Joy helped so much in my custody and divorce case. Anytime there was ever an issue with my ex, I was able to call her and get some type of resolution immediately. We searched on line for an immigration lawyer who could speak Spanish and English to help my wife on her green card application after getting married through a K-1 visa. We came across with Jennifer Peyton for her great reviews and we were not disappointed. She and her staff were very nice, understanding and patience. She filed our case in October 2015, in January 2016 my wife already had her US. Permanent Residence card. We are very very pleased with Jennifer. She really cares about you and getting your case moving. We will hire her again for my wife's Citizenship application in 3 years. We recommend her highly for their professionalism and ethics. In the summer of ‘14, my wife and I hired Jenna Peyton to guide us through the immigration process (moving from Canada to the USA). Our dealings with her from our first consultation meeting to the point where we achieved my Green Card were professional, informative, efficient and helpful. Jenna was always prompt in getting back to us regarding questions that we had and she consistently demonstrated courtesy and tact during the course of our application process. Some aspects of the nature of our process were stressful, but we could always count on Jenna for clear, thorough and honest advice during these difficult times. Jenna guided us through the immigration process step by step and essentially all of our timelines unfolded in the exact manner that she suggested they would. Jenna is a true expert in this field. When I first spoke with Attorney Rini my wife and I were in a tough place. We did not understand what had just happened with our case and thought it was going to be possible to lose custody of a child we had raised for over 3 years.
Attorney Rini helped us understand the law as it applied to our situation, showed great patience with us and was tenacious for our case.
At the time my wife and I had just moved out of the state and we're forced into a legal battle due to a previous negligent attorney. Attorney Rini came in and quickly cleaned up the mess that was left and began to turn the case in our favor. She wrote exceptional briefs that articulated sound arguments to the court.
During the process, she was always accessible. She responded to our questions, often within hours and kept us updated on the process. This was much different than what we were used to. I always felt that we were in great hands with her in our corner.
I cannot recommend Attorney Rini more highly! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I also must emphasize how important it is to hire an attorney who actively practices within the area of law you need. We needed her expertise in Family Law, specifically a custody issue. She was able to navigate us through what we thought was murky waters while being aggressive towards our opponent.

Going through a divorce was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I was referred to Lingle Legal Services by an attorney in my office who had worked with Stephanie when he was a prosecutor, he said that she had a lot of trial experience which was important to me because I wanted to take my ex-wife to the cleaners. Attorney Lingle did an excellent job of keeping me updated about the particulars (laws/procedures/timelines/what I could expect next) of my case). She was quick to respond to my calls and emails. Most importantly she was a voice of reason at a time when I was understandably a little irrational in what I wanted to happen. This ended up saving me a lot of money as she was able to negotiate a settlement that cost me significantly less than a trial would have even though she would have be the main person to benefit from my case becoming protracted. Because of this I can honestly give her 5 stars for trustworthiness, what other lawyers give advice that gets them lower fee bills?

Martin Gelfand is a great attorney. He was referred to us by the domestic violence advocates of Cuyahoga county Domestic Relations Court in the fall of 2015. We reached out to Marty via email, and were contacted back almost immediately. I am a father of six children, two of which I was looking to gain residential custody of. This was a complicated case, and needed lots of attention. Upon our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands with him. Unlike many other attorneys I have encountered in the past, Marty is an excellent listener. He really seems to care about my case and the situation. In my experience with other attorneys, a lot of them seem to be very dismissive. This is not the case with Marty. He is always available when I need him. I can contact him via email or telephone. If he doesn't respond or answer right away, it is always guaranteed that he will get ahold of me at some point that day. Whether it be a very serious concern, or just a simple question, he is always there to answer and help. Marty has worked extremely hard for my family and I. Marty stood up and fought for us when no one else would. We got exactly what we set out to achieve in our court hearing. Unfortunately we have to revisit court again. But I am more than confident that Marty will do his absolute best in helping us get what we need done. There's nothing negative that I can say about this man. He's been a blessing to our family. Mr. Stolarsky really cares about his clients. It shows in the respectful way he treats you and he listens carefully to the situation. I would like to take the time to share my experience with this law firm, and in particular Steve Bradley. Almost a decade ago, I caught a major drug offense case and hired another lawyer who claim "Damn right we fight". Well their lack of fight or in this case, lack of legal knowledge, ended up getting me a 12 year mandatory sentence. I appeared for a what I thought was a routine pretrial motion to suppress hearing to try to attack the arrest warrant. I had no idea that when that motion was shot down, my lawyer moved right to the sentencing. I was given everyday on the original indictment. Stunned at what just transpired, my attorney leans in and says least we got you thirty days to get your affairs in order. Fast forward to less than a week till I was set to turn myself in on the 12 years, I contacted Steve, who was recommended by a friend, about a appeal. I met with him at his office and he was upfront and honest about the fact I've had no grounds for an appeal. Devastated, I shrank in my chair, and was coming to grips with fact I was really about to be away from my kids and loved ones for a decade plus. Then he told me that there was an angle he had been waiting to use, and the right client and case to execute it on. He proceeded to tell me that if I had the money, he would try to get my plea withdrawn, and take it back to trial. He gave me a pricier quote then my last attorney. So I asked him since 10 thousand dollars got me 12 years, what will said amount get me. He said that he could knock my sentence in half or if all goes well, maybe even probation. I immediately hired him. Long story short, this man was able to get the prosecutor to drop the mandatory 11 years, which comes with a major felony 1 drug offense. That gave us the opportunity to negotiate a plea bargain for half of my original sentence or still take it to trail where he could guarantee one of two outcomes. Either serve the entire sentence or walk away with a F5 and be placed on probation. I never expected a walk because I was guilty of committing a crime, but not enough to deserve all that time. So I accepted the deal and served my sentence and am now off parole. I want to personally thank you for saving my life and giving me a chance to be a father to my boys. Very refreshing to know there is still honest and hard working lawyers out there who care and actually preform the job the say they will.

