We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Working in the legal field, I have worked with dozens of attorneys in the past. Mark is by far the most honest, responsive, and considerate attorney I've met.

My firm is a small business provider of IT services which had a service agreement with a large enterprise client. I went to David's law firm to speak with his partner first, and his partner referred me to David. We hit it off immediately; he listens well, makes no assumptions until he has heard everything and takes notes so his questions are succinct and to the point.
My issue was with a rogue HOA president who just wanted to make certain homeowners lives miserable. David was prompt and thorough in all of his correspondence to the opposing attorney and made sure he followed up with me weekly, even if there was no movement. I really appreciated the fact that he let me proof all of the letters to the opposing attorney, and took my edits/additions to heart.
David was able to not only bring closure to the matter with the opposing attorney but made sure all of the false claims brought against me (with fines attached) were wiped clean from my HOA ledger so I was once again a homeowner in good standing.
I was grateful for David's work and would hire him again if needed.

I've worked with a number of lawyers in the past, many of whom I've felt were counting hours or simply too busy to work with me in a meaningful way. In other circumstances, they were not knowledgeable enough on the topics I had issues on, and I didn't feel comfortable with them.
