needed for the case, while getting to know me. She didn't scare, she fought with know facts, honesty, and her better judgment. I fell apart many a times, as the waiting game was extremely scary and difficult, but my lawyer looked me in the eyes and said were here to win this, and the law is behind us, she made what seem like forever to me, needed in order for us to win and not come back here again. Mrs. D'Alo, won the case for me and my dog, and also won me a peace of mind that i will never be frighten to lose him ever again. Mrs. D'Alo was very compassionate and dedicated to my case.

In my experience, this lawyer did not work very deligently. He was very slow on replying to questions and concerns. In addition, he did not seem very knowledgeable of immigration issues at all. So it ended up costing me and my family money and above all time which we didn't have.
