Hunter Rawls and his team prepared a comprehensive Trust package for my wife and I. This process took several months to complete. Hunter was not only thorough with his explanation of terms and the way Trusts work vs. wills, but he was also very patient with our laundry lists of questions (and sometimes repetitive questions) over multiple phone calls. Mr. Saron represented me for an auto accident claim. He walked me through each step of the claims process and always gave me clear answers to my questions. He never tried to lead me in any direction that I was not comfortable with. He was honest about how he viewed my case. He was also obviously respected by the defense attorneys in the area once the case went to litigation. They did not seem to want to go to trial against him and gave me a fair offer to avoid it. I have been very happy with Attorney Tucker and his team. I was referred to him by a relative of mine who works with him professionally, and told me that he is extremely knowledgeable, and that he is highly principled. She said that she goes to him when she has questions suitable to his legal specialty.
Legal matters are intimidating and they take a VERY long time, and the Tucker team has supported and guided me throughout this challenging process.
Attorney Tucker assigned a paralegal, Tyler, to my case. Tyler has been extremely kind, helpful, responsive, and thorough. He has the perfect calm and respectful demeanor. Of note, using a paralegal also helps keep costs down.
Of course, any legal services will be expensive. There was also an option to pay on contingency of winning the case, which is helpful for those who cannot afford to pay for services.
Either way, I am confident that the services and peace of mind are well worth it in the long run. I am glad to now have this relationship with Attorney Tucker and his team for my ongoing and future needs.

If you are thinking about applying for SSDI benefits on your own, let me offer some advice. My point of view is specifically for Florida as the process varies by state.
When I had to leave my job because of medical conditions, I decided to apply for SSDI benefits. This is something you can do onyour own, but applicant should beware. After speaking to friends who went through this process in other states, they unanimously told me to hire a disability lawyer to represent me. I followed their advice and have never regretted it. The benefit ended up being invaluable.
So looking on the internet, there are plenty of SSDI lawyers out there who can't wait to help you. I did initial consults with a 3-4 firms, but the Law Offices of Nancy Cavey stood out. When reading Nancy's profile, she tells the story of how she had to navigate the SSDI process with her family, and as a lawyer took on the charter to help others through what is a complicated, unorganized, extremely slow and some would argue arbitrary and unfair process. This commitment was enough for me to consider them for the running.
During my initial consult I spoke with Assistant Attorney Krysti Monaco. It was clear from the conversation how verse she was with ERISA (LTD) and SSDI processes. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions (and I do ask a lot of questions). What I liked most about this firm was I was speaking with an actual lawyer who gave the personal feeling that I was just not another number. The other firms did not have this hands-on attention. Nancy Cavey Law was the real deal.
So I am in my 60's and according to Google, getting SSDI benefits is supposed to be easier. HA! It took me almost 3 years to get my benefits, and that's with extensive medical records and multiple doctor recommendations. It was an awful and stressful period. The most difficult thing was waiting and being denied at multiple steps. I was constantly bugging Cavey Law for updates (I give them kudos for putting up with me) but they were in a rock and a hard place. The efficiency of SSA/DDS is out of their control. There was nothing they could do but wait, keep me assured and be prepared for each step. That is their real value here. I kept being denied benefits with what seemed to be a lack any real due diligence on SSA/DDS part. Cavey Law was right there to respond to each hurdle. Without delay! The 3 years that it took me, was due directly a result of the understaffed and inefficient SSA system. If it were not for Cavey Law it could have gone even longer or possibly never happen at all.
What you should also know. I had 3 years of back benefits on the table. Had I tried this on my own and failed, I would have had to re-apply for benefits and that back pay could have gone away.
In other words, benefits would be calculated from the new application date. This is another reason why you need a lawyer for this. There are so many prat-falls in this process it can be a costly mistake without one. The fees involved far weigh out the risks (IMO).
So good luck to anyone applying for SSDI benefits. If you want to maximize your ability to be approved, Nancy Cavey Law is the right business to have on your side. Especially in Florida

I will start off with my personal experience of saying that I did not realize that long term disability companies were only in the business of rejecting claims with the hope that you ultimately give up.
To take the time to fight them you need a team of legal professionals that have a wealth of experience in dealing with their tactics and can help connect the dots.

Recently had my first legal experience ever with a previous landlord who tried to take advantage of me assuming I would just cave.

Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

In June of 2017 I was hit broadside by a person who ran a red light . My daughter knew Adam so brought him to Bayfront Hospital where we began our journey with the Insurane Co. of the driver ! Adam took care of EVERYTHING while I took care of myself and healing !! Adam kept in touch weekly and when we settled he made sure every bill was covered and paid before he gave me the check . I have just successfully completed a very prolonged and convoluted legal struggle with not just one but two insurance companies serving the Fort Lauderdale area of Florida. My insurance company and a construction company refused to even consider compensating me for very severe damage to my condominium by the latter during an outside rehabilitation of the overall building. The direction of the battle with both changed drastically when, on a recommendation, I contacted Attorney Kristin Demers-Crowell at Christopher Ligori & Associates, Attorneys at Law, in Tampa, FL.
Attorney Demers-Crowell and my relationship started with a long phone conversation during which she patiently and carefully listened to the facts of the case as I saw them. At the end of this phone conversation I felt sure that I was dealing with a serious, very knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic and polished professional. She gave me a list of items she required to allow fuller digestion of the facts and already in my mind’s eye I could see her sleeves being rolled up to do battle on my behalf.
The battle with my insurance company took a couple of years to win. During the maneuverings to limit the insurance company’s liabilities by their legal team at depositions, mediation and in written correspondence I was absolutely amazed by the cool, solid & knowledge based responses and demands by my unruffled attorney. I will at this point just say that we had a very good win. The latter could even be better described as a “win-win” because as part of the settlement with the insurance company she was able to prevail on them to allow us follow their subrogation claim on the builders insurance which resulted in further compensation for my damages.
I am extremely grateful to Attorney Demers-Crowell for standing by me for a prolonged period of time against two behemoths of the insurance industry. Her knowledge, approach and tenacity won the battle. Her thoughtful and reassuring approach kept me calm throughout the ordeal.

On multiple occasions our the insurance company for our home rejected our claims for the damage a sink hole had caused. Thankfully, Kristin Demers-Crowell stepped in and took charge of an incredibly frustrating process that had been strung out almost two decades. Within 4 months of her taking over my wife and I received a settlement check for the damage associated with the sink hole that enabled us to repair the our home. Without her expert guidance and professional help with a top notch geologist there is little question we would never have received a settlement from our insurance company. Suffice it to say Kristin Demers-Crowell was both efficient and incredibly effective and we are delighted to provide an unqualified recommendation.

One night I was struck on my motorcycle by a car making a blind left-hand turn. It left me hospitalized and unable to walk for about half a year. I've been in 2 complicated auto accidents, once while a passenger in an Uber, and once on the same day that I got my car and was hit by a truck to no fault of my own. Both cases were handled from start to finish by Kovar Law and because of them I got the legal representation I needed and more. The Uber accident left me requiring hip surgery that I was only able to get because of how hard they fought for me against the multiple insurance companies involved. And when my car needed repaired after being hit in a parking lot and the police didn't care, Kovar Law did - they made sure my car was fixed, that I took full advantage of my insurance policy rights, and was provided a rental during the long repairs by insurance initially tried to deny. At every avenue of both cases, whether physical injury or property damage - they came through 110%. Definitely recommend!

Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.
