Joel is the best Attorney in the game. He cares about his clients and he get results. I remember one time Joel took his family to Sea World. They were watching Shamu the whale when Joel got splashed! So Joel yells, I’m Joel Spitzer and no one gets me wet! So he climbs into the tank, grabs Shamu and throws the whale into the audience, splashes him and yells, “How do you like it?!” And then damn if Joel didn’t step in there and finish the show! That's the kind of dedication he shows to ALL of his clients. He wont stop working for you.

Mr Spitzer is a wonderful man. He is very caring man especially about family. He fought for my boys and I during my divorce. He was very dedicated. After my divorce my ex took cut me off from all accounts leaving my boys and I with no money for food. Mr Spitzer donated 100$ to my family so my boys could eat! I screwed up countless times on csr got kicked out of cbcf and she still managed to get me the minimum sentence even though the judge promised if i failed cbcf i was getting maxed out and the prosecutor was pushing for it as well and then there's her customer service she gave me her personal number if I had any problems i got arrested For a csr violation and she had me on the docket the next day and to this day if she sees me in public she asks how I'm doing she did all this and she was court appointed she will go above and beyond her duty i will hire her if I have any more trouble

Was dealing with an issue and needed some advice, so I reached out to the firm. I got a callback with a half hour and was speaking to an attorney the very next day.
Usually, even with the best of attorneys, if you're getting a free consultation you might get 2-3 questions asked before the attorney makes it clear that he/she really doesn't have time for you. Not the case here. The gentleman with whom I spoke patiently explained the laws that applied to my situation, sat through all of my questions, gave me some advice, and then STILL made sure I was satisfied before getting off the phone.
If you are facing any issue that this firm can help with, I absolutely recommend reaching out to these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Going through a divorce was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I was referred to Lingle Legal Services by an attorney in my office who had worked with Stephanie when he was a prosecutor, he said that she had a lot of trial experience which was important to me because I wanted to take my ex-wife to the cleaners. Attorney Lingle did an excellent job of keeping me updated about the particulars (laws/procedures/timelines/what I could expect next) of my case). She was quick to respond to my calls and emails. Most importantly she was a voice of reason at a time when I was understandably a little irrational in what I wanted to happen. This ended up saving me a lot of money as she was able to negotiate a settlement that cost me significantly less than a trial would have even though she would have be the main person to benefit from my case becoming protracted. Because of this I can honestly give her 5 stars for trustworthiness, what other lawyers give advice that gets them lower fee bills?

Would NEVER EVER recommend. Being our first time every needing a attorney and referred to her. Yea she in fact made our situation worse for our loved one and now have a reputable attorney who is saying she in fact screwed our loved one over by having them agree to certain things they never should have cause NO PROOF!! DO NOT USE UNLESS want worse case scenario for your loved one.
It won't let me leave 0 stars as she isn't even a one star in our families eyes.

Attorney Benjamin Luftman represented me back in 2017. Im leaving a review now because back then i wasnt aware of how helpful and important reviews were and over time as i learned how important they were ive just forgotten to leave a review. So i feel i should leave one now. So. Back on topic. Mr.luftman represented me back in 2017 for allegations that were made against me and without going to deep into detail what i will say is Mr.Luftman and his team were very kind. Answered any questions i had and were just the absolute best. While searching for an attorney i only wanted the best and this law firm was on top of the list. Even to this day. Years after everything has been said and done with the case in 2017 he continues to answer random questions down the line with the utmost honesty. Whether i like the answer or not. He doesnt hide anything. He was reasonably priced. He will be the one i turn to if anything shall happen in the future though i hope i may never have to call him again. I highly HIGHLY recommend turning to Luftman, Heck and associates should you need legal services. One other thing i will add is if you need lawyers for different situations if he doesn't handle your type of case he has nothing but the best recommendations for other law firms and has connected me with yet another top lawyer dealing with family matters. following year things went well, that is until the moms boyfriend interfered and I ended up missing Months of seeing my sons children (my gkids whom I practically raised since they were born) .. So I went to look for Another Attorney. I found Michael Bryant and he put me at ease and promised that he’d get this taken care of .. which HE DID!!!
Michael understood everything from the start ! Was Bery knowledgeable , honest , trustworthy from the start . If you want an attorney with the Best Outcome I’d definitely hire him !! His whole staff is also great to work with .,

