After my wife's family passed away, they left a 12 year old girl with no legal guardianship in Uzbekistan. My wife and I immediately traveled to the country gaining guardianship. With no family there, the only option would be to bring her to the U.S. to live with us. Megan verified she would qualify for Humanitarian Parole as the only option. We filed the paperwork and then received an RFE, which Megan responded and compiled quickly. We were approved, thanks to Megan's great writing skills and her willingness to follow up quickly. Megan is the best attorney I have ever consulted with and I've employed many in my lifetime. She helped get an orphan that would otherwise spend her life in Uzbekistan in abhorrent conditions in an orphanage there. She understood the seriousness of the consequences if the parole was not approved and helped quickly in any way she could. I would recommend her in any immigration situation. She is caring, kind, and maintains awareness of all her cases at all times. Even had her email me when on her days off. Couldn’t recommend her more.

My husband and I hired John to guide us through the process of getting my husband’s green card. John is a graduate of the university where I teach, and came highly recommended. My late father was a lawyer, and from him I learned that expert advice was well worth the investment. As usual, my dad was right. John made sure every form was filled out correctly. He promptly answered emails. He told us what we should include (photos, bank statements, etc.) and what we didn’t need. He made sure we knew what to expect at the interview. And he was there with us for it. The interview itself went very smoothly. His fees were reasonable and the peace of mind we had from being in his expert hands, rather than trying to do this on our own, would have been worth much more than we paid. This is the sort of thing you don’t want to risk messing up. Highly, highly recommended.

My husband and I were referred to John and his firm by an attorney friend to handle my Green Card application. We were both impressed by his thorough knowledge and friendly yet professional manner. The same applied to his staff associates as well. Whenever we had a question, we'd email him and get a response back in 24 hours or less, usually the same day, within a couple of hours. He gave us clear guidance on what supporting materials to include, as well as what to expect at the interview. He was there with us for the interview, but with all our material in such good order, the interviewer had only a few questions for us and told us she was approving my application while we were there. We can't think of any way in which the work he did for us could have been better.

I'm a single mom of 3 almost-adult children. While attempting to set my own affairs in order and make sure my children were well provided for in an unplanned scenario, I went to Sarah for advice and she took care of everything I had and had not thought of. In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree. I knew nothing about the long term disability process before I hired Mr. DuBach. My long term insurance cut me off and it was a terrible experience for me and my family. The insurance company harassed me and I just didn't know where to turn. After months of not knowing what to do, I found Mr. DuBach in the phone book.
When we first met, he was honest about my chances- he felt it was a bad policy, but said he would do the best he could. Him and his wife, Lesley (paralegal), were so kind and kept me informed during the entire process. I hired him March 2013 and my case was just settled a few days ago.

My Mom referred me to the Hankey Law Office. I have never worked with an attorney so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met with Mr. Hankey originally and Mr. Dubach represented me at the hearing. He was a FANTASTIC advocate. I won my case at the hearing level and I owe that to the Hankey Law Office and Mr. DuBach.

Syed Ali is currently working with my family in a case to help my son with autism in addition to many families of children with autism. My son attends an ABA center in which he is learning skills specifically tailored to his needs and level of cognitive understanding. His insurance company, which is mandated to cover ABA since our state has an autism mandate and ABA is considered an effective methodology for children with autism, is not covering the hours of ABA therapy that my son needs based on doctor and ABA specialist recommendations. Basically, our insurance company is breaking the law by making their own recommendations and cutting hours rather than covering the therapy based on expert recommendations. Syed Ali is trying to help my son receive the ABA hours that he so desperately needs and to maximize his ability to learn new skills and quality of life. Syed is a genuine attorney who is trying to help my son along with all children with autism who are of school age to receive the ABA hours that they need. While the insurance company believes that my son belongs in public school and should be receiving the services there, I personally know that this will not happen any time soon and that ABA centers exist for the very purpose of teaching skills to children like my son in a very specialized setting in which trained experts in behavior are working with my son one:one. He is learning skills, and this is the only documented method that has ever shown progress toward learning and attaining skills for my son.
