Attorney Benjamin Luftman represented me back in 2017. Im leaving a review now because back then i wasnt aware of how helpful and important reviews were and over time as i learned how important they were ive just forgotten to leave a review. So i feel i should leave one now. So. Back on topic. Mr.luftman represented me back in 2017 for allegations that were made against me and without going to deep into detail what i will say is Mr.Luftman and his team were very kind. Answered any questions i had and were just the absolute best. While searching for an attorney i only wanted the best and this law firm was on top of the list. Even to this day. Years after everything has been said and done with the case in 2017 he continues to answer random questions down the line with the utmost honesty. Whether i like the answer or not. He doesnt hide anything. He was reasonably priced. He will be the one i turn to if anything shall happen in the future though i hope i may never have to call him again. I highly HIGHLY recommend turning to Luftman, Heck and associates should you need legal services. I’m a New York Father. I rarely make reviews on anything and frankly I was not in a mental place to do so but I believe I’m in a better place to let this out now. So, back in 2023 my daughter was kidnapped by her Mother. I didn’t see my daughter for months and at least spoke to 10 detectives in New York to get someone to take my case seriously. I eventually got a warrant for her arrest but all based in New York, it didn’t matter with Ohio law. Once I found out my child was in Ohio and realized I needed a lawyer I reach out to Mr. Friedman. I called about 5 offices prior all closed but he was the only one still working late and answered the phone. He not only recognized the dire of my situation but was a great friend and professionally experienced lawyer. While in the court area he even unexpectedly bought me a meal as we waited. Long story short, I got my little girl back and Mr. Friedman was an angel in disguise for this period in my life. I don’t think anyone else could’ve done it better. He was supportive, responsive, educated, well connected, and followed through on the tasks at hand. This is one of those lawyers that you will never forget working hard for you in your lifetime, I know I won’t. I highly recommend his services and hope the best in your case with him. God bless.

Attorney Joshua Hall comes off aggressive, but in reality he doesn't like to do paperwork. Josh refuses to file motions in the best interest of his clients and creates excuses. If you need a diligent attorney to file motions and argue on paper, Joshua Hall is NOT the attorney to go with. He tries to push his clients into plea deals and fails to communicate timely. Save your money.

When first approaching my divorce I must have tried meeting every lawyer I possibly could in order to find the right fit. I ended up knowing right when meeting him that this was the person I wanted to represent me in my battle that was going to be the worst thing I had ever in my life went threw. I walked in his office with a ton of anger from not being able to see my kids and all the false information being said about me. By the 3rd time I seen him I had my head firmly secured and was able to focus 100% on my goals. He was only a attorney yet made such a HUGE positive impact and set me and my children on the right path and not simply because he was being paid to do so. At many times he showed his genuine care, compassion and understanding. My kids grew to know his name and are still to this day very thankful for him. I am a father that now has my kids the majority of the time and can see to it the kids have a bright future. A few years have passed since concluding my divorce and I was forced to be right back in court for contempt that was so far from the truth. I figured I could try to find a cheap attorney to hopefully quickly fix the problem, 2 years later and thousands being wasted nothing was fixed. I once again hired Ken and the problem was fixed and luckily I am out of court again. I learned my lesson, any future needs he will be my first call! I was never asked to make any reviews or offered anything to do so. This awesome man truly deserves a good word put out there for him, about him.

This guy is HORRIBLE. I had him as a public defender and let me tell you, this "guy" is HORRIBLE. He didn't even go over my discovery. Told me I had NO chance at self defense. What made me fire him is is rude, arrogant attitude. He told me to tell him my side of the story and as I was telling him he interrupted me and told me " one more time you interrupt me we will have to reschedule this phone call ". I came to Jeff to figure out and clean up a custody mess that I was involved in. Jeff worked through over a year's worth of junk in a timely and professional way then delivered a workable solution. Along the way he counseled me and really took the time to listen to my concerns while also answering a lot of my previously unanswered questions that I had accrued throughout my custody action. Mr. Greer was willing to take my case after I had many other lawyers that represented me with poor results. He had to review an extremely enormous amount of paperwork from legal documents to my own documents. He was able to review it and thoroughly understand the case in order for me to file an appeal. He represented me in the appellate court and the judges ruled in my favor 3-0. Mr. Greer has been very empathetic with my extremely long judicial journey to get justice. I truly appreciate all that he has done for me as well as my children.

I was charged with my 2nd OVI (plead guilty to the first 5 years prior). Because of this charge, I was looking at very serious penalties along with the strong possibility of losing my job if convicted. I contacted the Koffel Law firm the next day.
Everyone I spoke with at the law firm was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful with their guidance and in answering my questions. This was obviously a very stressful situation and having Tod's representation was extremely helpful. The process took several months, because the prosecutor was reluctant to offer a deal.
From my understanding, most prosecutors are extremely reluctant to offer deals to second offenders. I cannot understate how impressed I am of Tod's negotiating skills, knowledge of OVI laws/procedures, and willingness to fight on behalf of his clients. In the end, Tod found several weaknesses in their case and was able to get a favorable outcome by getting me a plea deal. I would recommend him 100% for anyone with legal trouble in his area of defense.

First I would like to say when dealing with big companies and ones that are in the public utilities area......and they leave notices at your house and send mail with words like imminent domain, leases, right aways, and overhangs on/or about your property it becomes uncomfortable and a little uneasy. Well at about the same time we receive a hand out via by mail with GBSK on it. As the time passed and we kept getting notices from AEP with what I will call low-ball settlement offers to sign a contract for part of our property I reached out to our personal attorney. As we talked about what was going to be happening he told us that it was really not the part of law he focused on but I did ask him about GBSK and he had actually knew of them and recommended them. Our attorney told us that we would be represented in the best way possible in this situation.
Fast forward 6 months or so and what a relief it was, we were given the opportunity to be represented by this law firm, Mr. Kenter handled our case. We not only received a positive outcome, we gained what I will call a very good phone and email friend(because of distance)! The working atmosphere in my opinion must be 2nd to NO one at GBSK because everyone we dealt with, talked to, or emailed with had an exceptional attitude, was very respectful, and was patient to our wants, needs, and questions. A+ job to GBSK and Mr. Kenter our case handler!!!!
