In April of 2022, I was arrested for defending my home and property from a subject who was refusing to leave my residence. Upon my release, I first tried to handle the matter through the Public Defender's Office. Weeks went by with no sort of contact and it did not appear as though the Public Defender had my best interests in mind. After enough frustration, I finally contacted the Dunham & Ingram Office and I wish I had done it sooner! Mr.Ingram acted swiftly and professionally. He reassured me and helped dispel any concerns I had. He also went through with me and explained step by step how the process would go. When I sent emails to his office or called them on the phone, there was always a friendly voice on the other side that was willing to speak to me. Mr.Ingram responded to my emails promptly and timely on every occasion. Mr.Ingram conducted his research of my case and found that I acted within accordance of the law and subsequently filed a "Motion to Dismiss". Within 3 days, the state attorney's office had dismissed all of the charges against me. Andy did more to help me within a week, than the public defender did within a month. If you find yourself in a terrible situation like I did, call Mr.Ingram. This is your life and livelihood at risk. I can't thank him enough for the services he offered to me.

Mr. Nieson heard my "story" about issues I had with a general contractor behind schedule, as well as, issues regarding permits and an insurance claim. I took over 30 minutes. He listened, then he took less than 15 minutes to identify the key issues from a legal standpoint and action steps that could take to remedy the situation myself. I had a consultation. If I need any help, I would definitely hire him. I felt at ease in his office with his friendly manner. I also felt confident in his knowledge and expertise regarding general contractors and resources provided by the city.

I am the owner of a shopping center in Florida. I had hired an attorney to represent me in a faulty roof installation case. The suit was going nowhere, so i hired Don to represent me in the case. He was able to obtain a settlement that not only allowed me to install a new roof but I received reimbursement for legal fees. Additionally, my daughter was being sued for misrepresentation about the condition of her roof when she sold her Orlando home. After two years of working with two other attorneys in an effort to settle the suit i suggested that she contact Don. She did employ him and, as in my case, Don settled the case in a relatively short period of time and my daughter was very satisfied with the result. I cannot say enough about Don's ability and professionalism in handling both cases and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Stephanie Emrick is a fantastic lawyer and I cannot say enough good things about her. Not only is Stephanie very well educated, but she is also detail oriented and bright, which in my opinion is why she is so successful. She is an expert in her field of real estate law and easements. For me, litigation against a government entity was a very daunting task, as the government has an endless legal budget. I needed an Attorney to assist me with review of an employment contract. Ryan was very responsive and went above and beyond to assist me in completing this task. Since the negotiation process happened rather quickly, his review of the draft employment agreement was very helpful in identifying problem areas. Hi my name is Tom Kennedy, and I was in a accident where I was hit from behind & my work vehicle was totaled! I had fired two attorneys that I felt were inadequate to handle my case, only to find Dan newlin in Gainesville Florida. I made a phone call and was giving a gentleman name Oscar Suarez, who works for Dan Newlin injury attorneys! The person only had minimal insurance that hit me. So there was not much money to gather, Is what I was told at first! Then after some brilliant attorney work by Mr. Suarez, he discovered what ended up being more money to be had! It took a while and a bunch of phone calls and interviews, And what have you, but the final verdict was finally reached! We went from a maximum of a $10,000 settlement, to a settlement over three times the original settlement!! Had it not been for me hiring someone from Dan Newlins company, I would have been left with barely nothing! I would have liked to thank Mr. Newlin personally for sending me Oscar, But was unable to do so. I have thanked Mr. Suarez several times over for his hard work, and if I were to ever get into an accident again, the first call I would make would be to either Oscar and or his company if he was not able to represent me? I was recommended to Kinsell Law by a close family friend, she said both her children had a couple cases in their high school years and Mr Kinsell repeatedly got their problems taken care of with the best outcomes multiple times, she told me Mr. Kinsell is like a magician. I contacted Kinsell Law over the phone and the price they quoted me was more than fair, it was slightly lower than 2 other places I contacted before I heard about Kinsell Law. Due to the high reputation from both the family friend and Google review, I decided to go with Mr Kinsell. I'm happy to say Mr. Kinsell truly is a magician. I had a complicated problem due to my irresponsibility, and Mr. Kinsell solved it within weeks with the absolute best outcome. What Mr. Kinsell did provided me with huge relief and took away my worry and anxiety, I wish I could give place a 100 stars rating. My overall experience with Justin Jacobson was excellent. He always made himself available whenever the situation with my ex became chaotic and provided me with excellent counsel and support.
Overall, he gave my case all the time and attention that was needed in a sometimes difficult and stressful situations. He was a calming and confident presence during a difficult process. His rapport and guidance was outstanding throughout; prompt, timely and open for calls, messages and quick updates.
He worked through all the questions and issues of my case. I always felt that he looked out for my family's best interests and had my back the entire time. I will continue to use Justin for other legal matters that may arise, as I'm confident in his counsel.

I had her represent me in a divorce case. We had an agreement of $7500 retainer until she did the discovery and found out I could afford much more. Then hours started to accumulate.
We end up in court and she choked. For all the hours I laid her reviewing the QA in court, she gets there and forgets everything. At times opposing council laughed at her. I was forced to settle because I was going to lose big. My court was a 4 days long and on day two she realized her under performance and told me via phone and text I have to come to court the next day with an $80,000 check or she will ask the judge to get off my case. She got paid. To this point I was never late for a payment and the escrow account per agreement was always at $7500 on the start of the month. She couldn’t even justify the need for that much money other than she said she needed it for the hours she will putting in for the court. Where in the world do you have to pay for hours not yet logged?
I didn’t know any better then, but I’m now in process of complaining to the Bar for this misconduct. I hope they disbar her. She screwed my trial royally. I could have performed better than her and I’m not even a lawyer. At least I would remember to cross question the opposing witnesses. Don’t make the same mistake I did and get an informed lawyer.

The Tax LL.M. program was a great experience. Professor Steven J. Willis and Professor Dennis Calfee are two of the greatest tax minds in the country, and can hold their weight internationally. If you are on the fence about UF/NYU/GT/etc., they are all good schools but the advice I was given by UF alum and NYU alum that I know personally who went before me was to pick UF specifically to study under them and it was well worth it.
