Jad..was able to get my 107mph down to improper driving, in Fairfax. Prosecutor wouldn’t do anything for us so he took it directly to the Judge and got it reduced. Highly recommend, and his prices are very reasonable. He did for 1/3 The price of other lawyers.

I had a mistameanir in virginia on my way home to Illinois, was not aware of the sudden change of speed limit, when i was presented with a mistameanir and a court date, of course i was devastated. I reached out to Miss Kimberly Phillips, and Esha, and i have to admit Esha was caring and professional with all the information i needed, and Miss Kimberly phillips took care of case at court and bought the mistameanir to a ticket violation. The fine was bought down to 250.00 and i did not have to return to virginia. I really do not think i will ho back after the scare, but i highly recommend Miss Kimberly and Esha, they know what they are doing, and truely took my case in there hands.

Ann helped me win a restraining order against someone who attacked me, and also defended me against a counter restraining order filed by my attacker that was based on a made up story. Her pricing was very straightforward and her deep knowledge of the Fairfax Circuit Court judges, policies and procedures was a huge asset. Ann was very responsive to questions, very honest and didn’t sugarcoat things, she was reassuring in a very anxious and high stress time. Edward handled my reckless driving case and becuase of his knowledge of the Fairfax Court System he was able to get my ticket reduced out of the reckless category. He was always responsive to me and gave me homework to be prepared for my case. Without his good guidance, I feel I would have been convicted. I have known Ed Cuccias for over 15 years; he is a great lawyer and good friend. I have had to call on him for his legal services and expertise on two occasions to assist my son after he was stopped and cited for Reckless Driving (Speed in excess of 25 mph over the posted speed limit).
Ed met with us and explained the seriousness of the offense and possible consequences (6 Points off his license, misdemeanor conviction and possible jail time). While a parents’ threats of the consequences for poor driving habits sometimes go unheeded, Ed’s explanation of the seriousness of these charges put the fear of God into my son. His knowledge of the Virginia State and county traffic court system, Police, Sheriffs, Highway Patrol and prosecutors makes him the attorney to call if you have any legal issue associated with driving violations in Virginia. In one case the charges were not prosecuted and in the other they were reduced significantly. (Why 2 offenses you might ask; same road, same time of day and my son late for work yet another time.)

Hired Ms. Petrocelli to help me with a small matter that seems as if it could either turn out as a slap on the wrist or jail time and a fine for me-depending on how it's handled. So far, she has been very unprofessional. She will not return phone calls or emails regarding my case. All I would like is an update about what's going on for the next court date. I gave her my retainer and she has just disappeared on me with another court date to go! My advice is to find someone a bit more reliable.
