I would recommend James DiTommaso to anyone looking for an attorney. As someone who has had the privilege of maintaining the belief that people are mostly good, I was shocked and humiliated when I found out that I was the victim of fraud. I needed a communicative and supportive lawyer to believe in my case, and intellectually, I benefited from one who took the time to teach me the language of the laws that serve to protect consumers like me. Despite having done so much research in order to make an intelligent purchase, I was in need of someone who could explain how frequent these schemes are, and to learn how and why the average consumer is unaware of the loopholes and omissions upon which these criminals rely. I am very grateful to have had a knowledgeable person help me feel less like a hapless victim.
Mine was a small case with relatively few billable hours, but given the constant access I had to the office, and given James' frequent communications and solicitous care, one would never have known. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Brian Hurst and his partner, Ms. Olga Allen, for the past eight years. I hired them to handle a very contentious divorce, and it was the best decision I ever made. After experiencing frustration with two ineffective and non-transparent lawyers, working with Olga and Brian restored my faith that lawyers can be trusted, compassionate, and genuinely committed to their clients' best interests rather than financial gain.
Ms. Allen carefully prepared the documents for our numerous court appearances, while Mr. Hurst presented and litigated the case. I hired Mr. Brindley in 3/2013, for my sons criminal defense, Mr. Brindley replaced Joe Lopez (which my son had hired in 4/2012) For one year, Lopez pressured my son to accept a plea agreement that was not acceptable and he did not do anything for him, he has focus on the Peterson Case. Kept making promises that we are going to trial etc.etc. which it was all a bluff. after one year of waiting and my son sitting in prison. I checked over 25 cases on Lopez and saw that he did not file many motions for his clients, all he did was a plea agreement and a sentencing memorandum. After all verifying all cases, Lopez was fired! and Mr. Bridley took over the case! My son was not forced to accept the 1st offer that government and Lopez wanted to give him. He is home this summer 2014. Its very difficult to trust attorneys. After all the research, I recommend Mr. Brindley to fight and not give up on your behalf.

I was initially referred to Z Wang & Associates in 2013 by a friend of mine. My parents met with Zhidong Wang when he traveled back to China in 2013–2014, and we decided to start the EB-5 process with Z Wang & Associates as our immigration attorneys. We first filed the I-526 in September 2015 and received approval in September 2016. We filed the I-485 in April 2020 and had it approved in July 2022. In May 2024, we filed the I-829 and received approval in December 2024. We are glad that, after this 9-year wait, we have finally completed the entire EB-5 process and had our conditions removed.
Over the years, we worked with Dora Zang, Jamie Hossa, Jeff Cheng, and Zhidong Wang, who were always able to answer our questions whenever we needed help. We truly appreciate their time and assistance over the past nine years! We will contact them again for the N-400 process and any future green card applications for my parents.

After my dad passed away in April 2024, my mom and I filed for Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) through the VA. Despite working with a VA liaison and following up for 10 months, we received no real updates—just that the claim was still pending. Then, my mom received a notice from the VA, which she mistakenly believed was a denial of the DIC claim. Unfortunately, even the local VA liaison misinterpreted it, causing a lot of confusion. Given that my dad’s passing was clearly linked to his disability, we realized we needed legal representation and turned to James Comerford.
From our first conversation, James took the time to listen, understand our situation, and guide us through the process. Initially, we thought we needed to file a rebuttal, but after investigating, he discovered the VA had actually misinformed us—the claim was still being processed. He assured us he would follow up, and shortly after, he called with the great news: the claim had been approved. Not only did he get us answers, but he also knew exactly when my mom would receive her benefits, including back pay.
When I asked James what we owed him, he refused payment—he was simply happy my mom received what she deserved. Even after I insisted, he suggested we make a donation to a charity instead, which we did. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.

In my opinion, This is the absolute worst ambulance chaser on God’s green earth. I paid this piece of garbage to “defend” me and he did nothing of the sort. He screamed at me when I questioned him about my case and I had to pay another attorney to speak with him for me because of his unprofessional attitude.
