I would give this team ten stars If I could, I cannot recommend Jeffress Law highly enough. Last year, I was hit by a car while in line at the post office. My injuries were very severe, life threatening during the first several minutes. We hired Chris and his team immediately after he initially visited in the hospital- I could tell immediately that he took the effort to communicate with clients. He was very direct, compassionate and in my broken state it really meant something. I'm so glad I hired this team. Lee Strickler represented me in a nasty divorce with factors including high income, business ownership, multiple properties, and false accusations. She stood by me for the entire nine year maintenance agreement where I needed her assistance from time to time. With all the cases she has, she never forgot mine. At the end of the maintence agreement my ex tried to modify, and as always, Lee was on it, strong, on point, knew Colorado law and applicable case law, and we had a favorable outcome, meaning it's over!
I highly recommend her and if I had to do it again I would not consider any lawyer but Lee.

I first met Zach Friedman years ago when I worked with his boss at a marketing firm, where he was general counsel. When he left to start his own legal practice, I followed him. I recently got a speeding ticket and had Mr. Friedman represent me in court. I thought the ticket was unfair and Mr. Friedman traveled 2 hours to appear in Court on my behalf, argued my case and reduced my points from 6 to 3 and my fine from $250 to $100. All it took was one phone call to Mr. Friedman, a scan of my ticket, and he took care of the rest. Fantastic work.

Here is the real surprise: Mr Friedman stated he would be willing to continue to provide legal advice but thought I could get the same legal services at a cheaper rate utilizing a licensed Realtor. I contacted Jared to assist me with a dispute with my neighbor over a water main break in his unit that impacted mine. He was very professional and clearly stated my options. We put a plan together of how to best deal with the situation. Thankfully, with his help, we were able to resolve the situation within 2 months of my first meeting with him. Eric handled a very complicated business lawsuit for me over a period of two years. His work was very thorough and precise and he proved to be incredibly knowledgable. In the courtroom Eric didn't try to throw mud or spin tales like the other side did and in the end the jury respected us for his presentation of the facts and for not wasting their time. In the end, after an 8 day trial, the jury returned in less than an hour with a positive verdict in our favor. I cannot express how impressed I am with Eric. Eric was more prepared, more informed and more organized than the opposing side despite them having 3 times the number of lawyers. Eric is the best. You can't go wrong with him in your corner.

I contacted Ashlee Hoffman in fall, 2020, when my company already had a judgment against it. Despite being late to the game, Ashlee and her team did an outstanding job of research, brief/response crafting, advice, and negotiation in resolving the case over several months. Ms. Hoffman was very responsive all through the process, and the firm is remarkable in how reasonable and economical it is in billing practices - I've seldom felt treated as fairly on the cost side of legal work or litigation, very unusual. Mr Morris took my case when 3 other attorneys turned me away. He listened to me got the whole picture and then fought a long fight by my side for over 2 years. In the end we went to trial and Mr Morris was unbelievable. He had foreseen everything that came our way and was prepared to take it all on and come out on top. He was composed, professional and picked the opposition apart in a way that I cannot even do justice with an explanation. In the end the case went to the jury and we won outright. I could not be happier with the outcome or Mr Morris’s work. If you want an attorney that will be there for you 100% and make you feel comfortable and informed he is your man.

Attorney Morris, from the very first consultation forward showed absolute full understanding and "getting the whole picture" of the case in hand. He also honestly showed he cared for our best interest - not just taking the case for "taking the case" -type like many attorneys do, unfortunately! He reigned us in sometimes when needed, he reasoned the best outcome from looking in for our best decision along the way from the law's point of view. His arguments and briefs submitted to the court were sound and bulletproof with much thought and knowledge of the law put into them. Furthermore, he was ALWAYS available to discuss and answer our questions, unlike again, so many other attorneys are not. Billing ; fair and honest as well. It was refreshing to find an attorney like Ken Morris is !

I turned to Jon for some outside-the-box thinking on an interesting problem related to multiple (potential) foreclosures. I wish words could express how thankful I am for Justin Berg and his work as my attorney on my construction defect case. If I could give him more stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend Justin Berg.
I built a house that had numerous and significant construction defects, and I have had the extreme good fortune to work with Justin for about four years to get my house repaired and hold the builder accountable.
Among other things, Justin is an expert on construction contracts, construction defect cases and insurance coverage, so he was able to help me in all three areas. When the defects in my house started appearing, Justin knew exactly what to do. If I had tried to begin this process and/or go down this road on my own, I would not have done it correctly nor would I have gotten the results I wanted.
Justin is incredibly knowledgeable about the law in general and business litigation, insurance coverage, construction defect and construction contract cases specifically, so he guides us down the path that is the most legally effective and financially responsible. He is strategic, patient, honest and ethical. He is very smart, and he is great at explaining complex legal issues. He always has his clients’ best interests in mind. I really can't emphasize enough my appreciation for my recent experience working as a client with Brad Peterson representing me. He assisted me in a very challenging time with litigation relating to my professional services business.
Brad is rock solid. He is thoughtful; when he considers a course of action, he will have thoughtfully viewed matters from a perspective of someone looking in from the outside. He will not tell you just what you want to hear, but vastly more helpfully, he will offer insight and concrete direction and a suggested course of action. You should listen and soon enough, I think you will learn that his counsel and recommendations are wise, and restrained and invaluable.
At the same time, Brad and his firm are absolutely there to take matters to the mat if the other side is unwilling to be reasonable.

We retained Jessica Miller for a HOA dispute and potential adverse possession cases. Jessica Miller is extremely smart. The HOA had three attorneys and we only had Jessica.
