I called Mr. Roxin after being charged with petite larceny. From our first phone call until the close of the case, he was there for me. He is willing to help the client fully understand all aspects of the charges and has a very realistic sense of what outcomes are possibilities. He responds promptly, (whether you prefer emailing, calling or texting he gets back to you almost immediately). His calm yet friendly demeanor and knowledge of the law is truly impressive. Rex is not only a great Attorney, he is the right Attorney. Early on when I enlisted his services, I was nearly in panic mode. I explained the situation to him, honestly and the words he said to me calmed me right down. I knew right there I made a good decision in hiring Rex. Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout the entire process. We are really grateful. Looking forward to using him for other needs that we have because he’s full service. We got the eviction and we got our lives back and we owe it all to Mr. Kassman and has a great team. Shout out Mara - she is incredible. Highly recommend using them don’t even hesitate. At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. But without fail John has been there every step of the way with me easing my anxiety and reassuring me that he’ll get the best outcome. He’s kind and patient and has taken his time to explain every detail of the case and the defense. He even had a meeting with family members to dismiss their worry. He was very caring and took my case seriously and although I doubted that the case could get dismissed he made that happen. After being arrest for a criminal offense and finding myself in a situation that could effect my entire future, I went ahead with the grueling task of having to find legal representation. After hiring a different lawyer in February 2018 that was diligently working on my case, we ended up pairing with John about 9months into the case. John was diligent, informative and took a real interest in my case. We spoke about my options and listened to my requests. John worked throughout the weekend before my probable cause hearing to find holes in the officers story. I was facing prison time as it would have been my 3rd DWI. After the hearing John was able to get my felonies reduced to one misdemeanor DWAI and a conditional discharge. I would highly recommend John to anyone as he takes a true interest and doesn’t just go through the motions.

John saved my life and my job! I have a habit of getting huge speeding tickets. I got yet another one and this was MAJOR! I was going to lose my license, my job, and I was going to have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars in driver responsibility fees along with the fires and surcharge on the ticket as well as all of the points on my license.
John and his staff were super polite and professional throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were immediately answered.
When we went to court, I was thinking my best case scenario was going to be 2 or 4 points and a huge fine. Somehow John got me a PARKING TICKET! 0 POINTS!!! I just wanted to leave a quick review here because I picked Scott because of the reviews on this website he is not only a good attorney but a good person I hired him because of a nonsense arrest in which I received an appearance ticket for, and when I needed to go get fingerprinted I was apprehensive and afraid to go on my own so Scott came with me which is something I'm sure most attorneys would not do so if you need not only a good attorney but a decent human being you can't go wrong with him. I appreciate the hand holding throughout this whole experience because I'd be lost.

Our son was falsely accused of Title IX violations at college. His future was at stake. We knew we needed to hire the right lawyer to defend him. After talking to many attorneys that were judgmental and left me anxious and worried. I finally spoke with Scott Limmer and he was so supportive, and did not judge the situation not one bit. He alleviated all my anxieties about it. He is reliable he answers back expeditiously and helps you get your case dealt with as soon as possible. In my case I went from calling lawyers to actually seeing court in a matter of 1 day. He cares about his clients and cares to alleviate their fears about the charge and process. He’s so honest he actually told me he wouldn’t want to take my case since a regular legal aid could take the case and there’s nothing to worry about and he wouldn’t want me to spend money getting something this simple resolved . He even explained what the legal aid would say and do along with the entire process. He advised me even though I was not his client and was giving me advice for another attorney. I immediately hired him ON THE SPOT and he gave me a discount since he felt it still unfair to take my money. I never spoke with a lawyer that actually looks out for your well being. I could’ve cried and I did. He understands that mistakes happen but also understands the unfairness of harsh punishments. The day of court I actually found out the case was already closed. And even though we spent 2 days prepping and talking over the phone the morning of he refunded me all of the money spent for his fee. He’s an angel and a godsent. He also understands the legal system extremely well and can explain it in layman terms which was a relief after talking to other lawyers that were rude, seemed almost annoyed to converse, were negative about the outcome, judgmental, and overpriced. Scott Limmer is the most amazing lawyer that actually cares about his clients and I would hire him again in a second if I ever got into any trouble. You should too!

When I appeared before the court, I had 4 outstanding traffic tickets that varied in severity. I was very nervous due to the severity of 1 of the charges , after consultation I retained Mr. Balduf . He was very direct and he laid out a clear directive for me to follow . I provided him any information that he requested in relation to DMV documents etc... In a very short period of time, Mr. Balduf was able to have all but 1 ticket dismissed , that of which was reduced to a traffic violation and a small fine .I couldn't have imagined a better outcome for myself. If I ever need an attorney again , I will call him first.

We have had multiple traffic matters that needed to be addressed. We faced the likelihood of high insurance premiums, going to court and possible suspension of a license. William Balduf took care of our traffic matters for a reasonable rate (we had called around). We did not have to go to Court and our insurance was not affected. I was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a class C violent felony. I gave a full confession to the crime, even though I didn't really commit it. His rate was very reasonable compared to other lawyers I consulted with at the time. He was very upfront with me, held nothing back, and assured me I was in the right hands (and that I was). He spoke with me during our consultations of any potential outcome or consequences, if any, that I may have faced but luckily there were none of concern. He stuck to his word in our achievement of a favorable outcome in my case, and any good lawyer would say to their client that they can't promise anything for certain. He has extensive knowledge of law & the legal system, and is VERY trustworthy & reliable. During one such meeting we had, he implemented Google Maps, without myself even suggesting doing so, right in the convenience of his office on his computer, so that he could see for himself where the incident was that I was at. I was able to point out for him exactly what happened as if he was right there in person at that location at that given time, and he kept extensive information and records of everything pertaining to our matter. I thought very well of him for his smartness. If only I knew of this lawyer during the time of the traffic stop I was in due to the officer's integrity and this officer's encounters with me in the past. But regardless of the unfairness of the police officer & the legal situation overall, Mr. D'Angelo Esq. and I got what we asked for in the end. He was able to think outside the box and I was very impressed with his conduct. His office is conveniently located adjacent to the Suffolk First District Courthouse on Carleton Ave, returns calls and e-mails promptly, and is overall very professional and someone I'd trust again to hire if I were to experience any trouble of any sort. Mr. Forbes is an awesome attorney who actually listens to his clients and their families. We used Ms. Mecklosky for a drug related charge my teenager became involved with last year, and now for some driving misdemeanors I have been charged with. I found her to be accessible, easy to get in touch with, ready to answer questions and provide reassurance. Her demeanor in court is polite and respectful, intelligent and efficient...traits I believe any judge appreciates. These traits are imperative....you don't need an attorney who's arrogance is going to cause the judge, DA or worse yet, a jury, to be turned off...that doesn't help a defendant at all, in spite of what some may think.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ms. Mecklosky to anyone, and wouldn't even consider using another attorney!

I won in court with Ray. Ray is an amazing attorney. On the first communication he spent about 25 minutes with me on,the phone, giving me enough time to express the matter and the concerns. I was perfectly satisfied with his answers and the willingness to provide care for my issue. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job.
