I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

Through no fault of my own, I found myself embroiled in a complicated multi-level governmental personal injury case. I was struck by a vehicle driven by a municipal employee assigned to a federal task force. I suffered significant serious injuries and loss of work time as well as property damage. I was introduced to Mr. Rand through a colleague, when the sole practitioner we were using while litigating against the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) became inundated with the PPA's strategy of burying him with paperwork.
After my initial consultation with Mr. Rand, I felt confident that he would become integral in our continued legal challenges that laid ahead. Unlike many lawyers our company has had either on retainer, or had representing us in other matters, I sensed something unique; an attorney that was concerned more about our welfare, than the billable hours we represented to him.
He took pain-staking hours meeting with our co-op of litigants; including evenings, & weekends, until he completely grasped the subtle nuances of our collective issues. Once he comprehended the actual issues, he fought with a furiousness' and determination, as if he was the one being victimized.
