I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. I hired attorney Kimberly Hall to represent our family in a complicated parental termination/step-parent adoption case. Not only was Ms. Hall professional and nonjudgmental, but she was also responsive and extremely competent. I also found the rates she charges to be competitive as well. I've worked extensively with Kimberly Painter Hall in my child custody case. She's the epitome of professional yet very personal. David had been placed as my lawyer on a case against my ex boyfriend who had spanked my daughter so hard it left bruses, and CPS.CPS had ended up placing the kids with my mother even though i had nothing to do with what had happened. David took the case in strides he was very up front with a plan and never backed down. he always reasured me he would do everything he could to make sure my kids came home to me. The second to last court hearing CPS threw a curve ball at us, they were in agreement for the kids to come home and then in front of the judge they backed out of that and David took over and faught for me he never backed down. he put in a motion and got me the kids back a month later. he was amazing he never complained with the late night calls, emails and questions. he was great if i was to ever have another problem i would definitely want him on my side.

I’ve called multiple times to try to resolve a case that’s been ongoing for 3 years. I never get responded by anyone on my case and they tell me they wil call me back, they never do. I’m beyond frustrated and irritated. I hate to leave reviews like this and I’m glad everyone has had a good experience. I have not. I get told someone is always busy , every time I call conveniently. It’s just frustrating to have a car totaled by someone and it not be your fault and the people that are supposed to help you are not. I was very understanding at first and would give them the benefit of the doubt (it is a law firm) but after the the 6th, 7th , 8th time calling and no one is helping you to know info on what’s going on or them telling you they are busy every time it’s beyond frustrating.
