I consulted with Elan about an arbitration case and breach of contract. He was extremely thorough and took the extra time to explain the process and all options available. He was extremely caring and helpful. We discussed the different state laws on arbitration. I would highly recommend, especially for cases dealing with arbitration and/or mediation. I feel less stressed after consulting with him.

Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job representing me and my small business when we needed a civil litigation attorney. I would absolutely recommend Neil and his firm Horn Wright, LLP to my friends and family.

A few years back Len Sperber handled a lawsuit against our company for a liability claim. The company that handled our insurance found a loophole in our policy and denied insurance for that claim. End result several months later, what could have been a financial disaster ended in a sigh of relief. It was settled for $1000. Need I say more

update: My insurance paid for the attorney's time (you are making it seem like it was a free consultation) for this services. I paid my insurance with my money. Yes, indeed, this is not a free service but a paid consultation. It seems the attorney hung up on me rather than the call being disconnected because I called back, emailed, and texted the office afterward, but nobody responded, apologized, or at least returned my call. His last words before the call ended—or was disconnected, based on his own words—were that "his time is valuable." Such an unprofessional and stuck-up attitude. I was never informed beforehand that I only had 45 minutes to talk.
I believe I talked to Ron Cook. We had an appointment at 4 PM today, and while he was helpful in sending the information, he seemed annoyed when I asked questions. He expects me to read everything on my own and doesn’t want to provide further explanations when I asked him to give me a simple breakdown of how things work again because I was a little confused, and he did not want to provide all the information. He is getting payed to explain things, not to dismiss our concerns. He even mentioned that his time is valuable, but isn’t that exactly why he is getting paid—for his time and expertise? By the end of the conversation he hung up the phone, it felt unprofessional.
This experience reinforces my decision to go to law school. There’s clearly an opportunity in the market for professionals who know how to communicate effectively and treat clients with respect, no matter where they come from or what questions they ask. So far, 7 out of 10 attorneys seem to be quite stuck-up simply for having a JD and whatever piece of paper they get from the government. similar to medical doctors.

Tom Foley was referred to me by a family friend after I was hit by a car, from behind, while out cycling. Tom and his staff made the process as simple and stress free for me as I recovered from significant injuries. Jim , is a good lawyer very knowledgeable however we found it troublesome that we had to send requested paperwork on numerous occasions and having to call and check to ask why haven't you called to go over the paperwork in the case.We were told he didn't remember receiving it and please send again which happen on more then 1 occasion.As well it seemed he had no desire to fight for anything else but what was offered but excepted the easy way out ,Although he was very sympathetic and seemed caring we felt he had loss his fight that we were told he had over the many years he was know for at.his law practice. The case worked out ,however it wasn't an easy road having to constantly call and check in to discuss what he said was important details needed to be worked on for our case. Then to be told its not needed Each call seemed to be like the first starting from scratch each time . Very nice man , again extremely knowledgeable , caring. Perhaps some cases over so many years arent worth fighting for anymore .

I retained Jim Druker in February of 2018 to help resolve a tax problem I had stemming to events from 2010. I had been referred to him through another contact on LinkedIn. When I first got in touch with him I was frantic; and honestly remained frantic for the next 3 years but he never wavered in trying to keep me calm. Jim patiently and empathetically responded to my inquiries (though he was likely cursing me when he hung up the phone or responded to my longwinded emails). Jim was not warm and fuzzy but always optimistic that the issues would somehow get resolved. He truly never wavered on his resolve to help me get the issues I had settled in the best possible way. He didn't hold me hostage to invoices or finances but rather stayed true to his word when he was first engaged. Lesser men would have ignored my calls and my frantic emails, Jim did not. Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied.
