Consulted with Attny Pavelle on two encroachment matters; he is incredibly knowledgeable. He made me certainly feel that I'd have someone in my corner should issues arise where I may need more help; but, for now, we are writing letters to give our neighbors the chance to do the right thing.
Attny Pavelle offered useful, specific information that provided not only ideas of what we need to do first to protect our property from further damage but how to handle each encroachment matter. He also emphasized that we must decide on what we'd be willing to accept to make us "feel" whole again from the damage done to our property, even though one of the issues cannot possibly be restored but simulated. He also quoted the law section several times, provided calculation resources for evaluating the destroyed privacy and other encroachments, and he advised me on how our issues could play out.
He was very thorough and thoughtful.

I contacted Mr. Fisher because of an auto accident. He was knowledgeable, informative, compassionate regarding my injury and easy to relate to. He was always available if I had any questions or issues regarding my case. He kept in contact with me as well and explained the process.

Mr. Fisher recently completed my car insurance claim that was filed on my behalf due to an arm injury. I was completely naieve to the legal procedures involved. He thoroughly explained things to me in a simple and concise manner to which I was able to clearly understand the situation that I was dealing with. I contacted Mr. Fisher regarding an injury I sustained due to a improperly assembled bicycle. I had made several trips to the hospital, and had lots of bills and paperwork being sent to me. From the minute I made contact with Mr. Fisher, he explained in detail what services he could provide, what the end-goals were for my case, and walked me through every step of the process. I came to know of Attorney Alan T. Silko few years ago when one of my very trustworthy lawyer friend in Pittsburgh recommended him for a complex insurance issue. I found Attorney Alan Silko a true gentleman, a thorough professional and a terrfic human being. Alan was always available to answer questions on the issues we were working on though he is an extremely busy lawyer. Alan always made time to return phone calls the same day. I do not recall a time when Alan did not return my calls even though we worked on our complex issue for few years. He is a very aggressive, knowledgeable and an extremely well-spoken attorney. His written letters are a pleasure to read as they are so well written.

Jim represented the insurance company and me in a personal injury suit where I was the defendant in slip and fall case. The initial amount the plaintiff was requesting was well above my insurance liability limit. It was settled well below the limits of my policy, so there was no cost me me.
