I was being charged with a DUI and 5 hit and runs and Quita St. John got ALL CHARGES DROPPED COMPLETELY. Not only were all my charges dropped but my drivers license was never suspended nor did I have to get an ignition interlock device. Quita always remains professional and puts 100% into everything she does. I can not speaker higher of her both as a human and as a lawyer.

A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. The family did not speak English and needed help finding a lawyer and interpreting.
I had no idea what lawyer to suggest. Some I called requested astronomical hourly rates. By grace, I found and suggested Mr. Meryhew.
Mr. Meryhew was fair minded in his fee structure, skilled in relating to people even those from a different culture, and a good lawyer. We received good news this morning that the young man is no longer under investigation and the allegations against him were found to be groundless.
Thank you to Mr. Meryhew for being an excellent intermediary with the police and for consoling the family with patience during a moment of profound crisis.

Mark has assisted with me with two cases. From the beginning of each there were problems he was able to quickly assist resolving. (bailing out of jail and removing an arrest warrent). For each case he was able to layout out my options and he was able obtain the best possible outcome. The first was a plea to fines, probation and no jail time (was facing 10+ years). The second was dismissed. Marks knowledge of the law and court system was key in getting the results I needed. Mark and his staff kept me updated and had great communication during both cases.

The legal system is about relationships IE prosecutor ,judge, victim mark knows this and he works those angles very well with a mixture of your case and back ground and legal maneuvers you will get a favorable result at least I did twice. both cases were dv cases one no contact violation, second dv assault result both cases were dismissed after small fine and some community service, 6 month dv class but not misdemeanors . one in king county superior court the second fife municipal court.
Mark has a team Travis helped on my second case regularly as well as mark and I felt they were a great team. I hope I never need them again...

Ms Carey is the consummate professional. I hugely regret not switching attorneys when another (medical) professional suggested I do so after I had retained an attorney and was in the throes of the challenges of securing legally entitled services for my child. I consulted with her, and she was kind, compassionate, and responsive. A great listener. She cared about my child more than my money. I ultimately decided not to switch which was a mistake, and I may still end up retaining her. She seems to be the best: smart, focused on what is best for child (not her wallet or ego), and wise in the ways of SPS. Do not repeat my mistake if SPS is making it hard to get what your child is legally entitled to.

I've met quite a few lawyers in my life (some who I feel ripped me off), and I have to say Ann is one of the kindest and most generous lawyers I have met. She's extremely intelligent and truly knowledgeable in the areas she advertises--and others such as divorce. Ann is also doing my will. I honestly think she could handle any type of case...
Ann also has excellent assistants who are knowledgeable and caring, and give you a warm feeling.
Ann did some pro-bono work for me, and I didn't have to ask! I got more than I paid for. Needless to say, I was pleasantly shocked.

Through Linda’s legal representation, the court awarded me custody of my grandson. My grandson was living with me to avoid the abuse he experienced in his own home.
This was a particularly challenging situation for many major reasons.
(1) My grandson’s divorced parents lived in another state, which created legal complications for obtaining guardianship.
(2) We had no “hard” evidence of my grandson’s abuse with his family due to his living 100’s of miles away.
(3) Social services in his home state wanted to reunite my grandson with his father, who was his primary abuser.
(4) For several hearings, as long as his mother phoned into the court, I was not granted custody of my grandson.
Linda not only did the legal work with the court system, she worked as an intermediary for me in numerous discussions with my grandson’s parents.
This combination of legal skills and acumen resulted in my having permanent third-party custody of my grandson. He will have the safe life I promised him by growing up in my home.

I don't know where to begin when I explain how amazing of an attorney Anne is. There was so much more going on behind the scenes than I ever realized. With and at times without my knowing, she went above and beyond in s many ways. She actually takes time whether it's Labor Day weekend, any weekend or evening to get back to you and thoroughly answer your questions (which I have a lot of by the way) - She truly cares and is interested in you as a client not just for monies, she's organized, prompt, very motivated and even with her many years of experience, still carries the passion for justice. My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!

I wholeheartedly recommend R. Flennaugh! He came HIGHLY recommended by a couple of close friends. Even other attorneys spoke well of him. I watched courtrooms in 2 different municipalities show RF so much respect by him simply walking in the room. He's your guy!
I interviewed several other attorneys to represent my family member and decided on Robert. From our initial conversation he made me feel confident in his knowledge of the law. He was relatable and personable. He was honest, straightforward about possible outcomes and was GREAT at communicating. His fees were comparable to other reputable defense attorneys.
My family member was exonerated because of Robert's relentless hard work. He stayed on the procesecuting attorney's office for any/all discovery, requiring them to review evidence, body camera, dashboard footage that the prosecutor didn't even bother to consider reviewing before bringing charges. Robert was so skillful in pointing out the deception and false reporting by 2 different law enforcement agencies. All this without having to go to trial.
He was always a good stuart of our money, checking in with us and letting us know prior to spending against the retainer.
It's refreshing to see someone genuinely on their clients side, looking out for their absolute best interests and invested in their continue success even after the case was dismissed.

I was so lucky to find Morgan Lake when I did. I bought a Jeep in Puyallup, Washington, drove it for 4 hours on I-90, then watched one of its wheels suddenly sheer off it at the studs. The dealership was unwilling to make things right, so I got in touch with Lake Law to understand my options. Words cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel to have found Nathan Cliber to handle my case. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, but he was always upfront and direct about our chances of success and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into if I wished to pursue certain actions. A year ago, I was under stress and made an unintentional mistake at a Target store, and the police opened two cases with theft 3rd degree.
I was looking for a lawyer for a long time based on reviews and called to lawyers, and only Steve asked me the right questions.
The hearing continued on for one year. It was a very stressful year because I didn’t know how things would end. Steve did everything right, I followed all instructions which h provided, and finally the prosecutor dismissed my case. I highly recommend Steve as a professional.

You’d be lucky to have Leanne Martinez on your team. She came highly recommended from a friend of a friend. I came to her after feeling helpless from another law firm. The previous law firm did very little and was incredibly hard to get ahold of. Leanne was the exact opposite. I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.
