Getting the right attorney is EVERYTHING in a legal battle. Ed and his team are literally exactly what you pray for when you know that you need legal representation. I was SO IMPRESSED with them. They are extremely responsive, which is HUGE, and they don't waste time on misleading you or giving you false expectations. You can tell immediately that Ed has a massive amount of experience. They took on an extremely difficult family case for me, and I was able to get full custody as a result. As a father this is unheard of in my experience. I'm so grateful for this team. You will not be disappointed.

Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience. He is well connected in the legal and business communities. He follows up on his commitments EXACTLY as agreed upon. He usually takes calls out of the blue, and when he doesn't, he readily returns calls, generally that day. He has never talked down to my wife or I, and is a gentleman to the core. He is a extremely pleasant individual with a great sense of humor. After hiring him to resolve an issue with a deadbeat contractor, which he did, he has provided me advice on other legal concerns without asking for reimbursement. Overall, his time and cost charges are extremely fair and reasonable. We put 5K down as a retainer, and received a good portion back after the issue was resolved. He has in depth knowledge and experience in a wide swath of legal areas. In the legal field of the Tri City area, Mr. Schultz is a blinding white beacon among a plethora of dim lights. He is the ONLY lawyer I would recommend PERIOD.

We have used Chad several times on cases where we needed legal assistance. What I really appreciate about Chad is his ability to quickly look at the legal issues and assess where his expertise is needed. In most cases his no nonsense approach not only saves me money but also time in going down a path that would not benefit me, the client. I highly recommend Chad, he strives to help the client and looks at issues in a sensible manner that makes sense, he is not out to wrack up hours while providing little legal assistance. You can discuss budget up front and get a clear understanding of how long something is going to take him, he will listen to your needs and stick to the budget while providing the highest customer service, something I find to be rare in his profession. We will not use anyone but Chad because I know I can trust him and get the results I need, specifically for the case to be dealt with in a timely manner with an outcome that is acceptable and, most of all, sensible!

We spoke to Scott after receiving a disturbing phone call from someone posing as an IRS agent stating that we had committed tax fraud. Scott listened to our concerns and put our fears to rest by informing us that he has had several calls similar to ours recently and that nothing was going to happen. He told us that if we had any further questions to call him. He was professional, friendly and I would refer him to my friends and come to him with any legal issues in the future. When it comes to your case, an organized attorney that listens, pays attention to detail, and cares is important. Leann went above the call of duty. She meticulously prepared an eye catching declaration that’s facts blew opposing counsel’s away. My contempt motion was dropped, and the judge moved instead to negotiate a new plan that would work for both parents. Beware of these people I called set up an appointment they said everything was a go, an hour before my appt they called said they needed to reschedule and push back appt for an hour later then original time. I agreed to the new time no one ever called at new schedule time. I then called back and scheduled another appointment. Schedule another appointment waited another week to talk to someone and once again 2 hours before my now 3 schedule appointment they call and say they can’t. It is Oct 1 and my first original schedule appointment was Sept 9. If you ask me very unorganized and not well practiced firm. Wouldn’t recommend hiring them.

I hired Jared Hays. I was told all the stuff Jared was going to do for me. $9000,00 dollars later and asking for more money. I realized were it was going so I fired Jared and found a person to help with court papers for far far far less money. If I had stayed with him I would have paid him $30,000 to $40.000 for my divorce.
On top of all this I heard thru the grape vine Jared was going thru his own divorce at the time he was representing me, if Jared had informed me he was going thru is own divorce I would not of hired him.
If you have to go the route of an attorney I would NOT recommend these guys.

I begged for money back after learning that this firm did absolutely nothing for my case. They kept the majority of my retainer and sent me back a box full of the personal matters of another person's case, duplicate copies of my case and letters from opposing counsel begging for Mr. Sperline to stop missing deadlines and comply. Tried contacting Mr. Sperline numerous times to no avail. After I dropped services, the things that I was unfairly billed for months in advance were suddenly filed with the court. NOTE--- AFTER services were cancelled and with no effort on his firms part. I would not recommend in ANY way. Overbilled and under-serviced is an understatement.

Jeff was very good at staying on track with giving legal advice during a very difficult time. His strength was being able to tell you what you need to know and hear instead of what you want to hear. As a mediator he was on top of his game. Mediation can be very challenging when balancing legal advice with the client along with the stresses of the personalities and emotions of the different parties involved.

We hired Jason for family court. His communication level is fair at best. He's not aggressive. He basically just stands in court as decoration. We were awarded court costs and attorney fees to be paid by my ex. After several months of no payment Jason suggested we take him back to court. We said ok. The first hearing my ex asked for a continuance. I asked Jason if I needed to be there the following week as I didn't have a sitter available for my kids.
He said no. I found out after the next hearing Jason dropped the matter without ever consulting me. When I called him out on, he said he had other ways of getting the money. Ya his way was to SUE me and my husband instead of my ex to collect his "fee". A fee he didn't earn. I recommend running as far as you can from him and don't look back. He's cheap and you get what you pay for. When dealing with family court you can't afford to waste your time on Jason. He doesn't work for you. He works for himself.