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Attorneys Todd Gurney and Brian Eisen did an amazing job of prosecuting our family's wrongful death/medical malpractice case that was filed after the tragic loss of our oldest son.
Their knowledge and expertise in both the pertinent medical fields and the legal details of our case made all the difference in the final disposition of the action. Todd guided us through the entire process very well, which was very helpful during this very tough time for our family. There were never any delays in response from Todd or Brian when we called - this was a major plus for us.
While Todd was the lead Attorney on our case, both Todd and Brian worked together very well to make sure all the bases were well covered. Both Attorneys were just so thoughtful, and always kept our family's emotional state in mind during all discussions about the case - this meant so much to us!
Additionally, Alexandra in the office always made sure we were well informed about any important case events that were coming up - we were never caught unaware of any upcoming case activities. I've only briefly interacted with the team at Eisen Law Firm and unfortunately I will not have the pleasure of working with them as timing does not currently permit, however I can confidently write this review because although brief, every interaction I had with this team had a positive impact on me. Given the astounding lack of empathy and compassion I have felt from the overwhelming majority of other attorneys I've consulted with, talking to a team with such dedication to their clients and true passion for what they do almost made me emotional.
I think my first interaction was with Alexandra, and she empathized with my situation immediately, took detailed notes, and asked questions that truly demonstrated the personal approach they take when assessing each client, they listen. She made sure to go over everything with Brian and he called me the next morning as she told me he would.
My conversation with Brian was extremely pleasant and made me feel heard, I finally felt like what I was saying mattered and that resonated deeply with me. I was touched to hear about how much he invests in each client, and most memorably, the fact that he only takes on a few cases at a time to completely focus on each one. I can tell that he really cares and there's no doubt that he gives it his all. I was so compelled to work with him that I couldn't take his first no for an answer and asked him to reconsider (lol), and he could have ignored me but he didn't, he took the time to let respond and let me know why he couldn't take on my case.
His reason for declining reflected his genuine character, as it was due to the fact that he did not want the possibility of taking on another case to interfere with his focus on his current clients. I'm devastated, but I had to write this review for future potential clients at Eisen Law Firm, because I know what it feels like to feel like no one cares about something that was so valuable to you. Eisen Law Firm checked every single box for me and if you're reading this and in need of a light and some hope in our legal system, please give them a call.

I highly recommend Brad Hull for your legal needs. He helped resolution for a Medicare lein on my home after my husband died. Also created a rental agreement. Although one area was not in his realm ,he recommended a selection of lawyers competent in a certain area of law.Mr Hull also offered to speak to a young man to ensure he was in a good place until things could be put in place. Mr. Hull is honest, TRULY cares and has a conscience! He is not intimidated by opposing lawyers no matter how seasoned they are. I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Very dedicated, easily reachable and responds very quickly and did a great job getting me probation on a case where i should have went to prison and was a court appointed lawyer for this case. Usually when lawyers are court appointed they tend to not do so great for your case but not with him he went above and beyond on many aspects and even seen me in jail to let me know how things are going a few times.
