Tim is so helpful, detail oriented, well prepared, always did what he said he would do, when he said he would, responded to all emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
A added bonus for any attorney , Tim is also compassionate, empathetic, knows the law, and knows how to get legal issues managed. He explained the process and his thinking as the case progressed. I can’t thank him enough for his work, his effort, his commitment, and his impressive intelligence of the steps of the legal process court and Kansas law.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Menghini on several occasions regarding an assortment of subjects. The subjects have ranged from personal matters to that of my small business. When I went through my divorce in 2012, Ms. Smith was there for me every step of the way. She was so good at explaining everything and making sure I was protected. If you look online at her current cases, Margaret’s tactics are to lye & wait and she will do this for months, if not years. She will not contact the DA. She was hardly proactive at all. Her demeanor was polite. But it was not worth more than 5000 alone. Forget the comments below believe me when I say you will play the roll of your own Attorney if you hire this one. Half the time you’re lucky if she reaches out or returns a single phone call/text , & doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for asking questions about your case. please continue looking elsewhere. If I had it to do over again, I would!!

I had reached out to Elliot after finding him on Google. I needed assistance on a potential case. After explaining my case, he didn't bother to ask any follow up questions and concluded the conversation by saying he had more interesting cases he wanted to deal with. Kind of rude to say to someone looking for an attorney if you ask me. I'm glad I didn't move forward with him as an attorney. Be careful when you consider him to represent you!

I was charged multiple times per month for what seemed to be excessive internal meetings and phone calls. By mid-August, after several months and thousands of dollars spent, the only significant action on my case was the filing of Timothy’s appearance as my counsel. Billing practices felt inconsistent, and I would advise potential clients to be mindful of this when considering their services. I encourage you to read other reviews and make an informed decision based on your own experience. I will also be leaving a review on other platforms.

A public defender can get you a plea agreement for free. When you have an attorney that doesn't know and doesn't care you are in more danger, than you realize. Just because an attorney has been in business for 20 years, doesn't mean he's done any good work. Especially where a trial by jury is concerned. Ron lost a simple trial with zero physical evidence against me and because I mistook him for a qualified lawyer, I'm in worse condition financially and criminally than if I'd never met him our if I had actually hired the other Ron in the office that I had gone to meet with originally. He put in no effort. Had no ideas, had no courtroom presence, tried to plead me relentlessly though I was and am innocent. People have thousands of choices. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My partner & I signed up with Robert E Wells in December 2022 on what we thought would be an easy case, contractor got paid but did not do the work. He missed 2 deadlines to the court in February, we had to pay for the time extension. When he was required to respond to the lawsuit in June, he was on vacation, and missed the response resulting in the court dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice. I advise to not waste your money.
