Burke Family Lawn Care is the first ever lawn service I have used. I have not been disappointed. They keep good communication, they are attentaive to my yard, and they get some kudos, for when I started using them back in May they worked in and around the weather issues we had. I would recommend them to my neighbors and freinds! With some other issues I have had this summer I did not once have to worry about my lawn, so I am greatful.

These guys stepped up to the plate when we really needed them. My husband had his knee replaced and I started a new side business that was taking up a tremendous amount of my time. Chad and family offered us a very reasonable rate to take some of the pressure off of us for the summer. They are very responsive and the yard has never looked better! They even change up the mow pattern every week so it's never mowed the same way twice! I can't thank them enough for making our lives easier.

I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a criminal when I didn’t do anything wrong.
After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike.
When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial.
We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial.
Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling.
Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

Alec has been a fighting force for my family for over a decade. When Alec first became a private attorney, my brother ended up going back to DOC on a 90 day turnaround for parole violations. Within 20 days into his "timeout", he was wrongfully accused of a crime that would have carried a 48 years to life sentence. My brother made the mistake of talking numerous times to detectives, giving fingerprints and DNA, etc. They had everything they needed to easily charge him on the false allegations. I immediately called Alec (almost) begging him to take the case. I didnt have faith in anyone else to fight the way I knew Alec would fight. That's just what he did, he fought diligently to prove innocence for my brother. During the investigation, parole had their hands tied and decided to put in a request to revoke him for the remainder of his sentence (7 years). The day before the revocation hearing, Alec recieved a call from the elected DA of the county my brother was in letting us know they weren't moving forward with pressing charges. Alec's representation scope changed from fighting the allegations to fighting the entire parole board. With his thorough investigating, research, and sleepless nights, he was an absolute beast and literally made everyone out to be a fool for what they were trying to do to my brother. Alec did his research and came with a plethora of legal knowledge. After 4 months of fighting, facing a 48 year-life sentence, 7 years remaining on parole, my brother walked free after 30 short days after the revocation hearing. Hats off to you, Egizi. Thank you for never giving up on him as a client as well as me being a daily pain :)

I took a long time to get my investments and property into a trust for my son as I wasn't sure of the process and it just seemed so daunting, but Miranda was absolutely amazing every step of the way! She was extremely responsive and had documents to me within at least a week's time, sometimes within 24 hours. She guided me through everything and was extremely thorough and patient with me when it came to properly wording everything. She even periodically emails me to ensure that I am following through with contacting all of my investors and banks. Mr. Huttner is a life saver! I was facing my 2nd DUI in 2019 and was from another state. Not to mention, I knew nothing about Denver and surrounding areas. While back home, I received consultation from a few lawyers but Mr. Huttner stood out the most. I wasn't sure why at the time but I am glad I made that decision. Mr. Huttner was very knowledgeable and respectful. He always made sure he overcommunicated times and dates when it came to court dates/hearings etc. He was open and honest to any questions I had throughout this 2 1/2 year process. He advised going to trial would be best if I did not want to take a plea deal. I was quite certain we had a great chance and ultimately decided to go to trial. Mr. Huttner took every step to make sure that we were in a great position to win this case. Going into this situation and dealing with the uncertainty was extremely stressful but I kept believing that Mr. Huttner had this under control. Eventually, We went to trail and after 903 days I was found not guilty. I cant say enough about this man but he is one of the best I've come across. I highly recommend Mr. Huttner.

I’ve been working with Richard since August of 2016 (Case took 4+ years). I was stopped for a urinating in public, but the charges quickly changed to DUI after they saw my priors. By the end of the encounter, I was facing indecent exposure (Urinating in public), DUI, resisting arrest, and obstruction of a peace officer.
Richard took on my case and immediately got a small win at the DMV. The hearing officer at the DMV ruled that I should have never been pulled over as the officer had no description of the individual he “thought” he observed urinating. This officer could not tell if the person was black, white, or other, and couldn’t even decipher man of woman. Needless to say I was awarded my license back that day.
My case is a very long and drawn out story. We lost at trial due to an error made by the court in which Richard advised that I could Appeal. I was facing 11 months in jail, court fees, probation, alcohol classes, and the loss of my license. I appealed to the district court (won); the people (DA) appealed to the Supreme Court (lost). My conviction was set aside and I was given the opportunity to have a new trial.
The former DA for the 18th district was not a fan of my case and would not just settle with us so we presented the case to the new 18th district DA once he was sworn in. Richard again went to bat for me and was able to get all charges dismissed except for obstruction. I pled guilty to obstruction; no jail, no probation, just a $50 fine. What a difference having a fresh set of unbiased eyes can do for your case.

Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.
Brad not only talked to my husband a couple of times on the phone, but was also willing to meet with us in person so I could receive some clarification and understand the situation better.
