I hired attorney Kimberly Hall to represent our family in a complicated parental termination/step-parent adoption case. Not only was Ms. Hall professional and nonjudgmental, but she was also responsive and extremely competent. I also found the rates she charges to be competitive as well. Everyone on her team was gracious and courteous with every interaction I had with them. Ms. Hall referred me to a social worker for my home inspection who had less than desirable reviews, but I discovered that Ms. Hall was correct in her referral as this social worker was fair and provided fast service. I've worked extensively with Kimberly Painter Hall in my child custody case. She's the epitome of professional yet very personal. She has shown that I'm more than just a client and more a member of a team and has treated me like family member of her firm. Extremely rude. I made an appointment with anticipation, I took the day off of work to be there on time because it’d have had been about a 45 minute trip. One of the attorneys called me about an hour before my appointment, as we were driving towards their office. After we had already paid for a baby sitter. She told us that she was going to give us the appointment via phone. She asked if it was ok? I said well I took the day off. To which she replied” it’ll be more efficient over the phone “. Well she told us she was going to call us at 1pm after waiting for 24 minutes on her phone call I decided to call to check on my appointment. She answered like if nothing had happened. So I explained my case she told me “there’s nothing we can do for you just go outside the country for 10 years, do it the right way” then as I was saying “thank you for the consultation and your time” she hung up on me in the middle of the sentence. Wasn’t expecting such a rude person. Terrible experience

David had been placed as my lawyer on a case against my ex boyfriend who had spanked my daughter so hard it left bruses, and CPS.CPS had ended up placing the kids with my mother even though i had nothing to do with what had happened. David took the case in strides he was very up front with a plan and never backed down. he always reasured me he would do everything he could to make sure my kids came home to me. The second to last court hearing CPS threw a curve ball at us, they were in agreement for the kids to come home and then in front of the judge they backed out of that and David took over and faught for me he never backed down. he put in a motion and got me the kids back a month later. he was amazing he never complained with the late night calls, emails and questions. he was great if i was to ever have another problem i would definitely want him on my side.

I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest.
