Comprehensive estate planning is neither fun, nor cheap. That said, redoing this after 20 years was remarkable in comparison both in price and thoroughness. Extensive time spent understanding our family, finances, investments, wishes, plans and financial philosophy took place before beginning a rework of our entire estate plan. Wills, POAs, contracts, healthcare delineations, trusts and titles were reviewed and improved. All this was done with extensive them providing direct communication with our two separate finance managers and our accountant. The detail of this process and end result made the value of this time with them a bargain.

Mr. Cloninger met with my son and helped us with a driving matter. He was true to his word (yes that still exists!). He charged a fair price. Probably more than fair to be honest. He let us know what to expect and answered my questions along the way. Hate to have to need an Atty but will use him again when the time arises. I am a fan. I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate

I had the opportunity one day to speak to Richard in passing. Not knowing that Richard was a divorce lawyer, I asked if he knew a divorce lawyer. Richard informed me that he was in fact a divorce lawyer. After a brief conversation, I hired Richard to handle my divorce. Richard was thorough in explaining the divorce procedure as well as mine and my soon to be ex wife's roll in these procedures. Richard was timely in returning my calls or emails. This is a wonderful law group and Parisha is one of the GREATEST! On November 30th, 2016, I was rear-ended by another vehicle, and that resulted in injuries to my back and neck. Anytime you have to hire an attorney you are already stressed but in my situation, I was beyond that point. My 14 and 16 year old granddaughters had been living in a less than ideal household for the past 6 years but in NC grandparents do not have any legal rights to their grandchildren. I was 6 years into a waiting game, then a incident happened with the 16 year old. I called Austen on a Tuesday, met with him on Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday had emergency custody of my granddaughters. Since then, we have been to court and I now have permanent custody. I made the best decision in hiring Austen Jud. He made sure he was there when I needed him, he kept me informed of what he was doing and what he needed from me. After finding myself in active addiction, I had made some poor decisions and found myself in legal issues. Therefore I wanted a better life and sought treatment. My largest challenge was felony and misdemeanor charges for my questionable behavior. I learned of Kerri’s hardworking efforts in the addiction arena through her advocation of the drug court in Forsyth county. A person assisting me with my recovery directed me to her. She listened with a caring ear and passed no judgement on me. She understood my bad decisions were motivated by my addiction. She represented me to the court as a human being that was seeking assistance to be the great person I was intended to be. She understood their were consequences for my actions and pled to the court that my consequences would be proactive, effective, and assistive in me bettering myself. Her explanation of my character and the person I truly am encouraged the court to hand down a lesser charge and lesser sentence. Understanding the length of time it takes to recover from active addiction she went one step further. She pleaded to the court and recommended that part of my consequences for my behavior would be to be legally responsible to complete my treatment program. I had never had the experience of an attorney treating me as a human being and expressing my value as a person to the court. The fact that she went above and beyond and recommended to the court to hold me legally responsible to complete my treatment demonstrated to me that she really cared about me. This was but a glimpse although a large hurdle of one of the challenges I faced in my early active recovery. Kerri’s action and compassion have assisted me in being a person in long term recovery. Ms. Sigler is not just an attorney she is a humanitarian. To this day she still reaches out to me after the case has been closed and I have completed my legal obligations. I would only pray that other representatives of the legal system follow her lead. My gratitude and thankfulness could never be expressed enough. Thank you Kerri.

My family hired Scott Rosenberg to help with a felony charge against a family member. Before retaining his help, he sat us down and listened to the facts of the case as we knew them. Then, he was very honest and open about what could and could not happen with regards to the case. He did not paint too rosy a picture nor did he sugar-coat what he was capable of doing. He was very honest with how he felt he could help. As the case progressed, he continued to keep us updated with emails and phone calls. He would ask for information/documents as well which we sent via email (very convenient). He attended each court date with us. As a result, the person charged with the crime never had to address the court personally other than to say "Rosenberg" one time when asked who represented him. This took a lot of stress off of us. He has a great relationship with the courts in Gaston County and is well-respected. I think he actually worked for the county at one point. As a result of his work on our case, we were very pleased with the outcome he helped us achieve. I would highly recommend Mr. Rosenberg to be hired for legal representation.

Mr. Rosenberg is an honest, highly skilled attorney. He kept us informed at all times of what was going on in our case, all of our options, and his recommendations/plans. He promptly responded to all of our communications. He quoted us a very reasonable price to begin with and then did not go above that even when additional time (and an additional court date) was needed. Mr. Rosenberg does not play the kind of "dirty games" that many attorneys play and he does not fabricate or stretch the truth simply to win a case. It's very unfortunate that there are not more attorneys out there like Mr. Rosenberg.

