After our insurance company denied our claim for Hurricane Michael damage we learned about Phillip Warren and his staff. After hearing about our problem and how the insurance company had denied our claim he took the case and began on a course that ended in a very nice settlement close to the amount we had made a claim for. During the whole process Phillip and his staff stayed in contact with us and kept us abreast of what was going on. If I ever need another attorney for this type of situation I will hire Phillip Warren again because he is a Winner!!

Our family first hired Stephanie in the 1990s for my Daddy, and then I myself hired Blythe in 2011, and now we needed Stephanie for some insurance problems in 2020 for 2 separate situations. Their professional knowledge and courtesy, and their compassion went a long way to putting our worried mind at ease. We set up a meeting that day, I remember thinking, why are we sweating the small stuff, let's call Taylor Warren Weidner and Hancock. She won all of our cases too, a total of 4 situations, yes she won them all. Her staff too, are so professional and nice, their compassion is like a light a glow on their face when you meet them. I highly recommend Stephanie Taylor and TWW if you need assistance with a complicated Social Security case or any other case they are able to handle, you definitely need to go see Stephanie Taylor, they will steer you in the right direction. When I became overwhelmed, I began looking for assistance and contacted several local attorneys, however, due to the complicated nature of my case, I was referred to TWW by two other local attorneys. I had my initial appt with Stephanie and felt very comfortable speaking with her. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and down to earth the staff was always professional. This was a long and very complicated process as well as frustrating for everyone involved but we thankfully prevailed and a weight was lifted. Thanks so much to everyone at TWW! The aftermath of an injury can be as much of a nightmare as the injury itself, and sometimes help is needed to try and heal that injury. Sometimes, help is needed to hold negligent people responsible. I wouldn't wish that need on anyone, but I can say that Phil Hall and his entire office helped in ways my family will always be grateful for. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. I contacted Mr. Soloway about a car accident, and he said that although he didn't handle car accidents, he was willing to represent me. He seemed very friendly when we met, but then he handed the case over to his "associate." I was told that although cases like mine weren't money makers, because I was only looking for money to pay current and future bills, there should be no problem. About 8 months later, he called me in to his office and told me that he was unable to get any money and doubted that he would even get enough money for me to pay my current bills. He then accused my doctor of being a racist and said that the doctor was the reason that I wasn't going to receive any money. After looking through the file that was returned to me, I could see that neither he nor his assistant ever bothered to make a single phone call or write any letters. In fact, the assistant told me that I should get my doctor to write my "medical narrative," even though it was her job to contact him. This was the worst experience in my entire life.

Seen another attorney and felt very confused and dissatisfied. I found this office through a friend that mentioned them. They picked up my case and it was handled like it was important to them. It felt like only a month after speaking to them they reached a settlement when the last attorney I barely heard from within a year.
