Mr. Choi provided legal representation for me against a local car dealership in the Phoenix Valley in 2010. After months of back-and-forth in what seemed like fighting City Hall, and while in a state of complete distress, frustration, and desperation, I turned to another lawyer who ultimately pointed me in Mr. Choi’s direction. Within a matter of weeks, he was able to discover evidence of wrongdoing by the dealership, and a few months later we settled out of court after he put an immense amount of pressure on the dealership’s legal team. I was able to acquire the vehicle that I wanted all along—with monthly payments that were reduced significantly—and the dealership had to ultimately pay for all of my expenses which finally gave me some peace of mind. Mr. Choi also provided legal support to my father after he was injured in an automobile accident while visiting Arizona. The outcome of that case was also a positive one, and it further demonstrated to me Mr. Choi’s abilities as such a diverse and savvy litigator. However, the most important aspect of my relationship with Mr. Choi’s is the recognition that he’s such a caring, compassionate, and wonderful human being. Although I no longer live in The Valley at this point in time, he and I have remained in contact to this day. He always gives me sound advice of all kinds whenever it’s asked of him. He will do whatever it takes to provide fair legal representation for you, and it’s very reassuring knowing that he is always on your side. Buyer be ware! After visiting with a very close friend of mine regarding their Counsel, I encouraged this person to hire an exceptionally experienced and professional firm with a team that could serve their needs that wasn’t Jordan.
Jordan essentially went MIA around mid-November. Essentially, this friend of mine asked him a myriad of questions inquiring as to how things could be moved along expeditiously in order to close out their matter. No response for weeks on end.
Ironically enough, after he essentially ghosted said client, the client was presented with a bill a couple of days after reaching out to him - again, without any response to their email. After paying above and beyond the initial retainer he seemed to disappear.
As a matter of fact, he was quick quick quick to respond when new representation reached out to him (as in he responded within the same day)!
Lack of communication in this electronic age is unacceptable. I have encouraged this former client to contact the AZ Bar Association in order to recoup their financial losses with Jordan. He’s unprofessional at best. Moreover, he's running a one man show and he doesn’t have the resources to close things out quickly.
Please be certain that any person you hire to deal with a sensitive legal matter not only takes you seriously but be sure whomever you decide to work with has ownership interest in your situation and the staff to make that a reality. I find it appalling that Jordan didn’t have the chutzpah to face this client and admit that he didn’t have the resources to help them in a timely or appropriate fashion.

I had a difficult (well I thought it would be) issue with a commercial contract and an investment account and a breach which locked up everything I had. Steve went through everything with me then took a few days before coming back with a great solution which meant we didn't even go to court.

Keith is not afraid to fight the government at all. I do not trust many attorneys but I trust Keith. He has so much valuable experience. We recently dealt with a very poor/young/ unexperienced attorney for two years , We came to Keith to clean up his mess. The old attorney has left us in a scary position as Keith has mostly cleaned up this attorney's mess on my part. We just need to find an attorney like Keith for my husband. My husband's attorney should be disbarred. My husband's Attorney sucks.
