I welcome this opportunity to convey by boundless and enthusiastic endorsement of Yosef Kuperman. I do so without reservation. This endorsement is not casually tendered. It is based on contacts with Yosef regarding an important legal matter. My impression was that he is profoundly knowledgeable, and he has added new insight to the discussions that I have had with him concerning the law. For the time I have known him, I have had ample opportunity to evaluate his motivation, ethics and his commitment to excellence. I have evaluated those qualities which I think predict success in the practice of law. Yosef displays exceptional analytical powers and reasoning ability. He has independence of thought reflecting creativity, imagination and originality. Yosef has excellent communication skills. He has persistence, self-discipline and resourcefulness. Of prime importance is this man’s mature judgement and ethical character. Yosef possesses the vigor, talent and the intellect in his practice of law. I find him outstanding, charismatic and unique. Yosef is extremely pleasant, impeccably courteous, yet self-assertive and eager to listen and exchange points of view in a calm, reasonable manner, without a hint of ostentatiousness. It is my judgement that this assessment is accurate and that anyone will benefit who retains this kind and considerate lawyer. To assist your evaluation of his qualities and talents, I have carefully, yet unsuccessfully sought to address Mr. Kuperman’s limitations. After carefully considering this matter, I have concluded that, in the context that I have known him, no limitations exist. I appreciate the opportunity to comment on this truly exceptional lawyer.

I had a few options for choosing a lawyer. I’m glad I went on my gut and chose Brandon Taylor to represent me for my case because he was the exact person I needed. His professionalism and truthful insight made me feel comfortable with him taking on my case. He delivered on all requests and went above and beyond to get me home with my family. He is definitely a top notch attorney and I am forever grateful for the Taylor law firm for representing me in my extreme time of need.

Yosef Kuperman helped my small podcasting company immensely by writing two important agreements for us. I am a new business owner, and didn't even know the right questions to ask. Yosef explained everything I needed to know in terms I understood, gave me options to consider, worked with me to edit the agreements until they were 100% complete, and worked quickly and responded quickly. Not only am I extremely satisfied with the agreements, but I enjoyed working with Yosef. You should hire him.

We felt well treated by Brown & Barron. Throughout the long and sometimes painful process of our lawsuit, their team was personable, kind, determined, and authoritatively professional. When I was looking for a firm to represent my family, I asked a friend who is a top Baltimore lawyer who he would go to if he were in my shoes. "Brown & Barron," he told me. Never had any phone calls and never was answered if she was my lawyer anymore, and then let it go to the point to where I had to have my case reopened by another lawyer, which I was told And I’ve been represented and had some help wouldn’t have gotten absolutely piss poor representation that I have ever seen

A Miracle in Baltimore City: Our Journey to the Right Educational Support Our story began in 2021 when we relocated from New Mexico to Baltimore City during the height of the pandemic. We were in search of educational and health services for our five-year-old daughter who is on the autism spectrum and has special needs. As physicians, balancing both the stresses of the pandemic and the complications of the educational system was a struggle. Our frustration grew when we couldn't get our daughter screened for Kindergarten through the Child Find Office, and after several disheartening interactions, we were unsure of where to turn. That's when we reached out to the office of Mark Martin and connected with the remarkable Alexandra Rosenblatt. From that moment on, things began to shift. Alexandra was a beacon throughout the long and difficult road. She attended every step of our IEP development, providing insight, advocacy, and unwavering support. Her approachable nature made it easy for us to ask questions, and she was always ready with answers and a clear plan forward. Alexandra guided us through what often felt like an impossible maze of bureaucracy. After two turbulent years, we finally achieved a breakthrough, our daughter secured placement in a non-public school that meets her unique needs, complete with a comprehensive ABA program. This was no small victory, and we know that none of this would have been possible without Alexandra’s expertise and dedication. We had been prepared to relocate to another state in search of better services, but her involvement ensured that our daughter could thrive right here in Baltimore City, where families of children with special needs face uphill battles. We are forever grateful for Alexandra's role in this miracle.

A federal indictment should be soon for this office for the amount of money stolen from their clients. This office represented my wife grandfather personal injury and wrongful death case. Peter was hired in December 1996, a year after opening this firm. My wife father died from asbestos lung cancer in 2003. Sadly, the estate only saw 100k over the past 20 year and her grandfather never received the settlement money neither did she or her grandmother who are both named in his Will. To this day, this office is sending small checks to the estate but have claimed over 40 million of dollars from the companies trust funds in relations to the injuries and deaths of their clients.

