I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have used Natalie on 3 occasions. Two involved some teenage incidents around underage drinking and driving along with a potential DUI event. I will say that after I had been through 3 other attorneys I met Jenn and she stepped into a disaster of a case worked together with my wife's counsel and in after 2.5 years of no progress, had it resolved and closed in 6 months. Feel it needs to be added that attorneys are people and can't make a decision go your way at their will. You as a client need to hold up and handle your part of the deal. Thank you again Jenn.

I had a custody battle that was drug out for FOUR years. Jennifer is very unprofessional as far as appearance and work ethic. She would not respond to things in a timely manor and when my case finally could’ve went to trial she decided it was best if I found different representation knowing I only had 20 days to file and she waited 5 days to even give me the new custody order, which I may add gave me LESS than I did before I started fighting for my daughter. She would use profanity and would show up to hearing looking like she just rolled out of bed. My evidence was not even presented on my side of the case that would disprove the opposing party. I will never recommend her to anyone, let alone ever use her again. Biggest waste of money ever!!!!!

The first time I met Jen, she gracefully went out of her way. Something I was not used to because, I assumed like most of my court appointed lawyers I was just a docket number. I could not have been more wrong. Right then I realized she is very charismatic and was not going to stand around waiting or expecting me to give up. I truly feel like if you are ever in my position, back against the wall nowhere to go but forward or fall, don't give up your Jen might be around the corner!

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I hired Frank Kosir.jr unfortunately for a dispute with CSX railroad unfortunately. All this man did is take my money with no action. I paid for a complete deed search and after he completed it, I was told I have no rights to cross the railroad tracks. I took maters into my own hands and did a deed search on my own and found all my rights that he said I did not have. I do not understand how I was able to find all my rights with no experience in this field after paying this firm. He wasted over 7 months of my time with no action. I was charged thousands of dollars with no action. I feel this man is corrupt, be careful
