My father paid this lawyer $50k for my brother. He went to trial and was found guilty on some accounts and not guilty on others but he said he would do his appeal for free. The appeal was filled and he missed the court date so they threw my brother appeal out! No update on anything from this con artist but broken promises as if he didn’t get paid. Why offer to do something and you’re not going to do it . Seems to me he stalling for time. Anyways don’t trust this man. I pray he still not in practice.

On the morning of November 17, 2020 during the height of COVID, I reached out to the Anthony Pope Law Firm to schedule an appointment to discuss my accident case. Later that day I was sitting across from Anthony to discuss my case. What was most impressive was his quick response after spending 7-10 days calling numerous law offices and getting nowhere. He settled my case on May 5, 2021. The settlement was far more than I ever expected. From the time I first met Anthony, until my case was settled, he kept me informed during the entire process. Anthony and his staff were very professional.
On June 28, 2023 I reached out to Anthony Pope to represent me in another accident case in which I had a slip and fall down a flight of stairs on April 4, 2023. Bill Waldman was the attorney that handled a closing for Lakeland bank whom held an SBA loan I had. After closing the deal in December 2020 and wanting to pay off the balance in the first 6 months I sent 3 requests starting in June of 2021 requesting a pay off balance after I had paid down a large amount of the loan. It was not until OCTOBER that he finally got back to me and Fedex me out a demand letter saying I owed almost twice the amount money and I needed to satisfy the loan in 10 days. In addition, he continued to add interest on the loan which I had planned to pay off in full back in June. After a bit of back and forth I had to do his job and correct him on his $70K error because he was asking ME to show him where he had dropped the ball. Makes you a little nervous that these banks have lawyers that represent them and they make such huge errors. I guess this is what you get from K&L Gates LLP.

I learned a valuable lesson never retain an attorney when colleagues with many years working in a court of law with Mr. Drobbin is unwilling to endorse him on this site.
It's vital I share my experience because nobody should fall victim to the defendant you have no choice to file judgment and the attorney who is supposed to be representing you ethically and in a professional manner.
Soon after retaining Mr.Drobbins. Several red flags became obvious and concerning.
I noticed dates and times not appearing on any of his emails I printed to keep a hard copy on file. I must admit. It raised an eyebrow and I was praying the sinking feeling i had was merely paranoia. This guy isn't cheap so i set up a limit from the start to avoid issues later.
I would only agree to pay as you go with a final total at the end and I assure you.
There was no miscommunication on my part. 2 months after retaining his services. He wanted more money and added additional costs by informing me I had obtain a costly expert.
This was upsetting news and unacceptable after he said wasn't required prior my decision to sign his agreement.
As quickly as he promised and i signed his contract.
I was trapped, I felt violated and betrayed. The trust value was gone. Especially after he said loudly it wasn't his problem!
He works for LeClairRYAN LLC a very large legal firm I'm seriously considering suing besides filing a complaint to the office of attorney ethics of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Always ALWAYS! keep documents in a safe place and be alert because you might need to fight your case to defend yourself from guys like this who fit the bill of a used car salesman with a chip on his shoulder.
