Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. I would highly recommend Becky Pintar and not look anywhere else. She can definitely get the job done and work hard to get everything you deserve!

Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.
During mediation, Becky, had my back and strongly negotiated a settlement that was fair. I have NOTHING BUT GOOD WORDS for Becky and her paralegal, Teresa. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Becky Pintar as a divorce attorney.

I had been thoroughly deceived by a shady group that took $63,000 from me in exchange for an "investment" that promised high returns. When that never materialized, I realized I had been scammed. No one else was willing to help me get my money back, as they all said that it was nearly impossible to hold scammers accountable. I contacted Andrew Dunning at LBC Law Group, and he was quick to respond and set up an initial call with me. His warm and non-judgemental attitude toward me and the situation I was in instantly raised my spirits, and he gave me hope that we had a strong case against them and would do everything he could to get my money back. True to his word, Andrew immediately gathered my evidence and got the case going. He even gave me a reduced hourly rate as he knew I was already in dire financial straights and couldn't afford much more. Amazingly, the scammers agreed to our demand request and eventually returned ALL my money. To say that I was stunned, relieved, and ecstatic about the outcome would be an understatement. Sometimes you only have 1 chance to pick an attorney. I was facing 2-5yrs and I made the best decision of my life by hiring Steve. He was verysharp & intuitive in court and absolutely hammered the prosecutions case & witnesses. My daughter and I hired Mr Compan before our consultation was even over. With the fear of loosing my grandchildren, her children. We went into Mr Compans office like two little kittens with our tails between our legs, swollen watery eyes from crying for weeks but let me assure you that when we walk out of there we both for the first time in weeks had smiles on our faces. While we all understand that people view things differently and the court verdicts can and will be viewed by some people as good and by others as bad. That is not the case with me.
It is undeniable the results attained by attorney Ed Miley for me. My case was a child custody and support case. Honestly I actually felt quite abused by the family court system until I retained his services. You hear often of the great attorneys that come out swinging or in my case attacking like a prize fighting pit bull. Needless to say the results were and are outstanding.
I felt that the process from start to finish was both fair, swift and the results/outcome extremely satisfying.
Thank you for fighting for the little guy that didn't feel like he had a voice in the matters of what happens with my child.
I highly recommend only if you're going for the jugular.

Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney was not positive. If you’re going through a divorce for the first time, I would recommend seeking someone else to guide you through the process. Mr. Miley was impatient, dismissive of my concerns, and seemed unwilling to answer my questions thoroughly. His demeanor felt combative, which added unnecessary stress/anxiety to an already difficult process.
Additionally, the financial aspect was frustrating. I recently paid $150 for a ten-minute consultation, only to leave feeling like my concerns were ignored and my anxiety heightened. When I attempted to follow up, Pam, the person handling communications, was unprofessional and rude in both phone calls and emails.
This is just my personal experience, and I sincerely hope yours will be better. Good luck in your search for legal representation.
