This team deserves way more than 5 stars.
I hardly know where to begin to express my immense gratitude for everyone at the offices of Tomasella and Vacca. Im not sure how to adequately convey my appreciation for this team. This firm genuinely cares about me and my three children.
I have been navigating a very difficult and highly contested divorce that dragged on unnecessarily for over two years. Throughout this period, I faced numerous false allegations, multiple restraining orders, and countless trials and hearings. Victoria was there for it all and knew exactly how to handle my case. I couldn't have asked for better representation, its amazing to see someone work so well in their element.
Thanks to Victoria Tomasella and her team, I was able to achieve exactly what I wanted from the divorce. Everything was filed quickly but they said “the court doesn’t provide updates” many times when asked.
Almost a year into my process, my ex heard from a friend that their divorce was finalized in less than two months and then she tried calling the court to get information, she was then told our divorce was finalized 7 months prior.
I went to court and was able to get the final decree, but still haven’t been notified by my lawyers that I’m divorced…

Not going to lie, they are quick with starting the divorce process but it has been almost 8 months and my divorce still isn't finalized...and I was told my divorce should be finalized from 6-7 months, then they pushed it back and told me it is now 6-8months. What's next, a year? I ask for an update and I get told that they will get back to me and they never get back to me. These reviews did get my hopes up unfortunately. I just want this process over with already.

Unfortunately I was sued. It's a frivolous harassment suit that requires knowledge in contracts, real estate, and general litigation. The case is made more complex with multiple parties where the relationships need to be managed with care.
So far Michael has been on top of it all.
In addition to negotiating the case's complexities, Michael has kept me well informed of pending deadlines and the best course of action.
I wish I didn't need him, but I'm lucky to have found Michael.

Why aren't all lawyers this honest, this competent, and this customer-focused? Weisbrot literally saved our mid-sized company with a rousing success in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. We reserved $75,000 in legal fees and basically wrote off a potential judgment of $1,5 million. When the dust settled, he recovered a fairly sizable award for US, and his fees were unexpectedly reasonable. more importantly, he was So client focused.
