Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.

Kelly Morgan is a very rare Attorney. He is kind, patient, a great listener, easy to communicate with, responsive and solution oriented. I reached out to Attorney Morgan after a business deal had gone awry, in search of a legal expert that could help my company. In my mind, help meant, “let’s go to court.” Attorney Morgan, however, with his calm and level-headed demeanor, talked me off the ledge with a suggestion to meet with the opposing party because of the relationship he and I have. The result of which positioned my friend and I to finish our deal and remain friends. All thanks to Attorney Morgan. Thank you, Kelly!

I am sorry it took me this long to write this review but Brandy Wyatt is the BEST of the BEST! We had a very unexpected situation arise that caused so much stress and chaos and Brandy made us feel comfortable through the entire ordeal. Outstanding Divorce/Child Custody Lawyer – Highly Recommend!
My case involved a divorce with children, filed by my ex-husband who lives in Ohio, while I reside in Minnesota. Despite my ex-husband and his lawyer insisting that the case should include child custody and be handled in Ohio, Catherine, who was well-versed in child custody laws, raised a key issue: under the UCCJEA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act), Ohio did not have jurisdiction over the children. The opposing party continued to push for a trial involving both the divorce and child custody in Ohio, even though this was legally improper. Ultimately, Catherine and I prevailed, as it was determined that Ohio lacked jurisdiction over the children under the UCCJEA. As a result, the divorce was finalized without any decisions made about custody, which would be addressed in Minnesota instead.
I am so grateful for the exceptional legal support I received from Catherine during my divorce. Going through such a difficult and emotional time was incredibly stressful, but she made the entire process so much easier to navigate. From the initial consultation to the final resolution, Catherine was there every step of the way, providing not only expert legal advice but also compassionate support.

My family was in the process of buying a new home, and the builder, MI Homes, was not being honest about the finances that were required. My wife and I had Tier 1 credit, and we were putting 20 Percent down on the purchase. The MI Homes finance representative was awful!
She initially tried to give us a very high interest rate, and kept raising the rate each time I would call back to get more information on “why” the rate was rising.
I obtained Attorney Tom Somos, and he was phenomenal! Attorney Somos personally attended my financial meeting with MI Homes, and secured a rate that was appropriate, and fair. Attorney Somos then represented my family for the duration of our purchase, including monitoring our closing cost on the home.
In addition, I have recommended Attorney Somos to my colleagues over the years, and they have been very satisfied with his services.
From my experience, Attorney Somos’ rates are competitive, and he has a vast knowledge of the law.

Tom was a nice guy, very professional and always willing to answer questions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the troubles I had with his office staff obtaining the correct documents in a timely fashion. I ended up having to do most of the legwork on my paperwork, but in the end he was flexible with my payout since he knew I had been furloughed due to the pandemic.

First I would like to say when dealing with big companies and ones that are in the public utilities area......and they leave notices at your house and send mail with words like imminent domain, leases, right aways, and overhangs on/or about your property it becomes uncomfortable and a little uneasy. Well at about the same time we receive a hand out via by mail with GBSK on it. As the time passed and we kept getting notices from AEP with what I will call low-ball settlement offers to sign a contract for part of our property I reached out to our personal attorney. As we talked about what was going to be happening he told us that it was really not the part of law he focused on but I did ask him about GBSK and he had actually knew of them and recommended them. Our attorney told us that we would be represented in the best way possible in this situation.
Fast forward 6 months or so and what a relief it was, we were given the opportunity to be represented by this law firm, Mr. Kenter handled our case. We not only received a positive outcome, we gained what I will call a very good phone and email friend(because of distance)! The working atmosphere in my opinion must be 2nd to NO one at GBSK because everyone we dealt with, talked to, or emailed with had an exceptional attitude, was very respectful, and was patient to our wants, needs, and questions. A+ job to GBSK and Mr. Kenter our case handler!!!!
I reccomend this firm for not only these reasons, but their public utilities knowledge when dealing with the big boys like in our case (AEP).

I had a very disappointing experience with Yazdani Law, LLC, Columbus, OH. Despite paying for their services in full, they mishandled my case by submitting incorrect documentation, leading to delays and unnecessary stress during the visa process. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon contract amount, claiming it was for unforeseen circumstances—issues that should have been anticipated with proper diligence.
Their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident throughout. They acted as if they were providing a free service, despite the significant fees I paid. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they attempted to mask their mistakes by blaming and suppressing.
I do not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration assistance.

An Unstoppable Advocate – Kia Fights for Her Clients!
I cannot say enough great things about Kia and the incredible work she has done for me and my children. From the moment she took on my case, she was relentless in ensuring that every detail was handled with precision and care. Litigation is never easy, and when things took a turn for the worse, Kia stepped in and made sure that my paperwork was solid and in my favor.
What truly sets her apart is her resilience. She didn’t care she challenged the court she was going to keep approaching the bench until we got what we needed. The judge wasn’t trying to hear the matter, but that didn’t stop her. She went as far as to request a hearing just to make sure we didn’t leave that courthouse without a resolution. Her intelligence, persistence, and dedication were unmatched.
As a Black woman attorney, it would have been easy for her to let ego or frustration take over, to throw her hands up and walk away when the court was being rigid and unwilling to listen. But instead, she showed incredible fortitude, humility, integrity, and character. She stayed the course, refusing to give up, even when it was clear the process wasn’t designed to be flexible or creative. I know without a doubt that things could have gone so much worse if not for her determination.

I did not have a great experience with Gregory Williams. Just finalized my probate case after 3 years after the the loss of my mom. He was not a good legal counsel and the only thing he did on my behalf was file the paperwork and set up zoom calls. I could have done all this on my own. My sister and I had our own attorney's because we could not agree on things but when it came to Gregory fighting for me he was never able to come through there was always an excuse. My sister took everything out of our mom's house and never did he discuss with me because I was also co-executor I could remove things as well it was excuse after excuse. In the end my sister's attorney was the winner. I felt like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest. With that being said I ended up with nothing BUT attorney fee's. I had to pay for his attorney fee's and his new law firm which he moved there toward end of 2023 and their expenses were more than Gregory and had never spoke with anyone there or agreed to their fees since initially started out with Gregory. What I received from my experience is that moving forward this will NEVER happen to my two daughters. Attorney's care nothing about your loss or your grief. At least this law firm. He never had my back for me! Every request I asked for never honored always dismissed. Gregory ended up being more expensive than my sister's attorney and he did more on this probate than Gregory!! Just a joke overall!
