Mr. Wills has always been kind and patient with me, while remaining dedicated and unrelenting with my case. The title of my review is "Thank You" because I will tell this man 'thank you' every single chance I get, not only for ensuring a fair outcome in my case but for always treating me with dignityand compassion. If you are like me, the idea of finding a trustworthy lawyer feels similar to the idea of finding a trustworthy car mechanic. It sounds like an oxymoron and I can't help but think, 'does one even exist?' As it turns out, yes, at least one does, and his name is Mr. Andrew Wills. I'll be forever grateful to have had Mr. Wills as my lawyer and advocate throughout my case. There *might* be—and I mean *might* be—other injury lawyers who are as good as Mr. Wills but there's no way there are any who are better. Impossible. To Mr. Wills: as always, thank you.

The only law group that I have ever been fully satisfied with. Being innocent helped, but I definitely needed a superior lawyer who knew what they were doing, and I surely got that in Casey Kane. Casey connected me with a polygrapher and a forensics specialist, both of whom were of immense assistance in my case. Casey formerly worked on the prosecution side of the law, so his inside knowledge of the workings of the prosecutor's office is an invaluable asset. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding. Aaron always made sure that I knew when I had a court date and what I needed to do. If I ever had a question, I knew that I could get hold of Aaron right away, and he would get me the answer as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, you will never need an attorney, but if you do, I cannot recommend this law group enough.

It’s hard to find a genuine person in the world of Divorce/Family Attorneys. With the money and stress associated with family law, it’s important to hire someone interested in serving the needs of their clients rather racking up billable hours. Lyndsay Ressler truly is that attorney.
After doing an initial consultation with Lyndsay in regards to a child support dispute, I felt very confident that Lyndsay was the right attorney for the job. The family court system is very subjective and tough to navigate. Lyndsay handled my case like the expert in the field that she is.
In the end, you should pick an attorney that can get you results. Lyndsay presented the merits of my case, worked out a suitable settlement, and ultimately got the results I needed. And she did so, without charging an exorbitant rate.
I was very please with my experience with Lyndsay and her team at Ressler Law and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great attorney.

After suffering fracture of my spinal cord resulting from being hit a careless car-driver while I was riding my bicycle, a defense litigator recommended Gary Craw. I am glad I followed the recommendation.
I would have been overwhelmed without Gary’s help. I have no independent memory of the accident or of my first days in the hospital. I had neither the memory nor the strength to have done what Gary and his legal assistant did for me and my wife:
Gary developed an effective negotiating strategy that we followed. He advised that I should have patience as we went through the process so I could focus on recovering my health. His legal assistant oversaw payment of, and receipt of reimbursements for. all my medical and related expenses. Gary handled all the negotiations with both the driver’s and my insurance companies. They put together the settlement offers, including gathering all necessary documentation such as expenses and reimbursements, police reports, eye witness statements and an expert report.
He and his legal assistant were sympathetic, professional and courteous to my wife and me. Unlike some attorneys, Gary is soft spoken; explains his recommendations, and lets his client make all important decisions with guidance, rather than dictation, from him. He is also well-respected in the Colorado personal-injury legal community.

I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I received Gary's name from another attorney, and knew I wanted to hire him the first time I met with him. I did interview 2 different attorneys for my case, and after my appointment with Gary, I knew which attorney to put my trust in. I have NEVER regretted that decision. My injuries did require extensive physical therapy and shoulder surgery, with more physical therapy. The case was open for over 3 years, and Gary as well as his paralegal, Tresa, followed up with me constantly to check on the status of my recovery, and also to keep track of all of my medical expenses, as well as time away from work. I felt that Gary was always accessible, responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and the utmost professional. These cases can be long, tedious, and so very stressful. Gary (and his paralegal Tresa- GREAT TEAM) always took the time to explain the process to me, and address ANY concern I had. I have NEVER regretted hiring Gary to represent me in this case. It took over 3 years, but a fair settlement was reached, and I feel I can move on with my life. I would recommend Gary without reservation.

I was in a pedestrian accident in 2014 and suffered multiple fractures, a laceration of the spleen, and multiple abrasions. I had extensive medical bills and a long road ahead of me. I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me. I just can't say enough excellent things about this Lawyer other than I wish I had gone with her from the start and maybe justice would have prevailed and my case would have been handled better.

Jeff was really great about staying persistent and following through to get my legal matter resolved with a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Jeff Colerick as the attorney to call in Colorado Springs. I was in a car accident with my three children last year and suffered injuries to my back and neck and we all had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The insurance companies were impossible. A friend recommended I call Jeff. He took my case seriously and was persistent and kept me informed. I went in to the appointment with Mr. Shaw, and was a nervous wreck. I knew in my heart I had a great case, but just the stress of knowing someone out there wants to sue is very stressful. I told Mr. Shaw my problem, presented all my facts with evidence. He explained exactly what was going to happen, and gave me an informed choice to make. I told him what I wanted to happen and he told me his plan. Mr. Shaw assured me that things were going to work out and that I did in fact have a strong case. With in just a few days, I was informed that the suite had been dropped and in fact was getting 100% of my deposits back on the property in question. Thomas Herd in the start in June first of July came to the hospital to see me while I was in a critical state spoke with me and my wife about the very bad motorcycle accident that I was involved in. From the start he asked all the right questions and was very patient when questioning me as to what led up to my injury's.
The accident happened in June 2014 and that is when we hired Mr. Herd.
He advised us and answered our questions and he and the office staff treated us with great respect at all times.
Mr. Herd also monitored my recovery with visit to the hospital and a open door policy that was extended to me and my wife. We felt the real concern he had for me and my family. He dealt with the legal issued involved and got satisfactory results in dealing with the other lawyers in this case as well as the insurance company's. This gave great comfort to my wife who was trying to nurse me back to health monitor my Dr.'s appointments ,the when and the where not to mention the who.
Mr. Herd office helped with who had to be paid. It was a huge relief, the supports staff in this was awesome!
In closing I would like to say God must have sent Herd to us, because of experience and attention to detail my wife and I are getting on with our lives and not living in fear of a bill collector knocking on our door.
At one point I almost lost my leg and was told I would not be able to walk any more.
I not only walk, I can almost keep up with my grandkids.
I am still in therapy , and thanks to all the medical persons and one fine lawyer quality of life is good a lot in part to Mr. Herd
If you are reading this you should be so to hire him I am sure you will be elated, the concern and attention to detail and fine staff that helped me and my family.

I contacted Mr Downie regarding a pending purchase on a tract of land and a previous complaint launched on the property owners and their building site plans. This was a pressing matter that needed immediate attention as the closing was less than 10 days away.
Mr Downing discussed the case with me over the phone (since I'm located in a different state) his initial thoughts. I had an issue with my wedding videographer. We hired them to film our wedding back in August 2016 and our contract had stated a finished film would be completed by October 31, 2016, It was March 2017 and after countless emails to the person, I gave up and needed some professional help.
I spoke with Brian about my situation. He had me email the contract to him so he could review and told me there was a breech of contract. He offered to call the videographer for me. The next day, Brian sent me an email letting me know that he was able to get in touch with the guy and got him to commit to an ECD as to when the film would be sent to me.
Brian checked in on me a few days after the film was due to make sure I got it. I was not happy with the final product from our videographer and talked to Brian about possible steps I could take if I wanted to sue him. After some advice I got from Brian, I decided the damages were too little for me to sue and stress out about.
Brian was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. He was easy to work with and provided great advice.
