I was in a rough spot once my divorce started. I honestly didn't know where to turn to. I found Tara Parker online and requested a meeting. I briefed her on how everything started out for me. My Ex-Wife ran off with my children, without me knowing, accused me of things that I would never do, and wouldn't let me know where my children were, and if they were ok. My daughter is autistic and was taken out of Therapy for a lengthy time, my son was taken out of school and wasn't enrolled into school until 4 weeks later. Tara Parker and Amy Koshy helped me out so much. I was on the losing end, paying an exuberant amount of child and spousal support, the courts willingly gave her the kids, and it seemed like I was a total loss. Tara Parker and Amy Koshy assured me to hold my head up high, be strong, and the courts will decide the right thing in the end. A lot of new information was brought into light, I was able to start seeing my kids, and In the end, due to the grueling 1 year battle of this divorce, I got my children back, permanently. The case was flipped and I definitely cried at the news when I was told by Amy. God Bless these two, and for all they have done. I was in a horrible car accident. My auto insurance was taking their time paying for my medical bills and reimbursements. When they started fighting me on some of them, I hired Mr. McCormick. Motorcylce accident questions on what insurance is expected to pay the claims, and how much recorse we have on the offered amount of money for a total loss Motorcycle. I was offered the information about the no fault insurance requirments in MI. He pointed me in the right direction to purse the correct insurance for the claims. I have not had the outcome yet. Dui 2nd charge, accused me of being a lier to get more money, was super rude to my mom. Worst lawyer I ever had. Save the 4 grand I was better off getting a public defender. People I know got less time then I did. The day before my court date I said should I bring my old court paper in case. He said no. Oh boy I'm glad I did because not only did he tell me the wrong time and I almost got a warrant and the magistrate and her little helper were pissed but he shows and can't remember anything about my case. The magistrate come in there and they are trying to charge me for a owi 3rd when it's only my 2nd. As soon as they said that he accused me of being a lier and asked for another 6,000.00. I tried explaining the situation and he cut me off to rediscuss fees and after accusing me of lying I showed him my old paperwork he said not to bring and wow would you look at that they messed up. So then the court bumps it down to like it's my first and he tried to tell my mom that he did that but they did that cuz the court messed up then they ended up still charging me like it was my second and he didn't say anything about it. My mom showed up because I needed a ride and he was super rude to my mom when she asked questions about my license. Which he refused to talk about and refused to try to help with. He did zero negotiations or anything on my part wasted 4000 dollars and was better off with a public defender. All he cares about is money and don't expect him to remember your case. On top of it he almost got me a warrant. Save your money go so where else.

Chris Ebbott of Flint my lawyer at the time met with my ex-wife as I was going through my divorce and had him litigating my property he was meeting and fraternizing with the opposition and ended up losing my property due to lack of work ethic on my file while having the nerve of asking me to pay my balance he lost me money in my divorce lost me my property in litigation he was worthless I would have rather hired a kindergartener school teacher and her students maybe they would have had sympathy for me but with this clown I lost both cases

As divorce was starting, I Called numerous times, left voicemails, left messages with the secretary, sent text via the website, emailed through the website, and sent several additional emails. Not a single response from anyone.
Now that I need new motions filed on my behalf post divorce, I Called several times and sent another email with once again no response.
I don’t think this company/business/whatever it is actually exists.

I was being sued as a co-signer on an old business loan (don't ask). Patric went to work with the other party, an agreement was reached for pennies on the dollar, and I didn't have to go to court. While I wasn't happy about paying, I did sign, and I believe the result was fair for both parties.

He came highly recommended but what should of been an easy win with tons of evidence against the other party, Mr. Hetherington came unprepared to every hearing, knowing nothing about the case. If you care to win at all, go with another experienced lawyer. If his personal assistant/office manager was a lawyer we’d hire her but he is completely and utterly lazy. We’re embarrassed to have him as our lawyer and am looking for another one as we speak!

Dissapointed...I was totally unprepared and uninformed throughout my entire ordeal. I felt like the representation was very inexperienced. I can talk about what I did, but it's not the real point. He talked me into a plea that I accepted and to my surprise I received an out of nowhere jail time sentence, and I was unprepared,embarrassed and humiliated because of the lack of knowledge. A lawyer is supposed to prepare his clients right? My preparation was a "0" out of ten. I was totally almost always left in the dark and at one point my entire family reached out to him and he couldn't even get back to them on my visitation hours. I paid him upfront and it seemed like once he got paid I was a low priority. I didn't take it personal but in a business sense I felt very under represented.
