Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. He didn’t just turn his back on me, he helped me get some things cleared up here in Tn so I can move forward in WVa. My experience working with Christopher after my accident has been nothing but incredible. He and his paralegal Ally have been very quick to respond to all of my emails and calls in a timely fashion over the last 2 years I have been working with him.
He does a wonderful job of explaining everything to me in a way that is easily understandable for someone not involved in law at all.

Brandon has a wonderful knowledge of insurance law and is very easy to work with. We had a house fire where the insurance company didn't want to pay which ended up in a lawsuit. Brandon always kept us informed of what was going on and stayed on top of the ins comp. He did things we never thought an atty would do like came to the house and took time to make sure we had everything documented , as well as helping us find good honest people to help us get estimates on our home and contents, and didn't mind getting his hands dirty literally. He would take time to make sure we understood what was happening, the choices we had and how to proceed. HeGenuinely would listen to us as well about how we felt or answer any questions. This was a very heartbreaking and confusing situation we went through and without Brandon we could have never made it through and the insurance company would have been able to take advantage of us! He is down to earth and all around a good person. We would recommend Brandon to anyone in the same situation and can't say enough about how much he did for us!

Before you hire Jerrold L. Becker from this firm, you should understand what type of "attorney" he is.
In a recorded phone call conversation from our past "attorneys" Paul Wehmeier/Kim Burnette, Becker informed them his client was accusing my husband of answering our front door with gun raised at his clients acquaintance. If that was the case, husband would have been arrested as acquaintance was unarmed. As my husband told Paul/Kim the interaction was recorded as we RECORD everything (including 10 minutes before showing acquaintance on his clients property before coming to ours). Husband wasn't even home, my recording clearly shows acquaintance walking behind our house and me from our top deck asking them to leave-no weapon drawn thus this LIE could not be legally processed. This is just one of several questionable actions generated by Jerrold L. Becker intended to make us spend more on attorney fees.
Take our advise: Record everything with this firm as it will save you aggravation and money.
Before this firm responds negatively to this true review, reminder: We record everything including the phone call from Jerrold L. Becker to my husband in which he states his clients true intentions.

So far, so good. Have no complaints at the moment. They're helping me file for disability and they're making the process so much easier for me. I have Massengill myself. He's been extremely helpful as well, along with his secretary. And they're honest with you about the process, everything to expect, and how long it may take. I highly recommend him. However, I haven't seen anyone else. So i can't speak for them. But if anything changes or I get approved. I will update my review.

Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

Joshua Ball was consulted in my estate case (which Donald Farinato is representing) regarding some very difficult issues involving insurance. There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. He consulted with me when ever I needed it, day and night. He knew all the right procedures to achieve a verdict on my behalf. No one ever thinks that the worst can happen to them or their family, or that they may find themselves in the middle of a devastating personal tragedy; unfortunately terrible things can happen to anyone without notice.
A few years ago such a tragedy happened to me, taking one of my beloved parents prematurely. It's an almost indescribable feeling to be thrust into such an situation with no warning. While attempting to digest the grief, sorrow, and crushing sadness, responsibilities still nag at a person and can be very overwhelming.
