When I first began searching for a lawyer, I immediately became so overwhelmed to choose who would care, represent and see my case than just for the money. I was referred to Kory when I had booked my medical appointment for my injuries. I was so thankful for that person who referred me to him because it was a great experience! I bought a house that had mold Judd and staff help us though the whole process. It was a long process with the Court System & Contractors Board, the Mold Specialists he referred us to did a wonderful job cleaning and testing the house so we can move in. Judd was on it all the way, we settled the case. He is my Attorney and I consider as real friend. I would refer Judd and Staff.

My husband and I retained Judd Balmer for our multi faceted case, which had multiple defendants, many layers, and many failures from various “professionals” to include realtors, pest control company, mold remediators, and the original owners of the home we purchased. We had initially retained a different attorney, but quickly switched counsel to Mr. Balmer upon reviewing his credentials and extensive experience in mold and ‘failure to disclose’ cases. Over the course of a nearly three year long lawsuit, Mr. Balmer did not disappoint. His knowledge of toxic mold exposure, retaining the most qualified experts, and litigating his cases with the most effective strategies are second to none. I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. Michael personally reached out to me and offered to meet me on a Saturday when the office is closed, which is extremely hard to find any attorney that would be willing to be that flexible, so I am extremely grateful for that! We sat down and I explained to him my situation, and he offered me his advice, which felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. When you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney your whole world is upside down. You have made a serious mistake or a series of them. To get your world back to reality call Michael Pariente. I never knew there were lawyers like Mike. He is an amazing human being. He is immediately available any time. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. All he cared about was getting me the best outcome possible. He really cares about you as a person and is such a nice guy. he likes to curse, so don't be distracted, LOL. I do too, so we got along great. Don't get excited when you hear the fee. Just pay it and be glad he 's taking your case. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike, and John. I can’t believe how Mr. Krametbauer is practicing as an Attonery and a temporary Las Vegas Court Judge when he rules in favor of defendants who are fraudulent. In our case he stated we have not met the burden of proof to be entitled to a relief when proper documentation was provided to him. He is supposed to serve the community of Las Vegas with integrity, judicial diligence and impartiality. When presenting our case Mr. Krametbauer, he failed to make a decision based on the law, common sense and the evidence presented. He ruled against the plaintiff (the victim) even though the defendant (a debtor) was properly served, never showed up to court and forged documentation. Mr. Krametbauer ignored relevant evidence, and this is considered an error of law practice. Proper evidence was presented against the defendant and still he ruled in his favor. We have spent energy, time, and money on attorney, court and serve fees and are still not entitled to a relief, are you serious? so this means that fraudsters can hurt people and businesses and that is ok. The defendant would just get a letter stating the case was dismiss without being penalized and continue affecting other people and businesses from Las Vegas, this is the reason why criminals, thieves and fraudsters are still on the streets affecting other innocent people. How can anyone rule in favor of forgers who are affecting businesses and the community? Mr. Karametbauer never requested additional documentation from us, everything he asked for on the court day was provided to him, it’s obvious that he just ignored our evidence. I would never recommend an attorney that fails to execute its judicial duties to represent any individual in the Las Vegas area. This Law Firm should monitor his performance and the court too

Rachel Shelstad recently represented me in a real estate transaction. The deal was difficult and without Rachel's help it would not have closed. She tracked down a party to the transaction in a foreign country, found a notary in that country to prepare documents, and arranged for a certified translation of the those documents in order for my deal to close. Phil was courteous and attentive. He listened patiently, interjecting questions when needed. Correspondence was sent out quickly and documents filed on time. Phil was easy to reach if I had a concern and was also excellent at contacting me when there was something to report.
I went into our first meeting with opposing counsel and my now, ex-partner feeling very anxious. Immediately it became obvious Phil was well-versed in my case. He was able to root out the weakness in opposing counsels positions, surgically dissecting inconsistencies in their arguments, showing they were ill-prepared. By the end of this first meeting I was sitting tall, knowing that I was in good hands.
It was enjoyable working with Phil. I could tell he really enjoys what he does. He treated my case like a chess game, anticipating opposing counsels moves, then figuring out how to overcome two moves ahead.
One thing I really appreciated was his honesty. He let me know potential costs and time involved with my choice of paths to take.
Sometimes in business you can get bitter and want revenge. You argue over principle rather than a fair and just outcome. Phil kept me focused on the intellectual aspect of my case rather than on my emotions that would have cost me $1000's of wasted dollars. He truly is a remarkable attorney.

Mr. Lemons worked with me on my case for an extended period of time so I feel as though I know him. He was not only clear and objective about how to proceed but was extremely easy to communicate with. I admire the fact that if he isn't 100% clear about something, he asks. On several occasions I was more than impressed with his humbleness and willingness to teach me the client about HOW we were proceeding, and WHY we were proceeding in such a manner. Kevin Diamond is the most honest and professional attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. A friend of mine was injured at my house resulting in his becoming a parapalegic. My insurance company refused to pay the policy limits (1 million) and I was facing a probable verdict of at least 5 times that amount at trial. I retained Kevin to protect my interest against my insurance company. I am a JD and MBA who has worked extensively in litigation support. He did an amazingly thorough and extremely professional job. The insurance company eventually settled the claim but I felt comfortable that we had established a great bad faith claim if they went to trial and there was a verdict over the policy limits. Kevin is always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way.
His bill ran somewhat higher than the original estimate and he has been kind enough to let me make monthly payments.
I have recommended him to others.

It can be a real pain to find an attorney, especially when you're trying to deal with a time sensitive crisis. I called about half a dozen lawyers before contacting Matt Pruitt. I'm very glad I got through to him.
If you've tried to hire a lawyer, you know most don't really listen while you speak. They are processing what you're saying through some sort of filter to see if you're worth their time. It's understandable, their time is valuable. But it can also be frustrating as a potential client.
Matt Pruitt didn't have this issue. He listened for the 4 - 5 minutes it took to explain the situation, and the asked some insightful questions. And when he noted to deadline I was working under, rearranged his schedule to make sure he could help me out.
I can't get into details on the matter, but I will say having him on my side of the table was more helpful than I anticipated. Not only did he protect our side, but he asked the kinda of questions to the other side that made them visibly uncomfortable. And that in the end is what settled the matter.
This whole thing was over in one meeting. The other side did a complete 180 and agreed to every term I was asking. And I know a large part of that was due to Matt's presence, insight and demeanor. He made it clear he means business, and it was felt.
So, if you're looking for someone who is competent, insightful, down to earth and can be intimidating, you should give him a call. I'll absolutely use him again if I need an attorney.