After meeting with several other attorneys to pursue adoption of my granddaughter, I met with Jamie Hester. Right away, I felt very comfortable and knew she was the right attorney for me. She is an exceptional person in the field of family law as she seems to really care about you and your family as individuals and not just a “case”. Jamie wanted to meet my granddaughter and they both felt very much at ease with each other. I wanted this adoption done quickly and Jamie worked diligently to get it done within my time frame. I hired Matt Godwin around September of 2020 for about 11 citations that were 10 years old. I had acquired these tickets when I was young and naïve and have had my license suspended SINCE then. I finally was able to save up enough money to hire Mr. Godwin and I choose this firm because I knew someone that used the law firm back in 2010-2011 when I lived there. He was very reasonable with pricing and even let me break my payment up into two. He immediately got to working on my case for me and the case was settled and ALL cases DISMISSED after about 2 months. The only reason why they even took THAT long was because the Trooper had the court date rescheduled. Mr Godwin I feel, really fought for me. I an in recovery and am coming up on 2 year sober. I got pregnant at 8 months sober and was about 8 1/2 months pregnant when I finally hired Mr. Godwin. He was very sympathetic to my situation and understood that I had come a long way from where I was when I got those tickets and that DWI to the person that I am today when he spoke to me. I also explained that I now live in Florida at a maternity home and that I just really need to get this taken care of so that I can acquire a car so I can have a safe way for me to get to work and to be able to take my son anywhere that he needs to go. This license was very important to me and something that I had been trying to work on getting for the last 10 years. Mr. Godwin understood all of that and he was willing to fight for me, and fight for me he did. Because of Mr. Godwin's understanding an compassion he was able to successfully help me reach the goal of getting my license back. I am enterically grateful for him and plan on using him to expunge my record as well. Mr. Godwin is one of the most respectful, kind, down to earth lawyers there is out there. I was arrested for DUI March of 2018. During that time I acted foolishly verbally assaulted the arresting officer. I behaved carelessly and my case prognosis was dire to say the least. I was looking at my first DUI with what the prosecutor called an open and shut case with imminent conviction. There were some things that happened between the officer and I that I would say caused me to be super aggressive with the officer. Mr. Godwin told me to let him handle this....And handle it he did. I was in court for the 6th time 4 hour drive there and back. This time I was waiting for my turn to be judged. Mr. Godwin told me he was going to try and get the case pushed back to a later date. The arresting officer was there ready to testify. My stomach was in knots. It was getting close to lunch and walked up to me and told me that we would be on after lunch. Then I noticed He was going into another room with the arresting officer. It was clear he was working his magic. He walked up to the Prosecutor leaned in and spoke to him. Iam not sure what he said but He immediately walked towards me and motioned for me to go outside the court room. He extended his hand and told me the case was dismissed. I grabbed him and hugged him tightly. I felt a huge burden lifted from me. The best decision I made was hiring Mr. Godwin. He is patient and waits until things are lined up in his favor, He kept postponing until he had the advantage and when it lined up right he pounced. I believe he is unbeatable. of all the times I went to court he just kept successfully defending his clients. He is amazing, I owe him . He saved my career. God Bless You Mr. Godwin.

I could not be more pleased with my experience in hiring Matt Godwin as my attorney. I was charged with DWI (.09) and believed I was looking at a surefire conviction. I purchased a car from a Northern VA dealer. During discussions w/the sales personnel two issues came up that they said would result in price adjustments. When presented w/the sales document which was filled out completely by the dealer's accountant I thought the final amount reflected what the dealer's sales personnel had agreed. I paid the bottom line amount requested by the dealer.
Three weeks later I received a telcon from the dealer's accountant stating that they had made a mistake and wanted more money to compensate for their mistake. I said no, and then wrote an email stating what I saw, as my position including compensation that I believed their sales personnel had agree as compensation. The dealers response was to demand payment. I responded w/another email.
After 3 months of this type of exchanges I called a friend and asked for a recommendation of an attorney in the Winston Salem area and was given Jeremy Foltz's name who I then contacted.
Then two days later I received a letter from the Lawyer representing the car dealer. I forwarded the letter to Jeremy who in a lawyer to lawyer exchange was able to settle on, what I considered to be, a fair and equatable solution.
This solution would not have occurred without the intervention of Jeremy.

I hired Mr. Clark to take care of my child custody agreement. He so easy to work with. Continued trespass, harassment and property damage by a neighbor ultimately escalated to a point of confrontation in which I was assaulted.
