First, I need to admit that I never post any testimonials or reviews. However, I am so impressed with an excellent service provided by Attorney David W. Gordon that I decided to write this review.
As an expert in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering I have been working as an expert witness with the best product liability attorneys nationwide for over 15 years. They were large, multi million dollar cases and in each case there were several attorneys working with me. I prepared for them the extensive technical interrogatories that were submitted to courts for the defendants to answer and constantly advised these attorneys about various technical aspects. I have a pretty good experience working numerous attorneys. Obviously, I also met some attorneys with whom I would not work.
Mr. David W. Gordon has provided service for me for the last 4 years. He very successfully represented me (a creditor) in the several bankruptcy cases and on a number of occasions advised me in a business and liability related matters. Prior to meeting Mr. Gordon I used a 3 other bankruptcy attorneys and my experience with them was terrible. They were basically incompetent, unprofessional, did not do what they promised to do, would not communicate with me (even will not return my calls), and on one occasion gave me an advise that soon after the bankruptcy judge imposed on me a several thousand of dollars penalty for violating the bankruptcy court rules.
Mr. Gordon is the most professional bankruptcy attorney I ever known. I plan to use his services forever. He is very knowledgeable in bankruptcy cases and very successful in his litigation. He helped me a lot in every case and frequently in a short period of time. He communicates with his clients right away and returned my calls immediately after he had received my message. I must admit that sometimes I called him over the weekends and he did not mind that and responded right away. He is very particular and takes care about his clients in a really fantastic way. Mr. Gordon’s charges are very reasonable and I recommend him most highly to everyone!

Ms. Williams helped me with my first-time nursing application. I had several arrests from my past and no idea how to explain this to the board of nursing in a way that would not have my application denied or delayed. If I could give a 0 I would! Floredia is awful! The motto is everybody is somebody well by me! They wasted months on a time sensitive case that they took to wait months later to deny because I was being forced to seek mandatory additional care, which was not stated previously, I've lost my husband of 22yrs which I told Floredia but she doesn't care! I'm a nobody& my situation is irrelevant! I'm hurt beyond words for the inconsideration & I personally recommend Julian Sanders if you want results respect and a legal time that fights for you!

My husband and I were thrilled with the representation provided by Doug Robinson, and his paralegal Ginger Lanier. I held a senior position with a top management consulting firm and needed Doug's help with a LTD insurance claim after sustaining multiple head injuries that led to a lesser-known condition, one that was not as simple to prove objectively as some other conditions. Doug was remarkable in his willingness to learn about my condition, proactive and resourceful in getting information from doctors helpful to my case, ethical and trustworthy - and worked incredibly hard to translate that into results. Dave Currie was the best person and lawyer I could have found for my case. My case was a sexual assault case, the incident occurred at a nationally known massage establishment by a licensed massage therapist. Needless to say the case could have been extremely uncomfortable for me, but Dave made every step of the process comfortable and as easy as possible. When anything uncomfortable came up Dave always had my back and made me feel like we were a team, he even took the time to get to know my family that would come along to some of the meeting with me. When it came time for the depositions and negotiations I was extremely nervous, but Dave was knowledgeable and honest about how the proceedings go and it helped a lot with my nerves. Dave’s knowledge, experience, and diligence rewarded me a substantial settlement. Dave Currie is an outstanding lawyer. I was injured in and explosion that left me with permanent hearing damage. Due to my field of business, it was a career ending injury and very important to me. The first lawyer I contacted was horrible. The initial consult was great but it wasnt long before I was wondering what else I needed to be doing and where my case stood. After numerous attempts to reach him and few, if any, return calls, I researched specialized ear injury lawyers and found Dave Currie. After speaking to Dave on the phone for a brief description of his expertise, I fired my current lawyer and went to meet Dave and his team. Let me just say that immediately upon entering his office, I felt amazed at how professional and courteous everyone was. I sat down at a huge table and had 3 people completely focused on what I had to say. Kenya Cantrell, one of Dave's associates, began taking notes, and was ALWAYS available when Dave was not. She promptly returned phone calls and emails, and followed up with all my questions and even questions that I didn't know I had at the time. I was also very impressed at the level of communication that I had with Dave. There were quite a few times that he returned calls and emails on the weekends and days he was out of the office or off. Dave's knowledge of the specifics of my injury were very impressive. He knew some of the doctors that I have seen on a first name basis and was personally sympathetic to my condition. He was very honest with me at all times and if at any point he was unfamiliar with something, he said so, and promptly researched information and followed up with me about it. Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was going on and what all I needed to do while we were awaiting a hearing. During the time before my hearing, I had some troubling family problems and Dave was genuinely concerned for me and what was going on. He postponed a few things while I dealt with them and did not hound me into continuing my case until I was ready. He is very professional yet so comfortable talking to you, its like speaking to an old friend. As time started boiling down, we scheduled a deposition. Dave walked me through what would happen and gave me the direction that I needed to enter the deposition with confidence. After about 5 hours of depositions, things went exactly as Dave had explained. A few days passed and the negotiations began. Dave informed me in great detail what similar cases had settled for and suggested that I not set my sights too high. After many counter offers and Dave's expert negotiating, we settled for about 10 percent higher than the highest settlement for similar and some exceeding the damage that I suffered. I am so pleased that I chose Dave Currie. This was the only time I ever needed a lawyer and I was so relieved that everything went so smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything more in a representative or a friend.

I consulted with Ms Rowen about a complex employment issue. She listened carefully and asked the right questions to allow me to decide whether to take action. She also was comfortable reaching out to another colleague for expertise. I elected not to proceed with the case, in part based on Ms Rowen's candor in describing the pros and cons. I appreciated that she genuinely wanted me to make the decision that would be best for me. I wouldn't consider retaining any other attorney for a complex issue such as this.

Jeffrey Diamond
Attorney Jeffrey Diamond is a sensitive, compassionate, and above all, very competent lawyer. I cannot say enough good things about him. We were referred to him by another attorney who thought our case was interesting, and he knew Atty. Diamond would be the one who could help us.
We were so lucky that Mr. Diamond, who is semi-retired, was willing to tackle what I thought, was an impossible case to win. We had never hired a lawyer for this type of case and we were totally lost as to what we should do, where we should go.
Atty. Diamond was quick to understand and grasp the implications of our case, much to our relief! When he took this on, he explained everything, step by step to us, something for which we were most grateful. His communication skills are second to none. We would receive daily emails updating us as to what was happening, with detailed explanations. We couldn’t have asked for more.
It’s no wonder Atty. Diamond has been named “Super Lawyer” by his peers for 10 years running. Not only that, he teaches Insurance Law at both John Marshall’s Law School as well as at Georgia State University College of Law.

I contacted Mr. Diamond for legal advice with assistance for a Homeowners Insurance Claim and he gave so much attention to reviewing documents and correspondence. He gave me his professional opinion and advice and had my best interest at heart which was so greatly appreciated. Mr. Tidwell handled a "slip and fall" case for us. We could not have made a better decision regarding attorney selection. We found him to be genuine, honest, ethical, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. We had hired an attorney previously, and he sat on our case for almost two years without ever contacting us, so it was great working with an attorney the caliber of Mr. Tidwell.
