Clayton Tullos gives one exactly what is needed in the courtroom...an experienced litigator who is quick thinking and a powerful advocate. I write this review with the status of my case still pending, but I wouldn't change it regardless of the outcome. Clayton did a skilled job passionately advocating for my daughter and her rights as a person in a difficult custody case. Clayton was willing to work with me on what I could afford, and was efficient in selecting relevant evidence and resources for trial. Most importantly, Clayton cared as a human being and this was evident in his argument. Clayton isn't the best layer for everyone, but he is a skilled litigator, was honest through the process, and he cared, which is the most one can ask for of an attorney. Highest recommendation.

Michelle is a first-rate attorney with very high integrity. I recently referred an existing client to Michelle because of a conflict. She handled the matter skillfully, efficiently, and got a great outcome for my client. She kept me appropriately updated on the status of the matter, and when the matter was complete she handed my very happy client back to me without a hitch. My client went out of his way to send me an email thanking me for referring the matter to Michelle. Michelle Blackwell is a badass attorney and a beautiful single mom as well! She is an incredible woman. I originally hired Michelle to help fight some unfair rules being proposed by a regulatory agency in Oregon. Not only did she put a stop to the unfair rule proposals, she also helped me get legislation on the Oregon House Floor that helps me and thousands of working women in the state of Oregon! I must admit that I had gotten very lax in keeping up with the annual reporting requirements for my corporation. I hired Ms Hill to make sure I was in compliance, and to make sure I STAY that way! Now, my mind is at ease knowing that my corporation's Annual Minutes, Articles of Incorporation, and all other important corporate filings and documents are prepared correctly and are safely in the hands of a highly competent attorney. I find that when I have an idea that I think needs to be looked into, she listens and gives me some feed back as to good or bad . Her response to emails is almost immediate. She seems to be available almost anytime day or night. When she was a paralegal I told her she was going to be a good lawyer because she cares. No one can ask for more.

Brad Copeland came very highly recommended by everyone I asked. He represented my company who was a creditor in a bankruptcy proceeding where we felt the result was going to be a coin toss. Mr. Copeland however had different ideas and when you have a hearing or trial its always nice to have your attorney be the smartest one in the room. He's very competitive and takes the idea of losing very personally. He wiped the floor with the debtors attorney and because he knows the law is the guy to get you the good result you are wanting.
He's a smart guy and handles complex bankruptcies but only works on the side of the creditors. If you hire an attorney because you want to win then look no further.

We had a very bad experience with Mr. Hwang. This was the only appointment we had with him. I think he is impersonal, angry, self absorbed and not patient.
What do people need when they are going through the worst of their lives? -Patience, kindness and awareness of other people’s feelings, as death can be devastating for the family and friends.
Knowledge without these traits is like getting a big enciclopedia.
Please read all the reviews that have been written about him. I did not before setting an appointment, and regretted it.

Jinoo Hwang was referred to me by another lawyer who recommended him for his skills in creating a trust that was more useful for me because it was applicable in all 50 states and not just one. Jinoo's knowledge of recent changes in trust laws were invaluable in creating a trust which is inclusive of my estate but also allows me the flexibility to designate specific things to individuals in the event of my passing. The final piece that I was impressed with was the succession of trustees and the inclusion of a third party to act as the trustee in case of need. All trustees are fiduciary and charged with administering the trust in my best interest. This final piece afforded me much peace of mind. I recommend Jinoo's services in this manner.

E. Bradly Litchfield is by far the best man for the job. He is an ethical, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable attorney. He was a beacon of hope to my family (my wife and I) when our options appeared limited, and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. At the height of the pandemic, when it was difficult to find any attorney to take up our case, we got blessed with Brad. He stepped in and did a fabulous job. He understood our priorities and helped us find the best way to work through the process to achieve those goals patiently. I can't imagine what we would have done without him.
Immediately after we entered his office and sat down with Brad, we knew we had an ally we could trust. Bradley Litchfield is extremely competent and did everything he could to get my husband and I custody of my stepson. If I could give 10 stars out of five, I would. I was involved in a civil case in which my 15 year old son was expected to testify. My son was very nervous about this and so was I. Brad Litchfield accepted the case and we feel so fortunate to have been in his care. I feel certain my case was not the most important matter in his caseload, but he always made me and my son feel as though it was. It was a great pleasure to meet him and to see how professionally and empathetically he handled our case. He is clearly a caring and compassionate person and was respectful to everyone involved. I have just recently finished up a near 2 year long probate and estate case. The case was settled satisfactorily and happy to be finished. This was a long process and have some comments and concerns with choosing Mr. Wasley as my attorney.
The Good:
Mr. Wasley is knowledgeable and effective.
He is responsive in his communication.
The Challenges:
Mr. Wasley counseled without Empathy.
At no time did I ever feel like he cared about my case or myself. I certainly do not need hand holding, however it was quite clear I was just a number not a name. When you have lost your parent and need to go through this process, you expect some level of concern.
I felt that many questions or comments I had were bothersome to him. I would think that with how much you have to pay an attorney, that he would welcome questions. I felt inside that I need to apologize for asking a question.
I should have retained another attorney, but by the time I realized how it would go, I was already heavily invested.
At the time of retaining an attorney, I had quite a hard time finding one available.
My suggestion is that if you are in a position where you need an attorney that is somewhat friendly, personable, and empathetic, you should be careful in hiring Mr. Wasley.
