I hired Attorney Page when my ex boyfriend stole my dog away from me and I had to attend court to get her back. He was very thorough and paid attention to details throughout out my case. He kept me updated through the entire process and sent me copies of all documents along the way. I also appreciated that Attorney Page would have multiple back ups plans depending on how the defendant would respond to certain actions. I found Ed on this website and consulted with him about my outstanding debt that I couldn’t collect from one of my ex-tenants. I called twice because the first time I had to cut the call short because I was running to another meeting, he was available both times. Ed was very straight forward and told me his assessment of the situation. There was no sugar coating and upselling.
I felt that Ed was very honest and straight forward to the point. Sometimes you just need a legal expert to point you to the right direction without all the fluff.

Imagine your defense having the innocent face of “Little Mikey,” (Michael J. Fox) fighting vigorously against the prosecution causing them to make critical errors while keeping out potentially harmful evidence however, admitting favorable evidence which led to my dismissal with no repercussions. Greg fantastically used his expertise and experience with “case law” to win over the Judge in selecting the right jurors for my case. Greg and his team was playing the game of chess rather than the prosecution playing a game of checkers. He is an out of the box thinker focused on driving home positive results on every argument the prosecution brought. What can I say about Keith Scherer and Greg Gagne, mostly nice things. Have you ever been accused of something horrible you didn't do and having to convince everyone you're innocent? I've tried to maintain my good morals and positive work ethic during my time in the dark and prove to everyone my innocence but having two TDS lawyers just wasn't enough. My dad referred me to these guys, one a gentle being who examines everything and the other a straight shooter who gets straight to the problem (no beating around the bush, this is real!). I have been extended past my ETS Date for over a year because of a sexual assault and domestic violence issue my ex wife's accusations originating based on spousal support and deployment pay, thanks to Scherer, Gagne & associates, I'm now a free man who will be out processing soon with my hard earned benefits and DD-214 in hand. My wife and I can continue to live our lives without the burden or stress of my ex wife and I will be able to sleep comfortably knowing that I won't be a registered sex offender or a resident of a military brig of Leavenworth. We all know that SHARP/ SARC is always advertised especially around posts, but when you become a victim of being the wrongfully accused, just remember these guys, they will get you back on the right track. I served as the Chairman of the Unsecured Creditors Committee in these Chapter 11 cases involving 8 separate but related golf and country clubs and 3 additional service or holding companies. My background is as a finance and M & A partner with 30 years experience with one of the nation's largest firms.
The unsecured creditors included well over 2,000 club members and numerous trade creditors. Jonathan was an excellent advisor to and fiduciary for the many different types of unsecured creditors. He made a number of formal and webinar presentations to club members. Most of the club members were completely unfamiliar with bankruptcy principles. Jonathan made clear presentations and he was well received in all cases. He was extremely responsive to literally hundreds of e-mail and telephone inquiries from club members. He was so well respected by the Chief Reorganization Officer of the Debtors, the senior executives of the Plan Sponsor (which purchased the clubs as the key element of the confirmed Chapter 11 cases), and their respective counsel, that he was asked to join them in presentations to members.
Jonathan is keenly aware of the legal issues in Chapter 11 cases, but perhaps more importantly, he is very practical in assessing what can realistically be accomplished. He is a "deal maker". He understands when compromise is warranted and when it is not.
Jonathan provided a realistic budget and came in below budget. I practiced in a large law firm for many years and I was very impressed by his efficiency and his accurate budgeting.
Excellent public speaker. Able to convey a number of points in a convincing and logical manner, all while weaving his presentation into an effective and complete perspective of the entire case.
He is "always" available, whether by phone or e-mail. Jonathan works well as the principal contact for his team or as the principal negotiator.
I recommend him highly.

I hired Tim after being in a rear-end collision. I tried to work with the other driver's insurance company but was getting nowhere. Immediately after contacting Tim's office, the driver's insurance company sent out a claims adjuster since my car was totaled and settled the property damage claims within days.
He also fought for me regarding my personal injury settlement which I received a larger settlement than what I was expecting.
At no time did my emails/calls go unanswered with questions that I had and his staff keep me informed with every step of the process.

We hired Timothy Brignole at the advise of another attorney who had looked at our case. He has provided us with exceptional service, he does not give up and he goes to the end. There are many attorneys who back down when things aren't going as you would like in a case. He is not that attorney. His paralegals also return calls and emails immediately no matter how small the concern.