Highly Recommend Alexandra Rosenblatt for Special Needs Lawyer I highly recommend Alexandra Rosenblatt (Allie) to anyone looking for an attorney to advocate for a child with special needs. My daughter, who has a diagnosed cognitive disability requiring specialized teaching, was struggling in school. Despite the clear necessity for a specialized placement, the IEP team was refusing to place her in the appropriate school. After trying to advocate for my daughter in two different counties in Maryland for three years—with no success—I contacted Allie. From the moment she took on our case, things began to change. With Allie’s help, we were finally able to secure a placement for my daughter at a non-public school that caters to her unique needs. Allie was upfront with the facts and had a deep understanding of the challenges we were facing. She guided me through the system and helped me understand the process, especially when I felt frustrated and lost. As both a lawyer and a mother, she truly understood our situation and the urgency of our needs. She was always accessible for questions, and if she wasn't available, her assistant, Demetria, was quick to step in and schedule a meeting. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Allie’s expertise and support. I highly recommend her and her law office to any parent navigating the complex special education system.

What a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Can Do for You

A lawsuit or dispute lawyer, often referred to as a litigation lawyer, specializes in handling legal conflicts between individuals, businesses, or organizations. These lawyers represent clients in civil lawsuits, helping to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation in court. They can assist with a wide range of disputes, including contract disagreements, property disputes, business conflicts, personal injury claims, and more.

If you are involved in a legal conflict and need representation, a dispute lawyer can guide you through the litigation process - from filing or defending against a lawsuit to negotiating settlements or representing you at trial.

When Should I Hire a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a lawsuit or dispute lawyer when you're involved in a legal disagreement that cannot be resolved informally and may require legal action. Common reasons to hire a lawyer include:

  • Breach of contract: If someone has failed to fulfill the terms of a contract, a lawyer can help you file a lawsuit to seek damages or enforce the agreement.
  • Business disputes: Whether it's a partnership disagreement, shareholder conflict, or a dispute with a supplier or customer, a lawyer can help resolve business-related issues.
  • Property disputes: If you're involved in a dispute over property ownership, boundary issues, or landlord-tenant conflicts, a lawyer can assist in resolving the matter.
  • Personal injury claims: If you were injured due to someone else's negligence and are seeking compensation, a lawyer can represent you in a personal injury lawsuit.
  • Debt collection or defense: If you're being sued for unpaid debts or need to collect a debt owed to you, a lawyer can represent you in court or negotiate settlements.
  • Employment disputes: If you're involved in an employment-related dispute, such as wrongful termination or discrimination, a lawyer can help you file a claim and represent you in court.
  • Defending against a lawsuit: If you've been sued, a lawyer can defend you against the claims, challenge the evidence, and negotiate a settlement or represent you at trial.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process can help ensure that your case is properly managed and that your rights are protected throughout the dispute resolution process.

What Does a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Do?

A lawsuit or dispute lawyer provides a wide range of services to help clients navigate legal conflicts and seek resolution. Their tasks typically include:

  • Evaluating your case: Reviewing the facts and evidence to determine the strength of your case or defense and advising you on the best course of action.
  • Filing lawsuits or responding to lawsuits: If you're the plaintiff, the lawyer will file a lawsuit on your behalf. If you're the defendant, they will respond to the lawsuit and build a defense strategy.
  • Gathering evidence: Collecting and reviewing evidence such as contracts, emails, financial records, and witness statements to support your case.
  • Handling negotiations: Negotiating with the opposing party to reach a settlement before the case goes to trial, which can save time and money.
  • Representing you in court: Presenting your case in court if a settlement cannot be reached, including presenting evidence, questioning witnesses, and making legal arguments on your behalf.
  • Exploring alternative dispute resolution (ADR): Suggesting mediation or arbitration as alternatives to a trial, which can be faster and less expensive.
  • Drafting legal documents: Preparing and filing necessary legal documents such as complaints, motions, and responses, as well as drafting settlement agreements if a resolution is reached.

How Are Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyers Paid?

The fee structure for lawsuit or dispute lawyers varies depending on the complexity of the case, the type of dispute, and the lawyer's experience. Common payment methods include:

  • Hourly rate: Many lawsuit lawyers charge by the hour, especially for cases that require extensive preparation, research, and trial work. Hourly rates typically range from $150 to $500 or more, depending on the lawyer’s experience and location.
  • Contingency fee: In certain cases, such as personal injury or breach of contract claims, a lawyer may work on a contingency fee basis. This means they only get paid if they win the case, usually taking a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of the settlement or damages awarded.
  • Flat fee: For specific services, such as filing a simple lawsuit or representing you in mediation, some lawyers may charge a flat fee.
  • Retainer: In complex cases or long-term litigation, a lawyer may ask for a retainer, which is an upfront payment to secure their services. The lawyer will then bill against the retainer as they work on the case.

Discuss the fee structure with your lawyer during the initial consultation to understand how fees will be handled throughout the case.

How Much Does a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Cost?
