We recently moved to Texas and needed to find a law firm to amend our trust and wills. My husband and I did extensive research to find the perfect law firm when we found Weeks Law Firm in Plano. We were faced with an unthinkable set of circumstances that turned our life upside down. Our son who has special needs was unfairly arrested facing multiple charges. The police arrested our son against our will in our own home for domestic violence. They didn't care that he suffered from mental illness including severe Tourette's syndrome.
I explained to the police about his mental illness and all they cared about was making an arrest. We explained to the police that our son had certain illnesses beyond his control and we did not want him unfairly arrested. It was about 2.00am and he was arrested, taken out of our own home and off to jail he went.
I called family and friends for advice and help. We called several attorneys in the middle of the night but in our gut we were just not comfortable. We Googled and came across the Wilder Law Firm. After reading countless Google reviews we decided to call them. We met with Doug, Morgan, and Ronnie. They listened to us for what felt like hours. I watched them intently and they genuinely cared and listened. They didn't tell us what we wanted to hear; they told us the truth. They felt the police were wrong and they would fight until this was resolved.

Mac Morris is the real deal. Earlier this year, I was dealing with a misdemeanor case here in Collin County. After researching many attorneys, I found Mac Morris, and decided to go with him. I got a speeding ticket of 31 miles, yes 31 miles over the speed limit (71 in a 40mph) and Paul successfully kept it off my driving record, wow! Some attorneys wanted $500 and several turned my case down but not Mr. Richardson's intake assistant Lacy. Hired for representation in misdemeanor criminal cases. Immediately after cashing my large check, he had his receptionist screen any call I attempted to make to him. He would not listen to any suggestions I had for how I might be willing to settle my case. After several weeks of attempting to deal with his don't care attitude, I wnet to another lawyer but Mr. Pierce kept the entire fee but did nothing to earn any partof it. There's lots of criminal lawyers. Stay away from this one.

Douglas Floyd is just about the very worst attorney that one can contact. I just called him to get his opinion on a personal injury case involving a senior citizen who suffered chemical burns from a leaking package that was mailed to her over Amazon.com.
Douglas Floyd was extremely arrogant, discourteous, aloof, and inconsiderately dismissive. Without even hearing the extent of the incurred injuries and damages, after about 3 - 4 minutes into the conversation, he said that he will not take the case as he does not think that there is enough money in it for him...