Michael was my second attorney with a custody case my case lasted almost 2 years and was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I did a lot of research to look for an attorney when my current one was not representing me And my daughter, the way I sold an attorney should. I consulted with Michael after reading reviews and hired him after the initial consultation. I will say Michael is very straightforward. He will tell you exactly how it is with no sugarcoating. He will probably make you mad because he pissed me off many many times but it was because he knows what he is talking about and he either, wanted to prepare me for what was coming or he knew the direction that I was going to was going to lead to a fail in my case. I was facing pretty much my daughters dad getting 50-50 custody with me and everything split down the middle that was looking at the best outcome and to me and my daughter that would be devastating. My daughters, dad and his attorney made me look like a monster, a dramatic, crazy monster. It was a horrible two years of him, badgering me, and trying to gaslight me in word, twisting and threats but somehow I look like the reasonable one and really thought that it was a possibility I could lose custody of my daughter ended up going to a trial that lasted a day and a half and end up I got full custody. I got full medical he does have visitations not 50% but not the one day week every other weekend. I am very happy with the outcome, my daughter‘s dad and his attorney whole case was how horrible , I am or Michael focused his whole case on what was best for my daughter what would be the best for her? Michael put my daughters interest, happiness, well-being and we won the case. I am very great full for Micheal and his staff for not only helping me through this difficult time and working hard to get me a good outcome, but for putting up with me for two years, I am not the easiest person to deal with I can be very dramatic, especially when it comes to my child. I really wouldn’t say that I had a downside to my experience with Michael and his team except maybe sometimes his staff would not respond to emails or phone calls as quickly as I would have liked them too, but I’m not the only client I Know that. For the trial, I feel like Michael prepared me very well. I thought he argued his case extremely well and the outcome shows that so if you were looking for custody divorce, any kind of family law I highly recommend Michael

2 weeks ago I got pulled over for a minor infraction just to find out I had a warrant for my arrest in Trumbull County from 6 yrs ago. It was Friday night and everything was closed! I couldn't for the life of me figure out where these charges stemmed from. The next day, after a night gripped with fear, I decided I'd better at least try calling some law offices and maybe God would lead me to the right one and someone would answer or call me back. The 1st message I left was with Ron Yarwood and he ended up being the only attorney to call me back the very next day on Sunday! I couldn't believe it. I didn't retain him that day because I thought these charges were going to be a mistake and I was trying to save money, but he heard me out and didn't cut me off. The next day I called the magistrates office and the Police Depart, and found out I was facing a Felony. I was sick to my stomach, sitting at work suffering in silence and fighting back tears. I asked for a personal day and went home to search for attorney that I could afford because I didn't have that much money and I was still holding out hope this would just get dismissed. It had been almost 6 years and no crime was actually committed, it was just an attempt to commit an offense. I called tons of attorneys, and if your reading this you'll know what I'm talking about when I say they only cared about the money, not about me. Long story short, I found an attorney(not Yarwood) and things went downhill, fast. He wouldn't listen to me or do any research on the facts I was giving him. He was dismissive of me. At this point, I new I was in trouble and I knew it was time to search for another attorney. It's 8am Monday(3 days ago) on my way to work, leaving msgs yet again. Once again only Yarwood called me back! I told him my charges and what has been happening this far and I had a hearing scheduled this Thursday. He said let's meet today so I took off work(again) and drove to his office. Ron came right down to meet me and led me to the conference room. At this point, I was exhausted, not sleeping and not trusting anyone. Atty Yarwood didn't sugarcoat anything for me and got right to the point. He looked at all the facts and right away went in to what his defenses would be.(thats right, i said defenses, plural!) I tried not talk much because I wanted to hear what he had say and I didn't have time to waste. Immediately, he picked up on crucial details that I had been begging my attorney(at the time) to look at to no avail. Even though I had not hired Ron Yarwood yet, he didn't hold back one bit of what his defenses would be. Atty Yarwood said it is important that we become a team, which resonated with me because I never heard an attorney talk like that before and that we need to trust each other... And that he's not a hand holder lol(which I didn't need)...however, I needed someone who will fight. After an hour meeting, which he never looked at his watch 1 time and I never felt rushed, I knew he was the one. My feelings were that he was honest and became an attorney for all the right reasons, so I googled him immediately. Everything he told me was true. Yesterday morning(8/16) I ran him over a check at 730 am. We talked for another hour and I just expected him to take my money and I'd be on my way. Not Ron, he pulled out a white board and went over exactly how this process would go and went over every possibility of how this could play out. I left feeling great and confident he had my back and I really could trust him. Fast forward 24 hours later...I'm sitting in the courtroom at my preliminary hearing, sick..again. Ron pops in just let me know he's there and he'd come back in shortly. 30 to 45 minutes later he grabs my dad and I and tells us to follow him outside where he tells us the charges are going to be dismissed! What!! Ron came in prepared and ready to go all the way for me. I am so grateful to him and I couldn't wait to write this review! Thank you Ron!!! Call Ron Yarwood!!
