Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. Tracy has been very transparent and gives the best advice throughout this crazy/difficult time. She has given me so much peace of mind and very on top of it. Her and Joelle has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. I am a complete over thinker and they both have eased my mind so much and have kept me sane from all of the crap I have been through. I wish I hired Tracy to begin with, but very happy I found her through a referral! Thank you over and over !!

A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case.
I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to.
The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions.
I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect
I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view.
She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

To say Florence restored my faith in lawyers is an understatement. I was in search of a lawyer to help me through a civil case and Florence was the only one who took the time to look over my case and respond to my inquires. She not only responded but she responded in great detail. I knew right there she was special. I hired her and we were victorious on that case.
I have been consulting with her ever since on various issues. I am now currently involved in another legal matter which she is helping me on. As always, she has been beyond helpful. Kevin was assigned to my case as a public defender. If I had the money I would still definitely choose him. I had a criminal charge that I was worried would interfere with future schooling/job offers. I was so happy that he got the prosecutor to dismiss the case.
He's very good at his job and honest. Straight to the point about how he wanted to approach the case. I appreciated his honesty and prompt responses if I'd leave messages for him on the phone. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in a bind.

Finding myself in the worst situation I have ever been in, Kevin was there with me through the entire process. It would be almost impossible to describe exactly what he means to me and my family. The first time we met, he was very open and honest about what I was facing and more importantly what he intended to do for me. This never changed throughout the entire process. He is the only man that I would ever trust to represent me or anyone close to me in the courtroom. I won't go into many specifics in this review but I quite literally would not be able to be home writing this right now if it wasn't for Kevin. He is an incredibly dedicated lawyer who cares very much about the success of the people he represents. I have now fulfilled much of my obligation to the courts and am satisfied with the resolution we were able to come to and I know that none of this would be possible of it wasn't for him. Even now, over a year since our first meeting, we are still in contact and he has always been incredibly supportive of my recovery and helping me to put all of this behind me and move forward with my life. I walked into this entire process blindfolded and really didn't know what to expect but Kevin helped me out big time by going over the process and helping me understand what to expect. In 2018 I was falsely arrested for one of the worst things someone can be accused of, first degree murder, it was a terrifying moment in my life and I had no idea of where to go or who to talk to, I spoke with one attorney who was charging an insane amount of money to represent me, I decided to take my chances and go for a public defender and this is where I met Jack Litwak who was working as a public defender at the time. Shelley was an amazing advocate during my divorce, and when the time came for post-decree enforcement for parenting time, the choice was a no-brainer. I had an EXTREMELY complicated case which took years of litigation and included multiple professionals digging into every part of my life. Shelley was there every step of the way, helping to make sure that the truth finally came out.
Shelley provided excellent counsel throughout the worst time in my family's life, helped us get through some immense uphill battles, and was truly a partner to help me keep legal costs down while providing top-notch advice. She helped me demonstrate how the fabricated claims against me were provably false, and every time the other side switched tactics, she helped me figure out how to respond. Throughout the entire ordeal, Shelley was focused on presenting the truth with integrity, and helped me make sure not to make mis-steps along the way. Family law can be very unintuitive, and Shelley helped me avoid pitfalls along the way to ensure I was able to protect my kids.
My children suffered significant abuse from my ex and Shelley helped me prove the abuse and alienation to the court, ultimately resulting in them being placed with me full-time, as well as a no-contact order and significant financial judgements against my ex. It was the best and healthiest possible outcome for the kids in a situation where it seemed like there was no light at the end of the tunnel.
Shelley made herself available when emergencies came up, always gave valuable advice, worked hard to keep my costs as low as possible, and provided me with all of the options so that I was in the drivers seat with her valuable experience and knowledge guiding the way.
My kids are finally recovering from the abuse that they've gone through, and so am I. We would not be here without Shelley's exceptional support, expertise, integrity, and flexibility.
If you find yourself in the terrible situation of having an ex who is alienating your kids and making false claims about you, it will be a long, hard journey but it DOES get better. I had a good experience with Phoenix accident and injury law firm. I was afraid at first to get a lawyer because of my past experiences. But they put me at ease they kept me up to date with everything. They care about their clients. If you have a question they're there to answer it, if you have concerns they're there to listen. In the end when it was time to settle they came to me and did nothing until I said yes or no. They made me feel like I was a person and that what I had to say matter to them. I had an issue with a possible charge. I was recommend to Jefferson Simmons by a civil lawyer since it turned out to be a criminal case. I wasn’t sure where to go and he noticed that. Even though it wasn’t something they would be able to help, he still pointed me in the right direction and guided me on my next steps. Going out of their way to help someone regardless if they can help speaks a lot on who they are. If for some reason I need help in the future I wouldn’t hesitate!
