I went through cancer treatments that left me with some permanent 'side-effects'. Not all side-effects were communicated at the time of treatment; so I needed some help. My first introduction to David was through his paralegal, Julie. After talking with both, I quickly realized this was the team I needed to have my back.

When I first began to realize I might need an attorney, never having the need before, I was at a loss as to how to find a good one. So I asked people who work with attorneys and I called those they recommended.
Only one attorney returned my call, Chip Gentry. Chip always returns my calls.
I met with Chip, who appeared to be intelligent, professional, and competent. He listened closely, took notes, and asked questions. He was realistic about the situation I faced, avoided making predictions about how the legal process might turn out, and was conservative in his estimation of potential success.
By the end of our first meeting, I felt listened to, taken seriously, and understood.
I was impressed.
Thus began my journey with Chip Gentry, and in working with him grew to appreciate his obvious legal talent, brilliant strategic and analytical thinking, but most of all his love for justice and our constitutional system of law. He truly loves what he does and is very, very good at it.
I also began to realize and greatly appreciate the fact that his partner Jason Call and their entire staff possess the same level of competence, integrity, and professionalism. They were all involved in my case, working together as a great team.
Chip informed and advised me each step of the way, always thinking long term, but keeping me focused on the present situation and prepared for the next step. He was my guide through the very complex intricacies of the legal process. The breadth and depth of his knowledge of law became evident as he took time to explain court procedure, case law, and statute in ways I could understand and appreciate.
When representing me, he was well prepared, concise, and effective in the presentation of my case. Our hearing was the last on the docket, which allowed me to watch other attorneys in the courtroom ply their trade. Compared to his associates, I was manifestly confident in Chip’s capabilities and proud to have him as my attorney.
Finally, and this is on a more personal note, Chip was expeditious with my limited financial resources, carefully allocating his work in order to maximize his investment in time and effort, without any unnecessary or improper costs. He was very considerate of my finances, and though I’m sure he has wealthier clients, he continually treated me with dignity and respect. I did not feel at any time less valuable and important to him than other clients, and never doubted that he always had my best interest in mind.
I will always be grateful for my experience with Call and Gentry. Knowing they do such excellent work, I have hope for our system of jurisprudence, that wrongs can be made right, the innocent protected, the wrongly accused vindicated, and justice served.
They have my highest respect, appreciation, and recommend them without reservation.

Jason Call saved my nursing license. I've been a travel RN since 2008. In 2013, I had multiple charges: two narcotic charting errors along with failure to take an on-site drug screen. I walked away with a "letter of concern" which means ZERO formal discipline. And Jason accomplished this at the discipline hearing which meant I saved thousands! He was even honest enough to give me a refund on what was left of my retainer. In my opinion, Call & Gentry are the leaders of Professional Liscense litigation and have my highest recommendation in knowledge, success & integrity.

I would like to thank Mr. Call for his dedicated and utmost attention to a case I presented to him and his team. In my profession as a nurse we are expected to uphold very high standards for ourselves and our Co workers. I unfortunately fell victim to false allegations. An investigation was launched and I was facing harsh penalties. The investigation was poorly handled by the Board of Nursing. When I seen the statements and the direction the board was heading with their decision I consulted and hired Mr. Call. Never being in this situation before I did not expect Mr Call to perform a miracle. I was just asking for someone to stand up for me and my best interests. However, Mr. Call and his team kept me informed of the progress in my case. He was very straightforward and made no empty promises. In the end Mr Call and his team brought up many discrepancies in the investigation and dug as deep as they could go. His team brought up many mistakes the investigater made and showed how they were primarily making their desicions on hearsay and not hard facts. The Board overturned their desicion to enforce action and my career has been saved. To top everything off Mr. Call informed me that all the money was not used in my case and I am receiving over 1000 dollars back....I couldn't be more pleased. Alright, sure, I’ll admit I’m old and set in my ways. Some even say ornery and full of spit. And I’ll admit when I first went into the office at the Corbett Law Firm I wanted the dad (Jim Corbett) as my lawyer, not Matt Corbett the son. Matt looked like a kid to me and I figured they just kept Matt around the office to wax their cars and go get hamburgers for everyone at lunch. I needed someone with cold steely eyes and an itchy trigger finger. My case was special and I needed someone with experience. As far as I knew only the dad had that kind of take no prisoners, getter done kind of reputation. My philosophy is, if you need to go to war then get someone to go with you who has been there. Failure is not an option! But I got stuck with the kid so my new plan was to hang around with him just long enough to get to see his dad come through the office then fall down on the floor and grab a hold of his leg and make him drag me around until he agreed to take my case. But I never saw him. I guess he still works there? He must have some kind of a special Batman cave entrance? But, I’m glad now that I didn’t. One – well, because I’d have wrinkled my cloths. Two - well, because who needs the dad when Matt’s around! Man, this young man turned out to be a go getter. I was surprised! He took care of everything from A to Z for me and got me the help I needed. Talk about a chip off the old block. And in the end he had that insurance company down on the ground crying uncle before I knew it. And rightly so! If I would have known then what I know now I never would have asked for the dad, what ever his name is. I’d have asked for Matt right away. This young man went above and beyond the call of duty for me. And let me tell ya, the trains run on time when you’ve got this young man working for ya. Give him a try you’ll be glad you did. Did I mention he does cars too? Or maybe it’s the dad, I’m not sure?
