When I first began searching for a lawyer, I immediately became so overwhelmed to choose who would care, represent and see my case than just for the money. I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. The payment plan was also excellent as well. Thank you for helping me out!

The experience I had with Mr Porter Allred has been nothing short of amazing. I had a complicated case that also had elements of workers comp. He set me up with a workers comp attorney that guided me through that whole process. I also had injuries that resulted in surgeries and Porter checked in on me regularly to see how I was doing, he felt more like a buddy than an attorney. After the workman’s comp case closed out Porter began helping me with my insurance case. He remained steadfast and persistent and all the while he was very positive and reminded me at times how fortunate I was to have not been more seriously injured or killed!! After 2 years he reached an amazing agreement with the powers that be resulting in an amazing settlement. I CANNOT thank Porter Allred and his team enough for all the amazing help! I would’ve been lost without them!

He looked through the St. George Yellow Pages and out of all the attorneys listed, he settled on Ron, which turned out to be a very good thing for us. At our first meeting, Ron put us at ease with his easygoing demeanor, and he listened patiently to our description of the event, asking for clarifications now and then. He explained how he would proceed and answered all our questions -- no pressure, no salesmanship, just forthrightness. Since we don't live in St. George, we accomplished most of what needed to be done by telephone, e-mails, and faxes, which made it easy on us. Mike saved our business. We went through a rough time with a business partner and were one the edge of losing it all. He came in and made it happen. The way he talks to opposing council, you can tell he knows his stuff. He’s very direct and professional. Doesn’t get walked on. From having a consultation to retaining Attorney Esposito he and his firm has been nothing more than perfect! He unlike other attorneys I have consulted with he did not make me feel belittled or demoralized in any way possible. He listened, gave legal advisement, referred, and pulled through.

Rachel Shelstad recently represented me in a real estate transaction. The deal was difficult and without Rachel's help it would not have closed. She tracked down a party to the transaction in a foreign country, found a notary in that country to prepare documents, and arranged for a certified translation of the those documents in order for my deal to close. Kevin Diamond is the most honest and professional attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. A friend of mine was injured at my house resulting in his becoming a parapalegic. My insurance company refused to pay the policy limits (1 million) and I was facing a probable verdict of at least 5 times that amount at trial. I retained Kevin to protect my interest against my insurance company. I am a JD and MBA who has worked extensively in litigation support. He did an amazingly thorough and extremely professional job. The insurance company eventually settled the claim but I felt comfortable that we had established a great bad faith claim if they went to trial and there was a verdict over the policy limits. Kevin is always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way.
His bill ran somewhat higher than the original estimate and he has been kind enough to let me make monthly payments.
I have recommended him to others.

Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me. In no time, he got the full insurance policy limits from the driver that hit me and from my own insurance policy, and then he negotiated down my medical bills so I can get some money for my pain and suffering. It can be a real pain to find an attorney, especially when you're trying to deal with a time sensitive crisis. I called about half a dozen lawyers before contacting Matt Pruitt. I'm very glad I got through to him.
If you've tried to hire a lawyer, you know most don't really listen while you speak. They are processing what you're saying through some sort of filter to see if you're worth their time. It's understandable, their time is valuable. But it can also be frustrating as a potential client.
Matt Pruitt didn't have this issue. He listened for the 4 - 5 minutes it took to explain the situation, and the asked some insightful questions. And when he noted to deadline I was working under, rearranged his schedule to make sure he could help me out.
I can't get into details on the matter, but I will say having him on my side of the table was more helpful than I anticipated. Not only did he protect our side, but he asked the kinda of questions to the other side that made them visibly uncomfortable. And that in the end is what settled the matter.
This whole thing was over in one meeting. The other side did a complete 180 and agreed to every term I was asking. And I know a large part of that was due to Matt's presence, insight and demeanor. He made it clear he means business, and it was felt.
So, if you're looking for someone who is competent, insightful, down to earth and can be intimidating, you should give him a call. I'll absolutely use him again if I need an attorney.
